First and foremost I cannot stand leaving bad reviews for black businesses HOWEVER when I do it’s for good reason. I’m so embarrassed of my hair I couldn’t even say anything to them before I left (which is something I would do instead of this). I came for braids with extensions. The actual hair care I received was GOOD. My stylist informed me of every product she was using and was gentle while braiding. Now the actual braids are styled horribly. There’s just way too much weave in each braid. So much that they aren’t laying flat and they have the classic bend at the part where the cornrow pasts your scalp. They are so stiff and won’t move. They are also thin at the very ends and many of them end uneven. The braids also don’t lay perfectly platted on my head. There’s part of the braids where hair is bunched or snagged which shows it wasn’t neatly platted. I’m putting beads in (which I had no intention on doing prior) to create some weight on the hair to get it to lay straight. I hope it works. Also another disturbing thing (which if the braids turned out good I would never be mentioning this) is that she wanted to do two rows of braids. I test services before I let you play in my head all day. I wanted to see how she did with ONE SIMPLE ROW. if you can’t do that I can’t trust you with two rows. She had a client show up while I was in the chair and started her wash and go. I’m like okay fine. I didn’t complain and wouldn’t be complaining again if the braids actually turned out good. I also had to tell my stylist to wash her hands before returning back to touch my hair. I’ll reiterate again that I would’ve forgiven all if the braids were actually good. What really added insult to injury was that all the other stylists kept saying it was cute which isn’t cool bc that means: 1. You thought it was okay for my hair to look like this. Or 2. You were just saying that so I wouldn’t complain. Either way it’s unacceptable. I knew personally it wasn’t cute but it was confirmed when another client pretty much stared down my stylist and me like, “the devil is a liar.” I got my hair done to travel to nyc and I’m so embarrassed that I have to walk around like this the whole weekend when I know these aren’t my standards for hair. I should’ve asked for pictures of her work personally so that o could’ve directed better but when you’re licensed in cosmetology you should truly know better. I would never come here again. I do not want my hair fixed nor do I want a refund. You literally have one chance with my hair. I’m unforgiving about my hair bc stylists will complement your hair and won’t do right by it in styling. Keep the money and the advice: learn how to braid neater and you don’t need all that hair in a braid. If I haven’t said this enough, I’m embarrassed bc being from Detroit Ik good hair styling. I’ve never even had an amateur style my hair so bad. This is worst braid style I’ve ever had. Oh people who want to see pics my stylist took before and after she said they post it on their fb page. Y’all can be the judge. I’m leaving this review for people bc it is hard to find good hair care and good styling in the same hand. This is not worth the money I paid.

If you have 4C hair, you should avoid this place at all costs. After trying two different stylists here, it's clear to me that they have a serious disregard and lack of understanding of coarser hair textures. With the treatment of my 4C hair, I certainly hope any 4C children and adults who get their hair done here are not made to feel inferior or question why their hair deserves such rough handling that requires a blow-out to do simple natural hairstyles. My second and last visit, the stylist (Adrienne) was at a complete loss on how to do the two simple flat twists I asked for once I told her I didn't want my hair blow-dried. After a very mediocre hair wash, she detangled my hair brutally with what seems to have just been water. She then gave me a few individual braids after "detangling" and stuck me under the dryer for an unnecessarily long time. She said she had to do that in order to "stretch" my hair for the flat twists. FYI, I do flat twists all the time and it is not necessary to stretch hair to do them. My hair may look short in its shrunken state, but there is plenty of hair to grip while twisting and still have a handful of. The stylist kept twisting and untwisting my hair as if she had no clue what to do. The end result was the two worst flat twists I've ever had the displeasure of wearing on my head. I didn't bother asking her to re-do it because at that point I wanted to get out of the salon, especially after being there for 2 hours for a simple style. I went home and rewashed, detangled, and retwisted my hair in an hour. 4C hair is not difficult to understand, especially if you claim to be a natural hair expert. The first stylist I went to here to get a blow dry and trim (Lastagia) also gave me a rough detangling and blamed it on my untrimmed hair. The shampoo wash was also very mediocre. Both stylists stopped frequently to have random chats unrelated to hair with other customers and stylists. I'm sure they are nice people, but 4C hair experts they are not. Take your money elsewhere.

