Neptune is amazing and they take Covid-19 very seriously, more details at the end of my review. Other reviews have said that this store has everything, and yes this store has a lot, they even have some ADA products. I was looking for aquascaping tools and root tabs among other things, they had 3 brands of tabs for me to choose from, most stores don’t even have them, and the stores that do have them are having trouble keeping them in stock these past 6 months. Selection of bloodworms is the same you usually have one if any, Neptune had a few brands for me to choose from in their freezer, as well as a lot of other wonderful foods. Regarding dried foods there was a huge selection that I could only dream of, so the quality of food we can now feed my godson’s fish is great. Not everything is on their website; many items are only in their store. We purchased a yellow Dwarf Gourami and 3 Neon Tetras for his tank as well. They have been in their quarantine tank since coming home on 3/26 and are doing great, no signs of illness or anything. Now regarding Covid-19 all employees were wearing masks correctly, there are signs on the floor spaced 6’ apart so people know where to stand in line, only 2 people and 1 employee is allowed in the freshwater fish aisle at a time and when that limit is met they have a cable to close it off. There is also a sign at the front of the store that is a temperature check station for employees. When we were there all customers with the exception of a baby (who shouldn’t be wearing one) were wearing masks, and everyone was keeping their distance from each other. The employees were also giving you plenty of room. They were taking it very seriously; it was all communicated effortlessly and professionally. It was more well done that I have seen in many large chain stores. Neptune obviously values its customers and employees and it shows.

Visited Neptune a couple of weeks back and was shocked at how staff handled the fish. Although I understand there was an emergency & staff had to leave and finish the transactions quickly. There was no care by staff when fishing guppies out of the tank and into the plastic container before placing them in the bag. I had bough 2 guppies, which were swimming perfectly fine in the store tanks. The beautiful orange guppy I bought died a few days after acclimating it to my tank and the other beautiful yellow guppy just passed from symptoms that lead me to believe it sustained injury when it was transferred from the tank to the plastic container before being placed in the bag. Employees handle the fish with their hands and have very little care with the pets their customers bring home. I hope management emphasizes to their employees better care and attention to the fish they sell to their customers. Safe to say that I wont be coming back. TLDR: Staff is very rough with fish. Both fish of the fish bought at store died. One rather quickly and another from faulty air bladder. Staff handle fish with their hands when they cant catch them with the net. Won't be coming back.

This place usually has a great selection of uncommon freshwater fish, with prices ranging from about $3 to about $60. They carry hard-to-find corydoras catfish and uncommon plecos as well as the more common pet store fish like angelfish and endlers. All the fish and plants look healthy, and the tanks are clean. If you're into planted tanks, this is a good place to buy dry ferts for EI method as well as the usual chemicals like Flourish, all at reasonable prices. While it's a great place to bring older kids who are into the hobby, young-but-mobile kids can be difficult to bring in due to the narrow aisles and all the equipment within child-reach. I would try not to bring a stroller in the store. Even the smallest models would be difficult to maneuver. I subtracted one star due to the inconsistent help I get in the freshwater section. What's worked for me is to troubleshoot tank issues with my plant club, or through a forum, then go to the store already knowing what I need to get.

I bought a Fluval Spec 5 gallon yesterday and it was cosmetically damaged. No phone number is available for Neptune, so I had to drive the tank up and carry it back in only to be told I have to contact Fluval for an exchange/refund. I just spoke with Fluval, who are now giving me the run around claiming the store damaged it and they're responsible for exchanging it. Moral of the story - inspect what you're buying in store before leaving. I admitted to the guy helping me I was a complete beginner and feel completely taken advantage of. The box also seemed like it was tampered with when I opened it - the light box was open and things were out of packaging. Did he sell me an open box product knowing I wouldn't check because I'm such a noob? As much as I'd love to say support local business, if it's available on Chewy or at PetSmart, maybe shop somewhere with more helpful staff or a better communication (phone) or a better exchange/return policy.

I went there and had to get emergency parts on my overflow. The owner guy was right there and had his new hire tell me to pick out parts. Please just help me. I had the broken parts in my hand. The dude had no idea what he was doing. They didn't have the exact same part. Get someone that knows! Please! Then another guy comes. They complained more about me dripping water from a bulkhead I took out then actually helping me. I then asked for more help because it did not look right. I got the parts because I though it was my only hope. Wrong parts. I went to a place off of the bridge and he took "1" second and was like.... "Do you a new kit or can I piece you together the parts for you.? Ya you need to reduce down from that size to a smaller size and I got you." I had to mention this because this this is how you do customer service. I may have spent over a grand on a new tank a few years ago off of Neptune, but I will never go back there.

