I love New Image Med Spa! I have done a few different services here that I love; microdermabrasion, lash lift, and laser hair removal. Tamara Bowley has done all of them for me and she is the best! I always have a ton of questions regarding every service, both before and after it's actually performed, and she answers thoroughly and quickly (we mostly chat through email which is super convenient for me). The microdermabrasion has been great for my skin, very exfoliating and refreshing. Plus, Tamara does toning and an amazing mask after the dermabrasion itself.. . so you definitely get that spa treatment as well. It feels SO good! I will continue to get them! The laser hair removal was super quick and surprisingly not as painful as I had imagined. Tamara answered all of my questions about the different options and pricing, and made the entire process very easy and comfortable. I still have 4 laser treatments to go, I can't wait for the days of not having to worry about shaving. The lash lift was also really great. The process was quick, maybe around 20 minutes or so. She explained it as kind of being similar to a "perm" for my lashes. She set them into a curl, and dyed them too, which made a huge difference since I have super blonde lashes. It is great not having to wear mascara! It lasted longer than I thought, probably about a month or so. Towards the end I ended up adding a little mascara to amplify the still lingering, beautiful curl. And lastly, they have given me a few samples that I really liked, and I'm considering purchasing the toner. However, even though they offer advice on product, they are NOT pushy or salesy.

I have been a client at New Image Med Spa for a few years now. They are my go to spot for all of my skin care needs. I regularly schedule skin care treatments with Sara Reynolds, who is one of the best aestheticians available. She is so professional caring and is an expert in her field. My skin has never looked so good and it is all due to Sara. I am not usually one to write reviews, but after my appointment today, I have never been so happy with my results. I received Dysport and fillers in my face today with Dr. Bob Ruiz. Dr. Bob is the best injector ever! He is a true artist. I highly recommend anyone contemplating getting any kind of fillers to head over to New Image and see Dr. Bob. His technique is painless and his results are amazing. I came home and my husband said that I look 10 years younger. Thank you Dr. Bob and New Image Med Spa. Additionally,MarJo, the office manager is also one of the best around she always ensures that their clients are happy and makes all clients feel like a VIP. Bottom line, if you’re looking to feel better, take better care of your skin and achieve a more youthful appearance, go to new image med spa and let them take care of you. You won’t regret it!

Last month I had the pleasure of visiting New Image Med Spa in Ahwatukee. I must say that I was not disappointed! First and foremost the staff at New Image was welcoming, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the treatments I was receiving. They took time to answer any and all questions I had prior to the treatment. The microdermabrasion I received was wonderful and the results were fantastic (new, soft skin with improved texture). The laser treatment was helpful for all sunspots. Finally, the massage I received was one of the best ever. Not only did the massage help with my overall wellness, but also, the massage therapist was more than helpful when it came to addressing any problems I was experiencing prior to my appointment. Please take it from me; a visit to New Image Med Spa will be worth it. Their location, staff, and professionalism was something to be noted. Take the time to treat yourself at New Image Med Spa!

I was involved in a car accident in 2017 and have suffered unbearable thoracic back spasms that have progressively gotten worse to the point of being unable to move—absolutely excruciating pain. I was referred to Dr. Visser for acupuncture and after the first session I was slightly skeptical on whether this route would work for me as my spasms continued to intensify for three days succeeding my first appointment. I decided to try a second round and, wow, am I glad that I did. I could cry happy tears as last night was the first night in (I don't even know how long) that I was able to get into bed comfortably without having to lay in a specific position to prevent a spasm. So, so thankful that this may not be something I have to endure forever—first time I have been hopeful that something may work.

I had a lot of stiffness in my back and neck when I went in search of a chiropractor. I did a search online and found Imagine Wellness. Dr. Zamora took x-rays of my back and neck. She showed the problems with my back, and also identified that my neck was even worse, to the point that the vertebrae were nearly fused. We began work immediately. I had relief starting from the first session. There is now greater flexibility in my back and neck and the pain is significantly reduced. The limited range of motion I had been experiencing has greatly improved as well. Dr. Zamora is highly experienced and she and her team are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Image Wellness to everyone.