I gave this a one star because I got what I needed done and was introduced to a new product that I really liked. Why I didn’t give more than one is because of the following: - My appointment wasn’t with the stylist I had booked with over the phone and I didn’t get any type of notice of the change - I figured out halfway through the appointment that the person doing my hair wasn’t who I booked with - She didn’t offer her name, talked on her Bluetooth headphones while she washed my hair, rushed through the detangling process, therefore just ripping through my natural hair, blow dried it, trimmed it and slapped a new edge control I’d never seen before, then sent me on my way - She didn’t even try to sell me the edge control, I actually drove down the street and was like, ‘oh, I really like this edge control, I’m gonna go back and buy it.’ Made a u-turn and she was already gone lol. So the lady braiding someone’s hair sold it to me–she was great by the way! What I think happened: the woman who I had originally booked my appointment with decided to leave early, didn’t care because I wasn’t a regular customer, or had something urgent come up...so, she handed me off to someone who had planned on leaving at a certain time that day and she was NOT happy with staying later than she expected and I could definitely tell; therefore, why she rushed through my hair and was so rough. I’m new to the Dallas area and was looking forward to finding a permanent hair salon, this was also my first time in a salon since I became natural 3 years ago. I’m a huge advocate for black businesses but things like this happen too often in our community and keeps our own people from supporting our own economy. This was MY experience, it DOESN’T mean it’s the norm..but sadly I won’t be returning.

Should be ZERO. Visited the Forest Lane location. Amber Joe was my stylist. I spoke to Amber via phone and spent quite a bit of time discussing and showing of photos of the cut and style I desired. She seemed to understand and was as excited as I was to get started on changing up my look. My hair is natural by the way, one of the main reasons I chose this shop. Amber showed me photos of previously clients hair and at the time I did not pay attention to the fact that her photos were of "simple" twists which is not what I was going for. Long story short Amber Joe cut all my shoulder length hair off! She gave me a bowl cut and left no room to blend my sides or back. She proceeded to attempt to "finger wave" my scalp and coil twist the remaining top portion of my hair and set my under the dryer. The products used was some super thick hair gel. My hair felt like it had candle wax in it. I was devastated when I saw what I was seeing in the mirror. I ran home to wash the mess out of my hair and gave myself a thorough look over to discover how unevenly cut my hair was...almost bald on one side and uneven on the other. I called Amber Joe when I got home to let her know she ruined my hair and I would NEVER come back. She should be honest with her clients especially new clients on her skill set. She may be able to braid hair or twist hair but cut and style is not in her wheelhouse for $90.00! I asked one thing of her going forward and that was to be honest with herself and her clients on what she is capable of doing so that no one else has to experience what I experienced and to please not do this to someone else. In my opinion avoid the shop and stylist. Save your money! Save your Time! Save your hair!

I called this morning at 9:15 asking do they take walk-ins, the woman on the phone said yes and I asked how long for a flat iron and they about an hr depending on hair texture. I have fine 3c hair, granted it’s long but it should take no more than 1.5hrs for a professional to straighten my hair! I was there for 3.5hrs!!! The stylist was constantly doing other heads and saying it’s okay I wait because I’m a walk in. NO! Yes I’m a walk in, but I was quoted a time length and if you couldn’t fit me in to do my hair in a reasonable amount of time then tell me “no make an appointment” plain and simple. Once I got home to further observe my hair because I was DONE being in that shop, my scalp was dry, my trim was uneven, and I had to go over my hair with my flat irons because my edges were not straight. The staff was nice enough but I was skeptical about going to a new stylist and only came here because the price was reasonable, but I will not be returning. If I wanted to throw away 3.5hrs of my day I would’ve straightened it myself for free

Was not satisfied with my hair. I got a regular flat iron blowout. At first, it started out good, and then the finished product was not what I expected. I've been getting my hair this way for 7 years and never had any issues. After she was done, my hair was stringy, weighed down, and greasy looking. It was not lively at all and for that amount I could of did the job at home. When I asked why it was like that and she said because my hair was tamed.....again that has nothing to do with body and your hair being lively. I was looking for a stylist in the area since my permanent stylist moved away but I do not think this is the salon for me. Although they were friendly, I still did not get the quality, considering I played more here than the other salon I've used and got better quality for my money there. Nobody liked it, in fact my mom said it was the worst anybody could ever do to my hair. It's heavy and smells like grease. Contemplating now, whether I should wash all of this heavy product out of my head and just start over.