Let's be clear, this IS the best fish store in the Bay Area! Huge store, tons of selection, and very helpful staff. The owner is also often around to field questions and he will give you long and detailed answers if you let him! As someone new to the hobby, I really appreciated this place bc they tell you everything. Unlike some other places, they will tell you if something doesn't fit you tank and will give other suggestions. They aren't just trying to sell you the most expensive thing, but build relationships with their customers. Their fish also look very healthy and I haven't even gotten to the coral. They have the most in the area, best selection, and recently their prices have come down. You can spend hours in the stores just looking at everything and imagining the possibilities for your own tank. Pros: Customer service Selection Prices Coral Saltwater fish Friendly Owner Cons: Busy on weekends

  • Victoria Manh

Huge selection of salt water and fresh water live stock and plants. This store is pricey but definitely worth the trip. I am came in around the beginning of the month and they recently restocked. You can check out their Instagram or website for updates on new shipments. I was really impressed by their freshwater plant selection. All the stem plants were long and healthy. Definitely worth the $5 per bunch that they were asking for. They were lacking in the canister intake/ outtake pipes but I can't blame them, this is mostly a saltwater fish store not an ADA planted tank store. The staff were nice and always available to help and answer questions. I bought the wrong type of magnet cleaner and went back the next day to get the right one. The staff let me exchange them with no extra cost. Had a really great experience there and would definitely go again.

Beautiful store with a variety of livestock. I don't recommend any newbies to make any purchase here, because it's kind of a rip-off place. I was swindled several times there when I just got into the aquarium hobby: - $5 for one dwarf water lettuce (basically free anywhere else) - $4 for one teaspoon of blackworms (I could get 4 or 5 times as much from Infinite Aquarium) - $24 for one electric ram ($13 at Infinite) - $100 for one piece of large spider woods (the same size and shape costs ~$50 at Aqualab Aquaria) Why is everything so expensive here? Anything sold here can be find somewhere else at half the price. Something else that bothers me is that I met several staff there that are not really experienced in fishkeeping themselves. One pointed at an emaciated GBR and told me it's healthy. I mean, what?

  • Leslie Burlison

I have been a customer for years. I've always had great experiences here. The display tanks are an amazing assortment of saltwater reef tanks and several freshwater tanks as well. They're important to me because they're inspirational! I don't see tanks like theirs elsewhere. Their livestock focuses on saltwater (but they also have fresh) and they have an absolutely AMAZING selection of coral frags, and healthy marine fish. If one needs dry goods (refugium, protein skimmer, tanks, stands, lights, glue, thermometer, etc...) this is the place. The staff are quite knowledgeable and have always provided sage advice. I cannot speak more highly of this gem. San Jose, you're fortunate to have this shop. I drive 47 miles to get here, but it's worth it!!!

  • john flores

Most impressive aquatic shop I have ever been too, they carry a wide array of corals at competitive prices. They also carry kessil, and maxspect in store as well as tons of aquarium setups small to large. And quality skimmers, dosers, wave systems, test kits etc. This place has it all and prices are competitive, or cheaper on a lot of things than online prices. I found them to be very helpful in confirming issues I was having with my tank, and giving valid advice and recommendations willing to help, but not overly pushy either like a lot of shops I have been to. I am from a small town in the valley, and they are so good I would make the 3 hour drive to shop here anytime. Thanks Neptune aquatics.

  • Sara O'Malley

I Chose this place to go to because it had great reviews. I really was impressed with the whole experience. The customer service was great, they were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. My dad and I were approached right away asking if we needed help, even though it seemed like it was actually kind of busy, they took their time with us and made sure they covered everything we went there for. Overall it was a very relaxed environment with outgoing workers who seemed like they enjoyed their job. The whole building was well taken care of, clean fish tanks, clear walkways, no water spills, huge selection of fish and plants. I will definitely continue to come here!

  • Gregory Santos

The place looked great. Im from out of state and made a detour specifically to buy fish on my way home. I was in the store 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged i was there despite there being employees. After i did get the attention of a employee he did not know anything about the fish i was asking about and had to ask another employee who confirmed with another employee. I have no confidence in their fish or staff. I was looking for breeding pairs of apistogramma, rice fish, LF white clouds and endlers. I had full intention of purchasing these fish and i decided to instead walk out empty handed and order them from another place online.

