New look painting services were very friendly from the get go. Provided all the information on what paints to get and answered all the questions asked. They replied very fast to all queries. Their painting was okay. There were quite a few of them painting and I feel due to different people painting at different times it left my darker colours a bit patchy from where they had cut in after painting, which is very obvious as you can see the different colours now on my two walls. I did not complain to them about this as I knew it would have meant me having to go back out and get more paint for the mistakes to be corrected and I really couldn't justify the cost of more paint. They also did not cover the corners where they painted in the bathroom properly, I can still see the previous colour below, I did point this out to them and they said it needed time to dry, I knew it didn't need time to dry and I followed their instructions to let it dry, sadly I can still see the previous white colour which is very obvious to the eye. One thing they did not warn me about was my bathroom, they had asked to leave the heating on so the paint could dry quicker between coats, this has left my bathroom paint to blister. I checked whether it was moisture or heat and turns out it was due to the heat. I'm now going to have to sand everything down again (one down fall is they don't sand, I had to prep the bathroom before hand) and paint over it, costing me more money and more of my time. They did also get some white paint on my kitchen floors and on my carpet, along with paint on my fridge, windows and window frames which was a pain to clean. Another downfall they did not wait long enough between coats ( they did my kitchen with two coats within an hour even though the paint on the tin said wait an hour before putting on a second coat). I feel this might have also impacted my bathroom but I never witnessed how long they waited for the bathroom as I was downstairs. Overall, the painting was average, the bathroom was a let down and I'm a little sad that I'll have to spend time correcting it but the price was good. I guess you pay for what you get. I think darker colours take a lot more work and time from my past experience and it was the darker colours that let them down. Amazing customer service though, I'd recommend for light colours not dark and not for the bathroom. Edit: Changing this review to a one due to the lie in the response. You had not said their was moisture before you started. If you had said that then there would be no way I would have let you paint the bathroom. What you did tell me to do was to open the windows and put the heating on so it would dry faster whilst you painted? Is that normal? I do have the finances for more paint, I have had to get the paint stripped off and repainted again with the expensive paint brand I had you paint it with. Guess what! No peeling. You as professionals should have put out clear instructions in regards to the bathroom. You never offered to come back and sort it out you told me it was what it was. I've still got paint on my brand new carpet and patchy downstairs walls. Thanks for costing me more to fix your mistakes.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.. DID RUBBISH JOB. Called them to rectify… wouldn’t answer calls. THEY WEBSITE IS DECEIVING.. all fake. Come in with people who do not speak English, and are not allowed to communicate with customer. Flooded my whole place with water as one of the workers didn’t understand English so made a mess. ALSO the boss asked for the money upfront, before the job even started, that rang alarm bells for us. I had a gut feeling this company would be dodgy, and I was correct. I will be reporting them to trading standards. Do not fall for the talk by the boss. He talks his way, and gets the job. But at the end if you find a fault or anything occurs like it did in our property they will blame you and make an excuse. DO NOT USE THEM. HE wanted payment to be made in cash and not via bacs, and not Infront of anyone. Totally un professional. They just want your money

We had a very limited time to paint the house before moving in. Zaheer came down all the way from Bradford to Holmfirth the next day I called him, gave us a fair quote within a day and booked us for a weekend not too far. He promised they will paint the whole house in two days. The team of 8 people arrived on time on the day and did the job exactly as they said. But, here is the best part; at the end of day one, we noticed we don't like the color we picked and called Zaheer to ask if we can change it. He said Ok, we bought the new paints, and the next day they repainted some areas and still finished on time with no extra charge!! The house looks great, exactly as we wanted. They are very professional, honest, clean, on time, and they really care about their clients satisfaction. Well done, and thank you again for your service.

After reading the reviews, i called new look painting services to come and give me a quote. They arrived the following day and provided me with an extremely competitive quote.On the day of the job, the team of 8 people came fully prepared to carry out the work which was done to a very high standard and as a team they worked quite efficiently. The communication from the outset was amazing. They were very punctual and considerate whilst in my home. They covered everything from floors to furniture and even removed the blinds and curtains before commencing any work. It probably took them around an hour to make certain everything was covered. When they had finished my work, they vacuumed all the carpeted areas and brushed and mopped my kitchen and bathroom before they left. I would definitely recommend and use this company again!

New Look is a good name for this company but if they every want to change it they could call themselves Lightning Flash because they came to us with a team of 4 to paint a lounge and kitchen ceiling and a bedroom ceiling and wall and we're in and out in 4 hours! The work they did was exemplary and it has indeed given these areas a new look. It wasn't all plain sailing because they first had to spray stain block onto all ceilings caused by water leaks but you'd never know that now. We are really pleased with the work and the reasonable price charged which was the best of the 3 quotes we were given. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service from this company. Really professional from the first call we made. Came out to look at the job we needed doing and then send us quote through text message. We are happy to proceed with the price quoted. Then agreed a start date and they didn’t let us down, came right on time 9am as agreed. Came all in painting uniform also. Painted the whole room and ceiling and the media wall. Outstanding the way they finished off the job down the fine detail. After finishing tidying up also. I recently contacted them for painting services and I highly recommend this business on the basis of professionalism and excellent customer service . I contacted the service after reading the Google reviews. The quote was reasonable and I was given a date when work would commence and a recommendation on paints to buy. The team arrived early and finished the job quickly. They left the premises clean and tidy. There was some parts that I wasn’t happy with and contacted the team the next morning to discuss, they came out the same day and sorted it for me and didn’t leave until I was happy with the end result. Absolutely delighted to have the team around to do our work for us. We spent a few weeks researching intensively to source a company that could deliver everything we wanted in terms of quality and value, not the least attending on the day and time planned and this all paid off thanks to Zee. not happy at all with the way the house has been painted no care on the world I’ve had a new bathroom fitted spent over 7k just to have my sink covered in paint and scratched, my shower unit covered in paint, my blinds are covered in paint living room walls ceiling have grey paint on them walls ain’t done properly has white paint on walls. My kitchen has paint on taps and on units there hasn’t been any care towards the stuff in the house very poorly done

Zee and his team painted our whole house top to bottom recently, I found the company on an internet search and they had excellent reviews, they all did the work and Zee was around every day, they completely transformed an empty space into something beautiful and useful, they completed it extremely fast, were quick and efficient, knew exactly what they were doing and most importantly a good finish, thanks guys.
