This hospital is full of cheats, its only about the money and nothing else. Unnecessary procedures are performed to create huge astronomical bills. The life of a patent means nothing, do not take your precious one to this den of cheats. Unfortunately I took my grandmother for a simple hip fracture treatment to this known Apollo hospital in Lucknow thinking that she would be in safe hands of experienced doctors but I was absolutely wrong, little did I know that there were doctors who were only there to make money out of the patents illness rather then treating them. Dr Sanjeev Gupta and his assistant rushed us for the surgery telling us repeatedly that we’re running out of time while that was not the case as the main reason was that they did not want us to change our mind for surgery .This is there mode of operation i.e to create a situation of panic with only one motive and that is to extract or squeeze as much money as possible in this situation. My grandma was 91 years old and we were not in favour of the surgery but Dr Sanjeev Gupta and his assisstant made us wrongly believe that if we get the surgery she would be walking in a few hours, this is there way of conning people to extract money, these doctors dont have a heart and certainly no ethics or values which come with this profession. Dr Sanjeev Gupta ( HOD) orthopaedic surgeon was responsible for the surgery. There was NO post operative care. The nurses at the hospital were untrained, my grandmother was transfered to the private room where her BP went down drastically but there was not a doctor in sight. The nurses were so untrained that even when my grandmothers BP dropped to 33 they were saying its alright and it’s normal to fluctuate after the surgery with a smile on there face. It took the untrained staff half an hr to shift her to the ICU where they were brutally poking needles and even performed dialasys which was in no way required. We lost our most beloved grandmother. Dr Sanjeeb Gupta didnt even have the courtesy to brief us slightly as to what went wrong and how we lost our grandma after the surgery . They gave us a huge huge bill for 2 nights. I would not advise anybody in there sane mind to go this hospital. Little did i realise that a small hip fracture would cost my grandmother her life. These people who are running the hospital are a bunch of cheats. We made a huge mistake by taking our grandma to this hospital and God forbid wouldn’t want anybody to go through this, please beware of this hospital!!

Apollo Medics Hospital ,a super speciality center. Emergency Medical facilties are quite extra ordinary and meet up to the requirements of today's needs. The supporting medical staff , guards and Janitors alongwith Specialist Doctors are very much attentive , observant and helpful.Also the medical waste management of the hospital is up to the high standards. Few Things need to be improved are the price of canteen and pantry's food and beverages which are at quite higher side . Also the attendants must be allowed to carry the food at least for themselves. The supporting medical staff on the other hand are way too irresponsible of their duties supposed to perform. Many times called for the help during the nights ,it took way too much time in response which could cause serious complications and result in severity instead. Alongwith this the Lifts are also a bit tacky to handle at the times. Given the facilty of lift it has got attendants fall in unavoidable situations and took too much time just to visit the patient. Stairs must be allowed for every visitors just in case it could spare one some few more minutes.

i don't know how this hospital is managing to run because they are a fake copy of original apollo hospitals, earlier they registered main apollo hospital website which gave them visibility over internet. But this is a small hospital who is trying to fetch the people by using apollo hospital name and giving bad services to ruin apollo trust and playing with patients life. Dr. Arun and so many reviews are of apollomedics hospitals alambagh lucknow being posted there, so remember its a fake copy so don't go to this trap and visit apollomedics hospitals to avail world class services. Also as per my opinion apollo hospitals should take legal actions against this kind of innocence and help patients visit right place at right time to get the best treatment and speedy recovery.

I am really surprised and dissapointed with the facility ver bad experience ..my father had to go for pacemaker replacement which was totally free we were told to spend 7 to 8 k plus room charge as we entered the things started we were asked to pay 40k as dr was waiting in OT.the very next moment we got a estimate of l28000 whn we said its too much they immediately did 1lakh thn 78k when we shouted to leave my father they did 49k its like mental torcher for us ...i thank dr Ajay bhadur for being kind the only nice person gone thru all delima....so it was a worst experience i have ever gone.I would like ceo of apollo the to be honest as in delhi so that we all feel proud to have apollo in lucknow.

My experience was not good at all , Not seen anyone getting better in their ICU , Nephrology department should have someone who speak truth there is no transparency and also they don't allow to meet patient, they don't let patient's family know the actual condition. Not much experienced staff they need good doctors .The hospital only concentrates on money , they r very clever take your sign on every consent paper so that no one can blame or point fingers on their fault . Nephrology department should have good doctors with experience in handling critical patients. Bad diagnosis skills they lie all the time

Worst experience मै अपने पिता जी को ईलाज के लिए लेकर 30.10.23को गया था। Emergency में मात्र 1घण्टे में मुझे लगभग रू 25000 का बिल थमा दिया गया।ना ही तो patient की history पूछी गई ना ही कुछ और। सारे टेस्ट करा दिये गये। यहां तक की एक antibiotic injection envenge लगाने जा रहे थे जिसे मेरे द्वारा रोक दिया गया था उसका दाम रू 3100 भी बिल में जोड़ लिया और मुझसे उसका payment जबरदस्ती लिया गया। आप सभी से अनुरोध है सावधान रहे तथा, Apollo लखनऊ जाने से पहले एक बार जरूर सोचें।

Very bad experience . During month of Apr 2021 they get admitted to my Badi Mummy and charge immediately 20000/- despite of having no proper facilities like Oxygen and other . Very irresponsible and rude behaviour doctor were there . Really wahan ke doctor ko baat karne ki tameez toh hai nahi. Admit karne ke after 1 hour they told us 1-2 ghante ki Oxygen hai sirf . A very good super speciality hospital in lko... With all facilities.. I was here for my Preventive Health Check up... Was really handled by the people at PHC desk - especially Miss Kalpana, Miss Sunaina and Kamal ji... All process was done in systematic way and got free easily by 12 pm... Physiotherapy department here is one of the best setups in UP. Staff and management is very responsible for their patients. Specially per natal and anti natal faculties are the best here. Me and my wife is completely satisfied .
