I would give this 0 ratings but since that's not the case, I've never had a problem with this place but I have just ordered 2 chciken burgers and some onion rings, all of it tastes and smells disgusting. There was black bits in the chicken burgers, the onion rings had a vile taste. The chicken burgers aren't supposed to have black bits in them and they are NOT supposed to smell the way they did. Rang up to get a refund on our order and you could tell they were hesitant to give us one, making all these excuses about how they can't give us a refund till after 7. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Never had an issue before, use this takeaway regularly but tonight I have had a shocker of an experience! RUDE staff, made 2 mistakes, 1 corrected in the shop and 1 not noticed until we got home. Both mistakes were blamed on me when I called them to get a replacement. Bloke on the phone was so rude, he hung up on me when I tried to explain he had gotten the order wrong. Eventually agreed to provide a replacement and we had to go and get it! They wouldn't deliver as to busy, looked dead when I was in there 10 minutes before! Not a fantastic way to treat regular customers....

I don't have a problem with them before but this time I have ordered on just eat at 7.10 now it 8.40 and it still not arrived I have phone them they didn't answer so I phone them again and they said it on it way and it won't be long I'm still waiting for my food my food arrived at 9.00 I'm not happy for waiting long for my food it only take 5min drive to get here so y it took 2 hour for my food also my food was warm when it arrived

The most hideous excuse for a chicken kebab I've ever seen. So disgusting I gave it to the dog. I did ring them to complain and whoever answered the phone laughed at me. Make your judgement, I certainly have.

we used to go to m and m but as of now we will only go here the food was perfectly cooked the service was excellent priced fairly and even a friendly delivery driver!! highly recommended!!!

Really nice food and generous portions. The staff are super friendly. A million times better than the fish and chip shop a few doors down. This place is worth a visit on takeout night.

The food is amazing, staff are super friendly and understanding, food is never delayed for silly reasons, delivery is usually 10-20 minutes early, so get your plates ready!

I've only been with New Horizons for a short while but I am more than happy with the food (hot & delicious) delivered on time.The homemade chilli is to die for.

The pizzas crafted by this artisan establishment are beyond anything else I have experienced. And I have experienced a lot of pizzas.

Can't fault the food or prices. Only thing is it can take too long to be delivered but that's my own laziness showing lol.

Have had many bad orders from here food is always cold and never get what you order just a waste of money.