  • Joel Benford

Best aquarium store that I've been to as far as freshwater plants and equipment, including tanks, stands, hardware, rocks and wood, CO2 setups and refills/exchanges. Lot's of nano fish too. They seem to have a lot of saltwater plants too, but I know nothing of saltwater, though they have a huge beautiful saltwater plant/creature display (whatever they are, do plants move around?) right in the middle. You can't call them but that is how their service is so good cause they're never on the phone. You can check stock online or email them. Even when it's busy, you won't have to wait long. Most of the time someone assists you as you walk in!

  • 4 Fox Sake

Absolutely the best aquarium store for the enthusiastically minded in all of the South Bay. Very helpful staff, tons of knowledge, and they don’t hesitate to share it with you. The salt water reef offerings is second to none in the area. They have coral options from $19 all the way to the “How Bad do You Want It Tank”, which is the top shelf corals. Many amazing fish as well, and the definitely don’t leave the fresh water hanging out to dry. Just go, you will not be disappointed. No they don’t have a phone number, but it’s really better to just go get the in person experience. You won’t regret it.

  • Eric Yoo

They don't accept any return or exchange. They never pick up phone calls all day. If you buy expensive things from this store, it will be painful to ask questions. In the store, their answers and explanations are wrong many times, so you have to do your own full research especially when you buy something expensive because they don't accept return or exchange. If you already know about aquarium stuff very well, this store could be a good place, but it's painful to someone like me who wants to buy something good quickly based on the store's recommendation and lives a little far from this store.

  • Ryan Parmeter

Very helpful staff with great saltwater and freshwater selections! I have purchased freshwater plants and fish, a complete CO2 system, substrate/soil, driftwood and rocks. The prices are competitive and they have 'experts' for various aspects of the hobby. The store is quite cramped and I would recommend visiting during the work week when there are not as many customers. The website is up to date with news of new product selections, but the online store is generally not current on fish/inverts/plants. I will continue to use this store as my primary resource for all my fish tank needs!

  • Alexa Hiznay

Great aquatics store. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. They have both freshwater and saltwater fish and accessories. They typically have a good plant selection, if you come close to a shipment. Their fish are healthy and well-cared for. I have gotten both my betta fish here. Last year, they were keeping multiple betta in the same tank, but I haven't seen that recently. They have a great selection of betta, including dragonscale, koi, and alien. Their betta are a bit more expensive than other aquatic stores, however, Neptune has a better selection and more variety.

  • Kenny Kretz

This place is always a sight to see when visiting. So many fish and other aquatic animals. Fresh and salt water and beautiful looking shrimp if you have shrimp tanks. A lot of cool fresh water fish you won't find at petco or petsmart and everything is well cared for. No sick or dead fish in the tanks. And all the employees have aquariums so they are knowledgeable and show like they generally care about you and the wellbeing of the fish you are buying and the fish you have at home. I love this place and check their Twitter for new fish friend arrivals.

  • Tom Edmonds

I am just visiting the area and I dropped in for some browsing. This store relocated at the end of August but there was already quite a bit of stock tanks set up in the back. A great selection of saltwater fish and corals. Freshwater section was a little boring yet, but they did have some very nice discus. Lots of quality aquariums to choose from in the entrance area. I think you could find something for just about any aquarium keeper's equipment needs. I would rate prices about average for a LFS. I would definitely shop here if I lived in the area.

  • N M

Staff is always friendly and are fairly knowledgeable about their varied stock. The fish I have purchased here have been healthy because NA is on top of quarantine procedures *knock on wood*. Prices are not the best but then again you do get what you pay for. I only have fresh water tanks right now but if your into salt water they have a nice selection of inverts and fish to browse as well. Beautiful tanks are for sale here and they do have RO and salt water available in their garage. Nice operation. Keep up the good work folks!

  • Jesse Slover

The first room you walk into, which I guess is their showroom, has about 10 various sized aquariums setup, mixed of saltwater and freshwater, all beautiful. They have a very large selection of fish and coral, with very reasonable prices, starting at $9.99 for coral frags. They also have a large selection of dry goods and aquariums and sumps. The staff is super helpful. The 15 min that I was in the store I was approached by 5 people asking if I needed help with anything. Overall a very good experience with the store.

