Not satisfied. In my 5 times visit, only one person did only given service professionally. Other cases, One person try to sell more services while doing hair cut, one person reluctant to cut the hair short , one person spoiled my hair style and it taken 1 month to get back my look. Totally not upto the level. Should be more better.

Swaroopa is very humble, behaviour is nice with customers... And also she has magic in her hands... She has done fabulous things with my hair. I loved the haircut.... She has high strength in her tips which helped me to cure my shoulder pain. Massage is very good...

Had a wonderful experience they have done facial that is just looking like a wow and the hair cut whatever requirements is there they have done that much only and I had Samir he said all the thing what is required how much to be applied overall 5 star service

Service is good. Satisfactory. Staffs are courteous and professional. Bigger problem is, frequent change of hairdressers. Hardly you will get the same hair dresser on your next visit. Again you have to explain him your style preference. It's frustrating.