Have been seeing Dr Hetrick for about 17 years now as he is my neurologist. Have had many cosmetic procedures done by Foothills New Image and wouldn't go anywhere else. The office is beautiful and very relaxing. Whether your having a facial, microdermabrasion, chemical peel, botox or other injectable fillers you can be sure your going to come out looking and feeling great! They also give vitamin-B shots which is always a pick-me-up! I really can't say enough about how best this office is. Now I have to go on Web site and schedule something as I feel the need to relax and do something for myself!

Today was the first day of my new lease on life, I've always pampered others, being a mom that raised 3 kiddos to independent adults. I took the advice of a friend and came to Med Spa and I'm SO glad that I did. First off, Sarah pampered me with a LONG overdue facial that left me feeling like WOW then Dr. Bob, AKA, Mr. Q&E did his magic and last but not least, Marg invited me into the Med Spa family. If you need some pampering, go to Med Spa!! You, too, will be glad you did!

New Image Spa Is Outstanding! I have been to several places to receive facial treatments, including Botox-This facility is by far the most beautiful! Not only was my service amazing, but the staff was friendly and welcoming. The doctor explained everything COMPLETELTY before he started the treatment! The entire staff and owners are total professionals, services are reasonably priced, and if you haven't tried New Image Spa yet, I highly recommend the trip!! you wont be disappointed.

I love this place. They make you feel so comfortable. Dr Bob is great. He’s REALLY good with injections and always considers your health first. Sara, the esthetician is really good too. She’s gentle and careful not to mention just fun to be around. MJ runs the office and sees that every detail is just right. The office has such a good vibe. The kind that comes from people who like each other and what they do. I always leave happy.

Their work is good but the marketing system is corrupted. They have a credit system for customer retention that is NOT for the benefit of customer but customer retention. They charge you higher price first and the give you credit so you go back for the sake of credit. Nothing bad about it but be aware that credit gets expire. Just lost $150! There are other places that won’t play this game with you.

Fantastic experience the nurse Patty is highly experienced and skilled. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and were able to make me an appointment the same day I called. This office give you reward points for your treatments. I did quite a bit of research and their prices were lower than other local Spas but the quality and service Image Med Spa offer is Excellent.

My Recent visit to New Image Med Spa was a wonderful experience. The facility was very nice and quiet when entering so it made the experience relaxing. The staff were very inviting. I've had nothing but great service here! The last time I stopped in for a product they unfortunately didn't have any in stock, but referred me to another spa so I could get what I wanted. I really appreciated their willingness to help me out, even if it meant I had to go elsewhere.

New Image Med Spa is fantastic! Sarah and Dr Bob made me look years younger! I’ve had ULTHERAPY, micro needling, laser and botox. I cannot wait to try the body sculpting next. I highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m 55 and I look years younger!

Dr Visser is fantastic with acupuncture. His office Mgr Lisa is not professional but he is great at what he does. Lisa will talk extremely loudly about things that she shouldn't be saying. She's also really bad at answering the phone/returning phone calls.

I've had good experience at New Image and the Client Relations Manager is very personable and always cheerful. The price for the value of service is excellent. I recommend New Image to anyone that is trying to be their best self. Thank you New Image.

I had 6 Lazer treatments on my mouth area to help with fine lines, wrinkles and old scare tissue. I saw mild improvement. It was quite awhile ago so I don't temember who I saw, but she was very professional and thourough.

I loved my experience at New Image so much I tried to only get my botox done here, even though I live in Washington. Now we've sold our home in Ahwatukee, and I am still going to set up an appointment for spring break!

I been seen Patty for almost 5 years, definitely I recommend her. I see her 3 to 4 times a year. The results are very good and safe, yes it cost money but helps a lot with my self-confidence, 100%Recommended.
