Unfortunately bad experience with Natuzzi!!! no even respond from them or try to fix the issues. Full delivery should me mad on Jun/July. Please see attached pictures for proof and previous emails with Natuzzi. full invoice is £8500 deposit we paid: £4000 and the finance:£4500 but we didn't even received the other half of the delivery has been returned immediately, do to damaged items on 21 July 2023 This is now going to be to long. I am really disappointed with this situation and how Natuzzi dealing with the issue. Not even that top of everything they start the finance and worth of £4500 no even delivered yet, what I received that covering my deposit £4000 If this is the standard of this Company sorry to Mr Natuzzi this is Joke. For that much money better company out there. WHAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED Coffee table £800 Sideboard table £3500 Delivery fee £250 Definitely not paying that And they start Finance already. Lol All experience in Natuzzi Romford of COURSE they are try to put on Natuzzi head office, they are not sorting the issues. SIMPLY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My wife and I visited several sofa shops at Gallows corner this morning and as soon as we walked in to Natuzzi you could instantly see the difference in quality and design compared to the other National stores that we visited. We were greeted by a saleswoman who was extremely helpful and not pushy in the slightest and just there to offer information and advice. We discussed different combinations to suit us and another colleague was quick to go through our options and again, very helpful. We sat down to discuss prices for several options we were considering and both of the staff members were on hand to help. The sofa we chose was more expensive than we had originally budgeted for and also more than similar style sofas that their ‘competitors’ but as I stated before you could see the difference in quality and the fact that this would be made to our spec and the great service we received, we are sure we have made the right choice! Thank you to both staff members who helped us today!

We bought a sofa from the Romford shop a year ago. We had to wait nearly 5 months until arrive. At the beginning we really enjoy and liked the sofa. On the 3rd mound we had one of their specialists to come and change the leather and the pillow of one of the seat(the recline one). The showroom examples will not demonstrate the leather puddling and wrinkling but it will occur as it did with ours The sofa now looks like a 10 years old one and we are barely at home most of the time. There are no kids at the house . Really disappointed and we paid for one of their most expensive leathers that they have .

Please note, this review covers the experience in store only, my purchase is not yet due for delivery at time of writing. I had a very positive experience in store. After the initial conversation with the sales rep (Jason), I was given plenty of time to browse on my own, with absolutely no attempt from the staff to pressure me into a sale. Once I'd made a decision, the sales process was completed quickly and efficiently. Excellent selection of products in store, would highly recomend.

As a returning Natuzzi customer I was relieved that the quality of the furniture has maintained its already high standards. We visited the Romford store where Jason was our design consultant. He took time to take us through all of the options available. There was absolutely no pressure selling, which allowed us to make our decisions unhurried and calmly. Ultimately, we got the great furniture we wanted and would recommend anyone looking for quality furniture to pay them a visit.

Was shown our sofas by a gentleman called Martin. He was extremely helpful in helping us to make our choice. He was very knowledgeable with the planning and working of the company working, and was able to help us to plan our delivery on a date that suited our needs. Friendly and polite. Having had a Natuzzi sofas for 20 years it was time to look for a replacement and the service received at Natuzzi Editions Romford was excellent.
