Bought a 2007 307 from this place paid over a grand it was a part X to clear, I was told it was all fine just a crack in the bumper and key wasn't working to lock the car via the botton so first thought was new battery. I drove it home back to Pontypool Wales with my baby in thinking it was safe, took it to my local garage for a once over as i have children and wanted to be reassured it was safe. My local garage were shocked, it had 2 bald tyres right Down to the wire the windscreen was covered in very small chips only visible when the sun shines the whole glass glitters and you can not see through it the condenser was cracked so couldn't hold gas for the air con and the electrics had been bypassed as the key didn't even have the chip in or a board most of this is illegal, I was deverstated as I am a single mum of 4 on Benifits and saved a long time to buy a new car that I can not afford to fix it will cost more than the car is worth and I wouldn't get my money back if I sold it with all the problems it has. I would not recommend spending your money here I have told a few people on Facebook who were going to shop here and thank God they went else where. I am disgusted that this is how they do business and so upset with what I thought was a good safe car for myself and children DONOT waste your time and money.

I bought a car in Feb. They all seemed really nice at the time and told me if I needed anything to let them know. So when I discovered a slow leak in the tyre a week after purchasing the car, and then a dent where the jack sits a couple of weeks after that, I thought I would discuss it with the garage to see what had happened and whether it could be sorted out. When I purchased the car they were going to check the tyre pressure before I drove away, and they got the gage out ready and everything - suddenly they said, the mechanic checked it and it's fine, they don't want to waste my time. Maybe it was stupid of me to believe this - but, they seemed nice and trustworthy and I didn't think much of it to be honest. I thought I would speak to them about it - it could have been a simple mistake, something easily resolved, however it seemed I was wrong, and they had dubbed me. So far I've emailed several times, went into speak to someone at the garage in person, hand delivered a letter and tried call several times. Each time I was either ignored or was told the manager is on leave and he would be in contact. I'm still waiting for them to contact me. I would be careful if purchasing a car from them - they seem nice enough, but I wouldn't trust them.

I brought my first car from here. I would make sure you do a thorough check of the vehicle before buying. Unfortunately we didn’t check what should be fine the fuse box. About 6months later my car was smelling of burning (bare in mind this was going on a while back but wasn’t as bad until this point) I could smell it from the drivers side and ripped off the fuse box panel to find it had partially melted. Some lights stopped working and the AA had to do an emergency fix so I could drive home legally. Anyhow it was pretty destroyed and costly to repair so got a newer car second hand from elsewhere. Although I had a bad experience I don’t want to put off others as they did seem genuine. Please could the owner please take a better look of the vehicles they sell before putting them up for sale. Thank you.

Nice little company. No pushy salesmen, motor as described. Colin is a gent. I bought an ex royal mail van from them, had glow plug warning light and an issue with the back door when viewed as it was a very highly used vehicle. I was still willing to buy from them and fix myself but both were resolved with out me even having to mention them. Outstanding service. The van has a more than impeccable service history. How many time have you seen first bus broken down and how many times have you seen a royal mail van broken down? Will update if any obvious issues but after putting 100 miles into it, there is nothing so far. I would recommend this organisation as an honest, legitimate business not looking to rip anyone off.

I bought a 07 plate Fiesta from Gary at Newton motors. Not a flashy car but one that would get me around Bristol without incurring any clean air charges and also be cheap to run. I was (and still am) very pleased with it. The transaction was easy and not at all pushy. After a couple of months the ABS light came on. I went back to Gary and asked him if he could point me in the right direction of a decent garage that wasn't going to cost me the earth. Newton motors took it from there and got my car fixed for me and leant me a car while it was being done. The proof of a good car sales is in the after sales, and in this they excel. Thank you all for your kindness. I will be back.

What can we say? My daughter purchased a loverly fiat 500 from these guys, and all we can say is what a great company, so friendly and a quality purchase. Bought car last year no issues with cars at all however the worst after sale service you will get anywhere staff here don’t use computer systems at all. I was told I can get car air con service next year summer as I won’t need it in winter and this year I had to call regularly for six weeks to book in they will come with excuse every time last time I called I was told that I was booked in and I never showed up and I owe them £50 I don’t recall even a call back from the staff no voice message or email ever left to me not recommended you can buy better cars with better aftersale service elsewhere

Super-helpful - made the review and buying process completely painless. Was given all the time I wanted to review my purchase and drove away with a superb car at a great price. Had the car just over a month now and am loving it. Back from a manufacturer-spec service couple weeks ago, which has confirmed my new car is in A-1 condition. Have just bought a car from this establishment and was totally satisfied. The first thing to note is unlike other car dealers, these guys allow you to have a look around without being jumped on and for me, that's really important. Once we decided a particular car, Colin just allowed us to look inside and out with no pressure. We liked the car, test drove it and paid for it, job done. Overall, a very good experience with friendly staff (that includes the 2 beautiful dogs) so would have no qualms about returning in the future or recommending to others.

Good prices for quality cars. Really happy with the straightforward service and friendly staff. You get what you see and my contact Gary talked to me normally and wasn't trying to push a sale, which was a refreshing change from how my inquiries had been handled before by other places (like the little woman who doesn't know anything). I would not buy a vehicle from this company The car i bought the clutch went after 1 day The brakes started grinding within weeks They did replace the clutch and apparently the the brakes but they are still grinding Contacted them as i could smell petrol and was told to use my warrenty as they didnt have a machanic and wasnt going to do anything So ive taken the car to a reputable machanic im lucky to be alive as the bodge job on the fuel line that are in the pictures Buyer beware

Saw an advert for a 207 on the website but the car was still being prepared i rang and spoke to gary on the friday by the wednesday they had collected the car and given it a full valet ready for my testdrive. The testdrive went swimmingly and i went ahead and purchased the car. I bought a car with automatic gear. After 1 month and a half the ECU gearbox broke off. No warranty for this problem (only 1 month covering engine problems). I had to pay for fixing the problem and waiting for TWO LONG months before having back my car. After 6 months the gearbox broke totally down and in less than one year I had to scrap the car. Totally disappointed. Rude and impolite people. They sold me a junk for a good looking car. Stay away from this company

I was happy with the initial sale and found the team very personable I was assured the quality of the cars were second to known and that they just don’t let cars off the forecourt if they have any mechanic problems. One week over my three week warranty and I have to replace the steering rack, pump and reservoir. Both front tyres are illegal and showing metal. Response...you should’ve taken an extended warranty. Very unimpressed, feeling let down and now broke too!
