First time to this establishment, not the Spa & Suana style. Pleasant experience for the price of $35/pp on a weekday. It's not luxury if that's what you're looking for in a day spa, but it was relaxing, refreshing and a restorative experience on a whim because we didn't plan on going here. Free parking underground. When you arrive on one elevator, you'll need to remove your shoes and leave them at the front in a cubby. It's a no shoes facility. The other elevator takes you to their facilities while barefoot. At the front counter they accept cash, credit, debit and allow you to pre-pay any services in advance, but you can also pay at the end. You're given a waterproof wrist fob connected to your method of payment, which also identifies your locker number, and they hold your ID on file until you checkout. You're given linens (top & bottoms) and towels nicely rolled. There are no clothes, no towel (shower/bathing/bathing pools/scrubbing tables/steam room) areas, and they have signs posted that also mandate a no phone usage policy in those areas. The atmosphere was clean and well kept, while the staff helpful and available. I packed a lunch, but I believe no outside food is allowed, so I didn't take it. There's a full kitchen/seated cafeteria area, which was peaceful. The food prices were outrageous, though, I get it they've got to make a profit right. You have to return the linens by hamper bins in the locker rooms, not like to the counter, and you can close out your tab before you leave and pick up your shoes. *I do not own rights to any audio*

Today was my first visit to this spa. Drove from NJ as I heard good things about it. (1) Locker Room - clean, bright and inviting (2) Bath House - The hot tub with jets was not working. The air vents and control panel next to it were rusty with the rust spreading near the tubs. Water was clean. Many maintenance issues in the Bath House. Also, many men that appear to be staulkers... cruising for someone or something. They sit and watch... not a great feeling. And when me and my friend went to use the steam and sauna rooms, we were followed in. Sauna Room: the wood is splintering and dangerous and in need of repair. Steam Room: cracked tile and again in need of maintenance. Shower Area: clean but the soap and shampoo were low quality. Restaurant: Food was actually very good. Water Coolers: all of the water coolers had the 5 gallon jugs on them and the water tasted and smelled as if they refill them with a garden house. Men's Rest Room: very clean. TV Room: filled with several lounge chairs, each in major need of repair and cleaning. Wouldn't sit in them! Hot Sauna Rooms: okay, but again in need of maintenance and cleaning. So the overall impression is they need a good maintenance crew and cleaning crew. And if you are looking to get "lucky" this is the place, but if you are looking for a relaxing day at a clean spa, maybe not the best choice.

I’ve been going to this spa for 5 years and spend atleast $500 a month here, never had any issues before. Yesterday in the middle of my spa time a family emergency happened and I had to leave in an instant. For security purposes the spa holds onto my ID so since I left in a rush I didn’t pick up my ID. I came the next day to pick up my ID and pay the remainder balance which was a smooth transaction. As the front desk recognizes me, a random man starts yelling at me in front of many other people that I’m taking up four parking so I was genuinely baffled as I have never experienced bad customer service here before. He did not introduce himself and just started yelling at me over the parking spot, from his demeanor he was striking me as a racist man, I asked him to identify himself and he said he was the spa manager. For a manager he was extremely unprofessional. This place lost a recurring customer due to a managers racist behavior. Mark my words this place will Close just like Spa Castle did, cause losing customers like me Who are repeat customers and also send other clients is bad for the business trajectory. I really hope upper management reads this review and takes it seriously if they still want to be in business. I will be reporting to the better business bureau as well of this racist behavior.

A Korean style spa situated in a heart of Flashing/Murray Hill. A free parking lot. An entrance fee of $35 per person was promising. a very soft cotton uniform was provided. All facilities well maintained and clean. On a lower level we found a few very small pools with hot, very hot and room temperature water. Body scrubbing and massage is available here. Showers are handheld and standing were available too. A food court surprised. All dishes were overpriced, however a seaweed soup and a cup of white rice was complementary. Mackerel fish dish was so greasy and had a strong fishy smelly that was very unappealing. A fresh carrot juice was okay and worth its price. All plumbing in saunas was outside of walls that had leaks. All floors in saunas had simply a material cover on a floor. Outside paths floors was very hot for barefoot feet. A lot of TV screens were broadcasting news that you would escape when at rest. If you decide to go to a low key sauna place with a very dry air, a hot floor , you are welcome here.

