I went to watch Drishyam 2 on 02/12/2022 and screen was 2 and seat was A-4, show timings were 6:00 pm. I am VIP member of New Fangled, i have previously liked the services of New Fangled but recent experience was no less than a nightmare. As soon as I entered I saw seats now looked old and some were torned. This is not the thing one expects after paying 650 Rs. And on top of it, we experienced a cocokroach, yes literally a cocokroach running from our neck to the backside of the seat. W were horrified, we jumped from the seat, I didn't wanted to create a scene so that other's didn't rushed outside as all others were couple's, they would have got uncomfortable or some might have feared, just to keep theatre's reputation I rushed outside and went to the ticket handler to complain, it was interval time, they just changed our seats nothing more than that. It seemed fine to them at first. Then I had a talk with the manager too, he simply said we will take care next time and I have talked with the cleaning guys too that they clean it properly. Ya the thing he said was fine but the tone was too simple, as if he is saying just to console me down, the one who wishes to take some action is firm and willing to do things, the manager didn't seemed as such. Hopefully they repair torned seats and other's may never have teriffic experience. It won't be my first option for movies anymore. If they can charge 650 (50 Rs more than normal first row seats), I believe they should start providing premium seats (no torn) and better cleanliness too. It's high time we as customers show them that customer satisfaction matters the most. New fangled I request you to not break our trusts further.

My recent visit to the Miniplex to watch “Nun 2” was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the theater itself was cozy and comfortable, and the picture and sound quality were good. It’s a good option if you’re in the mood for a smaller, intimate theater setting but be prepared for potential distractions.

I recently visited the New Fangled Fantasy Miniplex located beside S.G. Highway in Ahmedabad and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. This new fangled miniplex is newly concept of only couple seat allows here, this miniplex at Mondeal Retail park, At s.g.highway. best location to visit anytime , ample parking at basement, from parking lift , staircase both to reach to g.f., recently open month ago, but good concept, good interior, no recliner chair but still comfortable to seat and enjoy movie, theatre size accommodate 25 couple's, rest room, visitors sitting, food counter here at entrance. Total 4 screen and timing morning 10 to evening 10.30.,.the location of miniplex is so suitable that after movie you can have restaurant, shopping , play zone ,just in same building. Good for weekend visit.

I visited new fangled miniplex . Had the worst pepsi possible , no fizz at all, only flavored water . i went to complaint but mr. HARSH raval AT THE COUNTER DIDNT CARE ONE BIT.. he saif complain if you want to. There is no manager here. I showed him this review before posting. He didnt Care!!! " Post if you want to, machine is broken , that is why the pepsi is like that" qas his response. i told him you should not sell if machine is broken. Waste of money as far as refreshments are concern. No one responsible here. After the movie ended. He came requesting me to remove this review, instead of apologising or stopping sales of bad pepsi/beverage.

One of the best cosy and comfortable place for couple. Top notch service, atmosphere, sofa type seats and space is quite comforting and gives you feel of special treatment. Staff is really nice.. I forgot my wallet and mobile but thanks to the staff I'll get it immediately. I have given 4 out of 5 stars. I'll deduct one star for food. Price are high and limited options available. You need to spend 50 for water ! And 200 for coffee that is too high in compare of quantity.

The place is located on the opposite Block of Jade Blue showroom in Mondel Retail Park. It's a small theatre with limited screens and seats, specifically for couples only. The cost is average, however the seat is not as comfortable as recliner (as the cost is around recliner). The food was good, the screen quality and resolution was good, the sound quality was average and they don't accept card just online wallets & cash. Recommend to try once.

It is not worth the money. Small screens and low ceiling.There is lot of disturbance during the movie when people move huge shadows are visible over the screen. If that is not enough, even staff from pantry is also allowed to take orders. All these observations are very evident. I personally felt screening quality isn’t as good as well. Edges on the corner seats block the screen view. Premises is good and location, parking wise very suitable.

All good seats theater cleaning But they are provide couple seat So why theater person is continue standing position inside the theater just near by the gate but inside the theater why and he is watching everyone Why ? And listen not only 10 min or 30 min It’s about after the intermission continues stand inside the theater And I have the pictures and videos

We came for a show of 8 am today but its 8:30 still movie is no started Asked at the reception to a guy named VISHAL GOSWAMI he answered very rudely and said update is coming and show will start after 15-20 minutes more and if you have problem then we will give you refund and go out. It's very pathetic experience here never going to visit again.

Interesting concept, they just have couple seats that too low height. A couple seat costs 600, so not sure how will you visit if u r in odd number. Sound system is not so good. They have 4 screens each with 4 rows having 5 couple seats, i.e. total capacity of 40 persons overall. Ok for one time experience n ofcourse better for couples

A place i’ll never suggest. Uneducated staff. Family coming with their children and they creating chas In between the movie. Very unhygienic place. Food is average and not a place to watch a movie. It’s something else if you guys know wt i mean. People come here with their girls just fot ****. Worst experience

Very irresponsible service providers.i called today 4-5 times for booking rude behaviour faced when I'm talking to counter person also counter person continuesly avoiding your watsapp massage for booking.i'm not suggesting this place due to not value for customer service.simply uneducated staff

It's a good, comfortable place for couples who enjoy movies privately without any disturbance. Also a reasonable price for snacks and beverages is a plus. But the picture and sound quality is not worth the value, it can be improved for a better movie experience.

8am show begins at 8.5am. parking is not permitted before 7.55am. Are you crazy? Rude behaviour of parking staff. Is this how you want your customers to get treated? Also this theatre don't accept payment via credit card when POS is available everywhere.

It gives a nice private space for watching movie with your loved ones. The kind of experience which is much in need now a days. Good music system and the seats. I won't say it is worth it or not, but yes it sure is worth a try. I enjoyed it!

Like the concept of privacy but sits are un comfortable and it can extend so i cant feet in that i am 6'2" and my lega wer like hanging and th project pace location very bad because if someone ouse out or come in u can see there shadow

Best place for couples. One the best seating arrangements that i have seen for couples. Tickets are bought in 2x only. That means ticket will be for couples only.. sharing photo of its menu for interval brunch.

Good compact movie theatre on s g highway. The combo seat is key feature. Just make sure 1 ticket= 2 person. No need to buy 2 tickets for 2 tickets