  • Tessa Mayer Roberts

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! We bought a beautiful setup and it failed. Leaked all over my house. When I tried to call?? Nooooo phone number, no one to speak to no one to support in such a seriously traumatic experience . When we tried to return the defective product, they wouldn’t let us! They would not take back their defective product. Said, and I quote, “not our problem”. They will not stand by you the customer or their product. Steer clear of their products and their lack of services.

  • Marco Verdesca

This place is amazing especially for salt water tanks and fish. They are vey knowledgeable. The reason for the two stars is their prices are outrageous. My step son and I have been looking for a fish tank for a while. Prices are 50% more than should be - they do carry high quality stuff but same tanks can be found for almost half of the prices in other stores (same about the fish and accessories). I definitely recommend going there to take a look and learn but not the right place to buy.

  • Tom Leung

Great selection of coral and supplies but the saltwater fish person working when I visited seemed rushed and not very open to helping a n00b to saltwater. I don't think I'll go back unless I really have to. Update: I went back and service was way better. Really hard to beat their coral selection and prices so bumping up the star rating. I still find the staff to be so so in terms of willingness to educate but if you need good selection and good pieces this is the place.

  • Vy Nguyen

It's probably the best modern fish store in the Bay area, very beautiful tank displays at the front, lots of tanks for purchase, stocked full scaping materials, and best of all wide variety of fish stock. I tend to find lots of rare fish here. They use RO water in most of their tanks so that's nice to know they go through a lot of effort for their fish. Also I think they have the most salt water stock and supplies around.

  • Pengzhou Hou

Everyone be warned nothing wrong with store but I bought a chipped tank without inspecting and I went back they said contact manufacturing and I did manufacturing told me store was responsible. They do not have a phone number everything is over priced and staff has no knowledge of fishkeeping The only thing good about the store is the wide selection of tanks available BOTTEM LINE DO YOUR REASEARCH BEFORE COMING HERE

  • Samuel Greenberg

Absolutely gorgeous display tanks. Good range of corals which seem to be in good health, many are colonies in the higher price range but they also have a lot in the $10 rack. Fish selection is ok but not amazing. Invert selection varies but usually nothing too special. Staff is helpful. I'm irritated that they don't have a phone line because I would like to check if they have an item in stock before I drive there.

  • Rebecca Hassinger

First thing you'll notice walking in is that they are taking every COVID precaution, which is great to see. This shop has the look and feel of the aquarium shops my father took me to as a kid. They have a great array of sundry and hardscape. Variety of fish is very good and they have minimal sick/dead in their tanks. They favor saltwater. Prices a bit on the higher end, but OK. Staff are friendly.

  • Vikas Malyala

I went to Petco to get some recommendation on pond pump and they asked me to visit this place instead. I took time to go this place and found beautiful aquariums and a variety of fish. I was told that they will sell only indoor aquarium and fish. I also wanted to buy Koi fish but they told me they will not sell that too. So folks who want to buy an indoor aquarium and fishes must visit this place.

  • antonio prado jr

One star for the set up and fishes. Horrible service. I asked if they can test water. Told me we dont test water on the weekends. Excuse me! I set up my 85 gallon tank. To see if I was able to buy fishes. Then he says that wait I think one of the guys can test your water but he's on his lunch break. Wow. Never and wont go back their ever. Will tell all my Asian friends aswell. Thanks a lot.

  • Alec T

By far the best aquarium store in the South Bay, the staff are extremely helpful, the store is super clean and it looks like every tank has healthy fish that have been properly cared for. Prices for livestock are slightly higher than average but know that you’re guaranteed to come home with a healthy animal unlike other stores where you roll the dice every time you purchase fish.

  • Aaron Beardsley

Definitely one of the nicer fish stores in the Bay Area. But you'll pay for it. $$$ I bought a bag of aqua soil for $60 and a week later I found it for $33 at Albany aquarium. I also just found out I paid them $50 more for a regulator than I could have gotten it online for. That being said you can tell they really care about the store and I've yet to see any dead fish there.

  • Brianna

Truly amazing! The fish are so happy and the staff are always happy to help. They have types of fish I have never heard of before and it's very cool! They helped me solve my snail problem and they had some nice plants I added to my aquarium; which my fish loved. Probably one of the best fish stores I've been to. Their tanks that are set up are beautifully maintained!

  • AnaIsabel Huezo-Fernandez

Don't buy your fish here. One of the staff members who helped us said their tanks have been coming down with some stuff and they haven't completely figured out what it is. I should have taken that as a warning but didn't and purchased 3 Blue German Rams and 10 Cardinal Tetras. All of the fish we purchased came down with ick. As of today all 3 German Rams have died...

