I had bought a top in New Look in Blanchardstown (staff were very friendly), unfortunately when I got home I noticed a rip in the sleeve so as I was going up to Omni Shopping Centre I decided to change it in New Look there. When I tried to exchange it, management firstly me told I couldn't change it here and then changed her mind and then while the girl behind the till was scanning etc, the manager looked at me and in a rude manner said was the rip there when you bought it, as if she was suggesting I ripped it myself even though I was exchanging it for the exact same top in the exact same size.

Team are fantastic and went above and beyond and saved me for my Christmas party.i placed an online order that did not arrive for over 2 weeks. Online support was extremely unhelpful. Gemma from the Omni branch could not have done enough for me, arranged all the items for me, and she helped me with my online refund. I couldn't recommend Gemma and her team enough.

Did not like this New Look. A load of prices not priced especially pjs. Not 1 item priced. I priced a pair of pj bottoms they where €15 like that is so expensive even if it not on sale price. No plus size in night wear. I went tòbuy my item it was just folded it up . I said where the bag we do not have enough. The shop assistant no personality.

Shop was OK. Easy access to shop from underground parking. Wheelchair accessable. But find a lot of theses shops, cater for sizes 2,4,6 this is the new normal. And woman who are a more curve size 14. End up buying sizes 18 and then get very down about there size. Not one of theses shops have proper sizing.

They close the fitting rooms half an hour before the shop closes, which I have never seen in another shop. Quite frustrating when you've spent a good while picking out items to try on. But I imagine it is a store policy to avoid having a pile of clothes to return to the racks at closing time

I .needed a dress for a wedding next sat went to blanchardstown yesterday went to about 6 shops for dress couldnt find what i was looking for so got up early had breakfast went down to omni i got a lovely dress in new look thanks new look

Staff are not attentive at all in the shop,had me waiting at the til for awhile until I was served,shop wasn't busy at all..they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Staff need to be trained on customer service!!

Gone to pick outfit for my teenage daughter for a school event, not much choices for her age but manage to get one unexpectedly which she was happy about

New look omni very nice staff very helpfull when lookn for chrismas present brought out a few different kind of boots got what I needed great staff

Lady at the till wasn't very polite. Other than that, shop was nice with good collection of clothing and sales rack

Pity you can't get a bigger range of bags and purses I hate seen things online yet you can get them in store and

Not great selection of clothing mostly sale items.Even the Autumn winter Clothes not exciting so fat

Great for bargains and good selection of stock worth a look if you're in the area

New look is completely amazing with the coolest clothes and footwear

Brilliant place to go and pick up a gym top! Those gains though..