I had a bad experience the first time with one of the stylist, but I called and spoke to the manager stagia and she was very understanding and polite about the situation. She offered for me to come back to have her fix my hair because it wasn't cut nor styled right the first time. I liked that she was very knowledgeable about natural hair and she was very informative about my hair and the techniques she was doing and the products she was using. She fixed my cut and she did my wash and go perfect that I felt so much better about my hair. The only thing I didn't like was that I was in the salon for over 6 hours, I understand it was a Friday and she was the only one there as well. Other than that i feel like my money was well spent here and stagia was so kind and I appreciate her customer service skills.

I am one of those customers that prefer to stick with one stylist . Since moving from Arkansas, it’s been extremely difficult to find someone who is genuine, knowledgeable, and overall love what they do. I contacted “naturally divine” previously but instead I chose someone else but after receiving not so good results, I decided to give Naturally divine a chance.. It Was however the BEST DECISION ANYONE COULD EVER MAKE!! From the moment you walk inside, You are greeted with professionalism, they make you feel welcome, they laugh with you , they get to know you and you get to know them. If you are a guy lol you are surrounded by beauty and intelligence!!! Overall, you are leaving with a smile on your face .. Please please please give this place a chance to restore hope and confidence in you!! Chauvon.

I love it here. The owner is extremely passionate about the care and science of curly hair. She analyzed my hair which was once dry and brittle and recommended a product for it that would help repair and restore it to its natural glory. I have been natural for over 15 years and am from the midwest where natural hair shops and salons are not hard to come by. Since I've been living in Dallas it has been difficult to find a natural hair care supply, that is until I discovered Naturally Divine Beauty. I'm so glad of the education I was giving and the product I now use, Curl Junkie. Now my hair is so manageable and easy to style and keep versatile. You won't get that type of guidance on hair management and care from Sally's.

The stylist I was scheduled with was late so someone else had to do my hair. I’m 100 natural. While she was detangling my hair I was on the verge of tears bc I could hear and feel her just pulling the comb through my hair ripping it out. Same for when she blow dried it. There was so much of my hair on the floor and I never lose hair like that when I detangle and blow dry. She styled my hair in Two feed in braids. The braids came out nice but what ever products she used to lay my edges did not mix well because that very night my hair had so much white gunk in it. I had to use a wet towel to try and get it out. I will say the salon was clean and the workers were friendly. But I will not be returning.

Arrived for 6:30p appt w Shanisha at 6:20p only to finally get in the chair at 7:50p because she had to dry and flat iron someone else’s hair. Then, we get into my roller set and she attempts to talk me down from a roller set to a twist out to save HER time because it’s getting late. She’s twisting fast and applying things so fast to rush me out. I even asked “Do you have somewhere to be?” We end up leaving at 10:45p. Ultimately charged $120 for a rushed twist out shampoo and detangling that had me there for almost 5 hours. MARVELOUS. Only reason it’s a 2 star is because I do like the hair to some degree. Just needed it for 2 days before I lock my hair this weekend. Disappointed.

Usually would give this place a 5. Great staff. Wonderful service. Lovely atmosphere. But was very disappointed with my last appointment. I made the appointment almost 2 weeks beforehand and arrived for the appointment to find that the store was closed for remodeling. No one contacted me to cancel or reschedule my appointment. Highly disappointed. Not sure what has changed but maybe all the updates over the last few months are impacting the personal customer service. Update to above — owner apologized as it was a system error. Went back for appointment yesterday and got the same high level of service I’ve seen in the past. FYI Plano location is a looks great!

Unprofessional staff. Poor location (looks so run-down). I arrived for my first appt with NDB on Sunday morning, and no one ever showed. There was an emergency phone number posted on their website, so I called. The man on the other end told me that the Sunday stylist was away on an emergency, and that the store manager didn’t do her job and cancel today’s appointments. There was no other stylist available to help me today. I’m new to Dallas, and only came here because of the reviews...this was a horrible experience, and my hair currently looks a goddamn mess. I found a natural hair salon 30 mi away that was able to take me on a walk-in...thankfully.

Tariel is my stylist who gave me a fabulous comb coil style. She is new to the salon and thought I would support and give her a shot. I'm beyond grateful that I did! She is very knowledgeable and very willing to educate on proper hair care in detail. Shes all about customer satisfaction and giving the best looking style. She even texted me the list of items she used on my hair so I have a direction when purchasing products for my natural hair. She is charismatic and outgoing and with that being said holding a great convo to keep me awake in the chair was just what I needed and received. Definitely found a lifetime stylist/friend in my book!