  • Ariana P

The tanks on display are gorgeous and the fish look so happy. They answered all my questions and were super nice. We used to go to Petco since we never really knew where to go, but now Neptune's is our go-to place and we've been telling everyone about it. They even let us bring our dog! I absolutely love going. We end up getting something every time we go.

  • Sandy Scheel

Great fish store. All the tanks looked well maintained and vibrant. Staff was knowledgeable about their stock. We bought 6 fish and all acclimated to our tank and are doing very well. Only odd thing is that the front door was locked (with no sign), we had to go on/out thru the loading dock/garage. That didn't feel particularly welcoming but it was minor.

  • humberto garcia corona

opinion coming from experienced freshwater aquarist pet smart has better selection for fresh water. salt was great. plants had snails. great selection on tanks . great display tanks.customer service was horrible was in the store for 45mins never approached by employees. I drove from far for that kinds of awful service. for fresh water go to kings instead

  • Lonny Lovins

Awesome hidden spot. The staff were incredibly helpful, and showed me all of my outings before I purchased. The place looks amazing inside, and all of their custom cabinets are solid looking. It is a bit of a scavenger hunt for parking, but once you find a spot and get inside, you should find everything you need for salt water or freshwater tanks.

  • Jay C

Do you like dark, humid, fluorescent lit places? Fish must because this place seems like a fish paradise. Variety of fish is enormous and they seem pretty well cared for, along with a small selection of plants and a wide selection of coral. Staff was helpful even though they didn't have what I was looking for. Will be visiting again …

  • Steve Hays

I walked in and was greeted by a friendly employee and a beautiful show room of tanks that were clean and had healthy fish. When I asked questions about things I wanted to improve about my own tank, at least 3 employees were answering questions. I will go back to buy supplies and will recommend to everyone I know that has aquarium set ups.

  • Amanda Bernetsky

This place is awesome! They have pretty much everything you could ever need to set up an aquarium and care for fish. Their fish are beautiful and well cared for, too. The front area of the store has a bunch of really cool display aquariums, so I think it would be a fun place to visit even if you don't need any fishkeeping supplies

  • Lindsay Brown

Came in to get ideas and information about planning my freshwater set up. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The tanks are clean and the fish look very healthy. They will also special order fish and plants given a two week lead time. I'm impressed and will definitely return simply due to their customer service.

  • Alexander Herrero

Great variety, especially for reef tanks. Fresh and planted variety is also good. They have a good selection of live rock and natural decorations for your tank, and the staff all know their stuff. When I went I got great help that totally changed how I approached aquascaping my tank and we are so happy with how it turned out.

  • Hannah Van Overbeek

Everything except Randall, tank, and the filter is from Neptune. They people are absolutely wonderful. I had so much fun getting all the plants, and they have such a large selection of rocks and plants. Huge saltwater selection as well. I can’t wait for my plants to grow in!! Thank you all so much ❤️ I’ll be back …

  • Suri Zuri (SuriruZ)

My favorite place for both fish and supplies ! Great selection for both fresh and saltwater setups. Fish and shrimp all look healthy, staff members care about them and not just getting sales. Everyone we've met here has been very friendly, helpful, and informative. Definitely my go to store for aquarium supplies.

  • Jessica Beckman

This place is a fish hobbyist destination. They have beautiful fish and reef supplies for many price points The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I love that they have a full staff. Tanks like that don't care for themselves. Wonderful place to buy coral, fish, and tank items. Gold standard for the hobby.

  • A P (A Pogue)

Great store, great employees who helped me find exactly the hardscape material I was looking for. Even suggested the lava ash rock stuff for the bearded dragon platform I'm putting together that i didnt even know was a thing and it will work perfectly. Tons of fishes and supplies and beautiful drift wood as well.

  • Jan Snyder

I've purchased 2 UNS stands, 1 UNS tank and many plants, pea puffers, and snails from Neptune. The other UNS tank I bought was used, but he bought it at Neptune also. Lots of variety here and the employees are friendly. I highly recommend Neptune. Cerissa also answers her emails in a timely fashion.

  • monsdomain

Clean store, wide coral and salt water fish selection (depending on latest shipment of course). Lots of eye candy here and just as important a friendly and professional staff. Live stock is bit on the pricier end but all in great condition. Overall great experience even if you're just browsing.