Pros: the entrance fee is reasonable at $35, and the parking was free; everything was clean and when I went on a weekday afternoon/evening (6pm-close) it was not busy; the rooms have varying temps so you get to choose what's comfortable for you. Cons: the food is at best "eh" though the cost is "woah that's good"-- though maybe I just got my feelings hurt because I wanted to like the maekbanseok gyeran (sauna eggs), but they really fell short of my expectations; I didn't like having to go upstairs/downstairs between lockers and dry saunas; the saunas are small so can't really have more than 3-4 people comfortably; not a lot of options on the entertainment end. Overall, I'd say if you want the ~experience~ of a kspa, maybe choose another spot. That said, if you are looking for a place to sweat, hydrate, sleep, sit in hot tubs, and otherwise get away from your regular life, by all means this is your place. Just don't go in hungry...

Horrible.. I went to get a deep tissue massage and had an elder Asian lady. It was absolutely terrible. I told her multiple times for it to be a strong deep tissue, but she just kept rubbing my skin. The other massaging lady Afsana was witnessing the whole thing and recommended the old Asian lady to stand on my back, which felt even worse. I told her to stop, and eventually to get off of me as she wouldn’t let me get up….Very unprofessional and not worth the money. I told the people in front by the register and they still wanted me to pay, which I did… I won’t be coming back. Also, for the guys. If you want the body scrub just know you’ll need to be completely naked and exposed to a group of men around walking around. There’s no privacy.

The place stays clean throughout the day and they charge upfront . But they lack communication. The STEAM sauna is notworking, but they still charged me for that I like the place but when I asked the front desk person . I was given just an apology, and no idea when THE STEAM SAUNA will be working again. They should offer at least a discount for next time. I usually go most for that STEAM SAUNA SERVICE. But I was very disappointed, because they CHARGE UP FRONT and do not COMMUNICATE if their services are not available. This is not fair.

Very nice and authentic little Korean bath house. If you're tired of the crowds, noise and ridiculous pricing of spa Castle, consider coming here. Here. But please honor the Korean customs and culture and don't turn it into another Spa Castle! Good Korean food, authentic Korean body scrubs (Not for those with a low pain tolerance), and excellent saunas. Also, be aware that nudity is very much mandatory and strictly enforced, so if you have hang ups about your body and want to avoid being naked in public, this place is not for you.

This is a spa and sauna in Murray Hills, 15 min walk from Flushing in Queens. I took a 7-train to flushing Main Street and then a bus (free transfer), which is accessible, though not the most convenient. It is a Korea spa, simple yet has the most important items. The male and female spa are seperate and need to be completely nude. In the male side, there are lockers, shower, pools, a dry room and a steam room. There is a uniform for the co-Ed side, which has ice room and warm room. People take a nap inside. It is $35.

Lovely local spa with a handful of different saunas. My girlfriends and I enjoyed lunch and a few hours here sweating and chatting. Everything was pretty clean and it felt pretty spacious on a quiet Friday afternoon. The uniforms are standard tshirt and shorts. Lunch was traditional Korean food and on par, good portions. The admission price is fair for the saunas and services offered. Would love to come back again for a good sweat!