Very Kind Ladies..sometimes the pricing isnt reflective in the service. I was charged more than I was provided . Also have had issues with communication. I would prefer to have my appointment canceled in advance....then to have to share my time with another client. Often times the quality of service is diminished when not properly prepared for in advance. The point being, letting your client know if anything is out of the ordinary in case they have to make a 3-4 hour trip just to receive services from your salon. Which I do, because of where I live, not many people will service black women's hair that isn't chemically treated.

Yesterday’s visit was my third visit to the Naturally Divine location in Dallas (Forest Lane) and once again, the service was outstanding. The stylists were gracious, informative and knowledable about not only the latest trends of natural hair styles, but how best to got about caring for one’s hair. My stylist was present, on time and ready to work. I can not emphasize enough the level of professionalism I experienced - outstanding. Take it from a customer that expects excellence in ALL arenas of customer service, always...Naturally Divine has most certainly met my high standards. I would highly recommend!

At first I was willing to overlook the fact that I asked her to cut it into a particular style, showed her an example and she didn't even trim the hair. I told her I wanted a nice natural look and was willing to tolerate the length but the fact that my tracks are coming out and "folding" over themselves. Can't even where the straight hair I bought straight because it makes my head look lumpy. In hindsight I'm rather disappointed especially now that I have to add curls and so much volume to the hair in order to cover up tracks that won't lay straight. Won't be back, barely reaching a month.

My stylist took advantage of my ignorance and installed a braided sew-in. She was basically scolded by another stylist (in front of me) the next morning when she asked me to come back to the salon after leaving at midnight the night before. The Fri night appt was scheduled for 6pm but I got called up at 8pm. Eager to get this all fixed, I ended up spending about 12 hours over a weekend just to have a friend cut it out of my head two days later because I will not go back. Their regulars seem very satisfied but if you’re new to hair, do your research before coming here.

I made an appointment for a twist out and although my stylist was very sweet, she was late to the appointment and she never untwisted my hair, hence my style being a “twist out.” She said that I could untwist my hair after a few days it would look much better. I paid 90 dollars for my own hair to be braided into twists, I could have done that myself. Ultimately, I decided to not come back, my stylist held a conversation with another patron who insisted on cursing, laughing loud and being obnoxious the whole time while getting my hair done, worst salon experience ever

Booked an appointment with them for a silk press. I scheduled an appointment with Shanisha White. I arrived on time for the appointment and was immediately told that she would be arriving shortly. After waiting 30 minutes I was told Shanisha had other things going on and she decided she wasn't going to come. I drove 40 minutes to make this appointment for an urgent matter only to be told we can't help you today but maybe tomorrow. This was so disappointing and I urge you to look for other places if you want your time considered and professional service.

CHRISTIN TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME! Two and a half hours into my appointment she admitted she’d never did marley twist before and needed to refer to a few youtube videos. She only admitted this AFTER I ASKED because she kept putting the first twist in and taking it out (again this was 2 1/2 hrs into my apt). Why would I pay $210 for someone to practice/ play in my hair? Why offer a service you know you can’t provide? I was even nice enough to pay for my wash and dry before I promptly left. I can say for certain I will never come to this salon again.

I recently moved to Dallas and was trying to find a hair salon that knows how to do Natural hair and I am so HAPPY I found Natirally Devine. When calling they are extremely nice and professional and in person they are even better. I’ve gotten my hair done by India & Sasha and they both made my hair so beautiful. I have blonde hair and they tucked and blended my hair so well with my braids and very informative on how to treat my hair so when I come back next time my hair would be more healthy than my previous visit ! I selected this salon simply based on reviews. It is hard to choose a salon where they specialize is natural hairstyles. I have a dear friend who specializes in natural hair but her shop is too far for me to drive to. Shanisha was my stylist, and she was great especially since I took a chance with blind faith. I went in there with at least 5 1/2 inches of hair and I trusted her to chop it all off and I was not disappointed one bit. And now that my hair has grown up quite a bit, it is time I visit her again for another "chop" session"

**STAY AWAY** Typical salon we're all afraid of. She cut most of my hair off, I have NO CLUE what she was trying to do with that extremely loose roller set, then she tried to pic it out and it was dry as heck when I left the "salon". I had to come home and prepoo AFTER I paid $100. It was a mess and I'm offended. If you have type 4 hair, homegirl is NOT he way to go. You'd be better off doing your own hair and simply donating $100 to charity. We won't even talk about the overpriced retail products... I'm so sick of us ripping us off.

