Even though my wife and I had substantial limitations in locating a property, they worked tirelessly to place us in our home. They were very careful not to waste our time by showing us properties that were of no interest to us or that we could not afford Every time we talked, they carefully listened to our needs and preferences. The result was that we quickly understood what was on the market and what could be a possible home. Another valuable feature of working with them was their opinion. They would gather everything they knew about our desires then offer suggestions. As we would listen to their suggestions, it was fascinating how my wife and I would smile at each other and say, “Wow. That’s an excellent idea.” Or, “You’re right. We hadn’t thought of that.” Melanie & Larry always maintained close contact with us and explained every aspect of the transaction as we progressed. They quickly returned our calls, emails and text messages. They really are examples of five-star professionals. Our previous management company were worse than useless. They never answered calls or emails- blamed it on "Covid". The only person we could deal with- and the only one with an ounce of common sense- was their owner relations manager. In Atlanta. We were lucky enough to be referred to New Castle Realty. What a difference. Like night and day. Melanie responded to our inquiry right away, and answered every question we had. She, and her colleague, Lisa, made the transition from the old company to New Castle smooth and seamless. New Castle followed through with terminating the lease on our previous tenant, got the property turned around quickly and rented within a week. Their communication is first class, with any responses in next to no time. Their account statements are clear, logical and concise. We are always notified of any repairs needed by email, along with accompanying photos, and they are carried out efficiently and cost effectively. Our only regret is that we didn't know about New Castle Realty years ago. They are outstanding, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Shame on them for increasing rents for most people who can't afford it and forcing them out!! Making them struggle more on a fixed income and then suggests roommates to elderly people. Why would a senior citizen need a roommate? They're not college students or young folks!