Price - 3 star for the price ( $35) no complaints. Provided towels and pink clothes for women/ blue for men. Cleanness - 4 stars . They have 4 dry sauna rooms quite small. Mixed 5,6 people. One ice room ( cool enough but not icy ❄️) . Foods- 1 star.. the worst Korean food I ever have eaten in. I haven’t try there body scrub yet . I will try and update the reviews for scrub. I’m big fan of Korea spa

I thought it wouldn't be very busy on Tuesday, but it turned out to be very crowded. There are four hot saunas and a refrigerator. Except for the refrigerator, the other four rooms are basically busy. 35/ each person pass. Scrub 30 minutes/50, but you have to queue in advance. Any way I think it’s a good place to get relax. …

If you like the basics, without the bit to do and crowds of Spa Castle, this place is perfect. Only issue is I wish the different saunas seemed more like there names. They all seem a bit like the same room with just different titles. But they have my favorite, salt room and Ojingeo-bokkeum, so it has all I need.

  • chae- rin

The spa and sauna place is okay but it’s small and have to wait for turns to get in the dry sauna. The Korean food they serve is horrible, it doesn’t even taste good like before and the chef is Mexican guy who doesn’t even know the taste of food. Worst experience and will never order the food again.

  • Helene

Great sauna to spend couple of hours at. It is small they have 4 saunas and one ice room. The bath area needs some updating but it was fine for what it is. Didn't try the food so I cant comment on that but overall I would go back especially for $35 it's a great deal.

  • Justin Lochan

Perfect place to go to on a rainy/cloudy day. The spa was clean and staff were friendly. The food was overpriced so I’m glad I brought food and snacks from home. I would recommend to a friend and will likely bring a friend the next time I go.

  • Ronald Regen

Place needs repair. Rust around panels in bath area, spa jets not working, uncomfortable in bath house as it appears to be a cruising area, water coolers appear to be refilled with tap water, chairs in TV room are worn, but the food was good!

  • Moe Hydro

Here is my honest review. The place is not bad if you want a decent priced Sauna access... Dry sauna, steam sauna... Food is mostly Korean & the massage options are horrible. But biggest issue I have is in the locker rooms where the Pools

This is probably my favorite low key, inexpensive Korean spa in the NYC area, and there are certainly a number of similar facilities competing in this category. Sure, you could go to Sojo Spa in Edgewater and dish out $100+ just for

  • Verenise Nuñez

It’s my favorite place to go after a long work week, I really wish it had like an outdoor space to take a little breath, but over all is great. And don’t do a lot of sauna and get into the cold room because it can affect your lungs.

  • Halima Halina

Awsome experience with dri Sauna, they have four different room with different temperature, including cold one. Bathing are are clean and specious. Can't wait to go back there. Also like their food court and BBQ …

  • Don Huang

Poor experiences recently now that is supposedly fully open. 1) the big resting area is now full of tables and construction. Looks like they are turning this place into a restaurant unrelated to the sauna. This reduces

  • Dean Derrick

Went there with my boyfriend, there were lots of middle aged and above men but it was a 10/10 experience , would definitely love it more if they had more pools with different temperatures though.

  • Nick Corbett

Clean, friendly, and nice. Everything you want in a place like this. A lot of staring from older Caucasian men. There were definitely kids there - went on a Sunday during the day.

  • Reginald Cooper

Ok Korean Spa, located in Queens. Pretty clean free parking and reasonable admission. Bathe pools did not have jets working when I visited. Otherwise a typical K-Spa experience.

  • darcil lee

Their massages and dead skin cell removal service is so refreshing. It is a bit pricey but worth it. The food is trash. Get their eggs and maybe dessert. Nothing else.

  • Suyoung Lee

Very clean and well run. Be careful about leaving bags even for a second as I had things stolen out of my bag. But besides from that great food and really relaxing

  • Yijung Lee

Found a cockroach lively walking by the tub. I didn’t take a photo cus I’m not allow to bring a phone with me to enter the area. But very disgusting.

  • Nisa M

Wonderfully relaxing spa. Full body massage done very well. I felt very happy and relaxed when I left ! Very nice service and friendly staff.

  • Giovanna Edwards

This place was great. I was very pleased with the results. I came out with a baby skin .I will highly recommend it …