I called last minute and was able to get an appointment for myself and my daughter to get a flat iron done on our natural hair. Ms. Nicole was very professional and took her time to provide us great service. We felt very comfortable and very pleased with the outcome and the time spent. My daughter was very happy being the first time in years she didn’t get a headache from the stylist yanking her hair after getting a flat iron done. Price is very reasonable! Our hair looks like a million dollar! We will be back for sure!

I was I the shop 03/312018 Saturday my appointment was at 11.35am. I was getting a kinky twist with add in hair. The style horribly braided there braids that start falling out the same day. I was there until after 5:00pm. Also the stylist use so much gel on my hair that my head felt like I had glue in it, it had tacky felling. My service was $185.00 and I tipped her $39.00, the is not including the hair I had to buy. This is second bad experience I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS Salon. Ms. SILVER FOX

One of the best experiences we've ever had! LaStagia was awesome & she has exceptional experience with natural hair care. She took the time to educate us about our hair and the best natural products to use. They also offer traditional hair care for those who want chemical processing. The shop is clean and updated. My granddaughters & I were very satisfied. These ladies really do amazing work & we recommend them highly...we'll definitely be return customers...thank you LaStagia!!!

I came here to get my hair braided and let me tell you, these women are some of the best women I've met so far while living in Texas. They know how to make their guest/customers feel very welcome. My stylist, LaNiveya took care of me on LATE NOTICE and did a fantastic job on my hair! I told her what i wanted and didn't need to go into details at all! She's great, and such the professional you all you need to come see as well as the other women in this shop!

Unfortunately I should have spoke up about my disappointment but I just wanted to leave the salon. 1st the stylist (Adrienne) was late but I tried to move on from that. 2nd she really didn’t know how to detangle my 4b/4c hair, 3rd she snuck in a additional charge for detangling. My service was only shampoo, condition, blow dry & trim. When I booked online, there was nowhere that said detangling was extra. Overall it was no okay & won’t be back.

I have visited this location more than a handful of times. Jaqueline is an awesome, talented, professional stylist. She will try and make anything that you desire work. I have a big head so sometimes styles that take 4 hours on most take about 6 for me but she is very patient. I got passion twist yesterday and they look gorgeous. All the stylist are welcoming and nice. I’m so excited about this place and the new locations that are opening!

This is the PLACE for sew-ins! Melony did my sew-in w/ a natural part and exceeded my expectations. She is very knowledgable and her expertise in natural hair care makes for a better sew-in, if not the best! When Melony braided my hair, she explained to me that the braids, "Don't have to be tight, to be RIGHT!" Well, she's right - It's been 3 months since she did my hair and I'm going back to get my hair redone this week. Thank you Melony!

Brittney at the Dallas location has been my stylist since November of 2018. She definitely knows her craft/gift and is passionate about caring for natural hair. She is very knowledgeable about the products available and which ones will work best for your hair and lifestyle. She has an awesome personality so all of my visits are enjoyable, timely, and I am always pleased with my hair. You definitely want to book your appointments with her.

Charged 70.00 for my hair getting straightened. But I was cut off many times, stylists doing other people’s hair. I live in Odessa and get my hair straightened for 40.00 and the stylists focus on me pretty well even when busy. The best thing though is that the stylist are nice but that doesn’t give right to neglecting me and charging me twice as much. I got there at 12:40pm, my appointment at 1. Didn’t start til 1:40, didn’t leave till 4.

The experience started out rocky but the stylist did everything to insure that I enjoyed my appointment which I appreciated. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Originally I wasn't informed that hair was not included, but Shanisha found a way to get the hair and also I got a discounted price. For being misquoted when I first called. Besides that. I LOVE my hair!! She was very well rounded and I would go again.

They sure took care of me. I went in there with my hair all nappy and no-so-hydrated. When i left there i was blown away. My hair was tammed, soft and in a veey high bun. High enough to make me do a double take on my self. I have always struggled with putting my hair in a high bun but they told my " not to day ". I bought the gel the stylist used to snatch my edges into submission. Definately going back

I called to see if I could do a walk-in for blond highlights. Donna answered the phone and was very pleasant to speak with. Once I arrived for the appointment, I was greeted very warmly by all the stylists! Donna was very knowledgable about the process, and was explaining the steps as the treatment went along. I LOVE MY HOW MY HAIR TURNED OUT!!! I'll definitely be back and urge y'all to check them out!

