Love New Look, but as a company they need to review their returns policy. There are some issue regarding payment cards. E.g. If I paid via PayPal I need to have my payment card with me. Why? I'm not taking anyone's money, it goes back go the original account. Ridiculous. Most stores already do this. Otherwise, I love a bit of New Look.

I was looking for a baseball hat and one was displayed on a manakin, when l asked the assistant that l would like one she replied "we have none in stock" l said l would buy the one on the manakin and she said "it's old and worn and used just for display purposes" so why advertise products when in fact they don't stock them..!!?? …

Well spaced out stick, which makes it easier when you are disabled (I use a power chair) staff helpful, store clean, easily accessible as doors always open and wide enough to get in easily. Some nice clothes, good range of sizes, for all ages. Shoes and bags at back.

Plenty of room to move around and browse. Staff very friendly and really helpful particularly when returning an item purchased before the last lock down. Not sure how long the returns extension will go on for, but great service yesterday.

Love new look for work clothes have some brilliant stuff. I go to the fort one and sutton coldfield. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great range of clothes, what ever the occasion.

I was looking for a specific item for my daughter. A very friendly assistant approached me. She was very helpful and chatty. She found it for me Thankyou... a credit to yiyr store.

Very little selection in this store and a limited number of shoes also... I just think New Look itself has run its course! I'm surprised it is still going to be honest

Played the most awful music, how can people work in such a noise. Don't buy sale products, no refund, exchange only. That is if you can find anything in the jumble!

No mens section. Not so much New Look, more like good luck... getting the right size and what you like, how it feels, are the jeans stretchy, utter garbage.

I love going into New Look for a bargain, but they also have some nice clothes in there. I hope it doesn't close, it would be a shame for Sutton Coldfield

Nice small store, always neat. Girls on till always polite and smiling. Thank you to them for making shopping a good experience. It's a gem!

Lots of choice in the store and the assistants are helpful. Sutton town centre is on a decline so hope New Look carries on trading.

Fairly surprised they have some nice items. I thought it was only for the younger kids but it does have a good range

This store sells items mainly for the under twenty fives. My granddaughters like their hair accessories.

Quite a biggish store, not much in the kids section but lots in the women's, good size changing room