  • Travis Eddington

My over all experience with this store is good, I bought some corals the staff is knowledgeable and help full. I dipped my corals several times and inspected them to insure they are pest free. I think there prices are fair on the corals but they are a little high when it come to supplies

  • Jacky So

Great environment. Lots of different fish/plants to choose from. They even have Monte Carlo!! I only went their for their freshwater selection, but it seems like their specialty is saltwater. And oddly enough discus. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Will be returning often.

  • Stephanie Hollman

Visited Neptune aquatics while visiting my fish-obsessed siblings in San Jose. I was very impressed by the beautiful tank displays and variety of rare plants! The staff were very professional and knowledgeable and helped them decide on gourami for their freshwater tanks

  • David Eck

Great store. One of the best selections of live stock and corals. Staff very knowledgeable and passionate about fish and corals. All of the livestock are very high quality and have always had great service. Been going there for all my aquarium needs for a year now.

  • Yilan Shi

Got a sick piece of driftwood and some supplies. They have super well stocked variety and volume of driftwood of all types and sizes (4+ feet, Malaysian) and your hearts content of reef supplies. They even gave me an insulated travel box for frozen fish for free!

  • Steve Griswold

Talk to the owner probably one of the most influential people and the aquarium business with a vast knowledge of coral reefs and the do's and don'ts for the Aquarius. I highly recommend of a man that's 30 years as a hobbyist recognize talent and he's got it

  • Cold Logic

This is a quality reef supply store. Excellent livestock. Yeah they don't have a phone and the parking is meh. Still worth it if you want the best livestock and support. I've been keeping reefs for over 20 years and they also know how to be successful.

  • Josh Lujan

I had a great visit. If you're new or advanced in the hobby of fresh or salt water, Neptune Aquatics is great store to visit. The staff was very helpful with my questions. You are greeted by their beautiful display tanks of reefs and fresh water fish.

  • Erin Noonan

You can tell everyone who works here loves their job and are so knowledgeable about aquariums, both salt and fresh water. Their frags are beautiful and really good quality and they have a huge variety in stock at any time. This place is truly amazing.

  • Robert Escajeda

Great place for your aquarium needs salt and fresh water.. they sell just about anything you need.. very organized.. very clean.. display tanks are very well maintained/clean. Alot or coral and fish to choose from. Equipment and tanks and much more.

  • Jason Ho

Great store that has lots of supplies, livestock, and plants. Selections range from common items and brands to high end systems and livestock. Good variety to choose from and prices are comparable. Will definitely revisit and continue purchasing.

  • Mckenzie Edelbacher

My family and I enjoyed the store VERY MUCH!! They have great quality livestock and corals!! We purchased a few corals and they are flourishing very well! Clean tanks, store and very helpful and knowlagable staff! Thank you we will be back soon

  • Daciano Borges

This place is one of the nicest/cleaner fish stores around . They have fresh and salt water fish plus plants . I was helped out by Bobby"this dude knows his stuff about plants and fish , thanks to him my tank is heading in the right direction.

  • rabid pandaren

Beautiful displays and lots of corals. This place definitely caters more towards people who keep salt water tanks. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are pretty steep, but the quality is high so you do get your money's worth.

  • Richard Susanto

Impressive aquariums and livestock. Easily one of the best aquarium store I have ever been to. I am mainly a saltwater guy but they do have a really good selection of freshwater fish and plants. They make aquarium keeping look so easy.

  • andrew house

Great fish store. Everyone in the place is cool. Amazing selection of salt water corals, hard and soft, and tons of beautiful fish. It's our go to spot. ALSO they sell RO and Saltwater by the gallon. Bring your jugs or buy some there.

  • JBR “JBR”

Top aquarium store, one of the best in the Bay Area. Display room is eye candy, jaw will drop. Great selection of salt & freshwater fish, plus healthy corals. Very friendly service. I don't mind having to drive 150 miles round trip.

  • Phil Engelgau

Great products and good selection of fish. Plants selection is decent. Large variety of fw shrimp. Service is ready to help and seems knowledgeable. They don't have a phone though and that's crazy. A worthy rival to King Aquarium.

  • Greg Spencer

They have an amazing selection of salt water livestock, but they have far fewer freshwater fish, and their prices are about double what other places charge for freshwater fish. All of their stock looked healthy and well cared for.

  • Michael Brewington

as long as you quarantine everything wet this place has good selection of marine fish and coral. live rock and saltwater on hand. they have some freshwater fish and supplies also. I really like their display tanks in front.

  • Jesse Dutra