The shop is beautiful and updated since I came last year. Jaquiline is an amazing stylist and gave me the most beautiful passion twists. I would also suggest to those who have never been there to get a consultation first to figure out exactly what your hair needs are. Also, ask for suggestions on what products to use for your hair type. Great for those thinking of going natural or already natural

Booking an appointment was very easy and fast on the same day. The whole vibe of the salon is amazing. I felt comfortable from the time I sat down until I left. My stylist, India was very friendly, informative, and genuinely cared about what I wanted done to my hair. I love my new haircut and I’ll be back again! Asia saved my life! I walked in this morning in a panic because the salon that I went to the previous day did my hair so bad I had to take it all down. I asked Asia to please give me two strand twist with smedium (in between small and medium ) boxes and a clean grid on my natural hair. She delivered! I am so happy with my hair! I will definitely be back.

Arrived early to appointment. Waited. No one came. Drove back home. Then proceeded to wait an additional 40 minutes for a callback. The bonehead then asked if I wanted to return to the shop, after making multiple excuses for why they decided not to open up; according to regular business hours. This is why people don’t respect us. Bad business. Won’t be back.

I had an appointment with Bryanna Stalling. Well, she just decided to not show up. Even though I called ahead and I was reassured she knew of our appointment. The unprofessionalism here is just baffling. Hence the low rating. Phillicia stepped in though and helped me out and was great which was much appreciated. I have no complaints there

This was my first time going to a natural hair salon, my beautician was Nadia and she was awesome, she did exactly what i asked (a wash and a flat twist) i needed this done for my family photo shoot this morning. The pictures turn out great and my hair was perfect for each shot. I already set my appointment for the 18th of January.

Philicia to the rescue!!! She stepped in when my stylist I was scheduled with got stuck in traffic. Did an awesome job with my consultation, treatment, and natural Mohawk style... very minimal breakage. We talked about different ways to style my natural hair and color too. I’ve scheduled my follow up appointment with her.

This is the place I’ve been looking for natural haircare in Dallas!!! Stylist Kenya was extremely attentive to the style I wanted. She was precise with the natural hair trim and offered additional styling tips. Kenya was professional, easy to talk to, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I’m so glad I made an appointment!

I LOVE naturally divine hair. Stagia is awesome! she does all my deep treatments and she is really informative on how to care and love my natural hair. I wish I had found this gem the first time I went natural, before reverting back to the creamy crack, she is a great teacher and has provided a lot of knowledge to me!

Legitimate quality service with experienced beauticians inside a very warm environment. Their shampoo wash will literally give one a glimpse of a 5-Star spa experience as anyone can meditate as their stylists do what they are renowned for. An honest saving grace as I continue my loc journey. Gratitude.

Brittany did a great job! She was on time, knowledgable, and was super gentle on my hair. Normally since my hair is so thick, stylists rip it out and I leave with a headache. She also gave me tips on how to maintain my hair in between visits. I'll definitely be back for my trim!

I went in to get fulani braids. Some of my hair was braided with the braiding hair and some of it wasn’t. The parting was off centered, and I regret getting my hair braided at this location. I am not sure if it’s just a new team there or something, but I won’t be returning.

I have been going to this place and it’s the best so far for me for natural hair. Lastagia is very knowledgeable about natural hair both her and the team are exceptional staffs. They are professional, funny and nice people to hang around and get your hair done.

Please do not go here! It’s terrible! Long story short, I got bald spots and they stole money out of my account and have yet to reimburse me. I’ve called many times and they ignore my calls. If you value your hard earned money find somewhere else to go.

Really professional service, they even take appointments on Sundays . I would like to remark Adrienne , she is an excellent Stylist and her wide knowledge of men’s haircut and coloring makes the experience superb and really proofs her professionalism.

This is the best place ever Andrea is the best!!! Super experienced... Stylist consultations are not rushed... They don't over sell you stuff you don't need and once they find you a product your sold for life!!! I'm not a faithful proud patron!!!

This is shop is great. My stylist, Jaqueline, was very good and efficient. I thought my appointment would take 3 hours but it only took 2. I told my stylist what I wanted and got exactly that. I would recommend both the shop and the stylist.

I had matted hair. I thought she got it all out during the whole process and paid $108 for the service. Going home i realized she left lots of several knots in my hair. Had to spend the next couple of hours detangling it myself.

I received goddess braids the style and service was great however the ends weren't properly sealed and my braids are frayed as if they were done weeks before! I'm sure there is someone who can do them better!

Great service! They wash, condition, and blow-dry your hair before braiding. It was quick and everyone was very kind. My hair looks great! It didn't hurt either. No tugging on my hair. I will go back!
