Queues far too long and not enough staff. Ended up leaving without collecting my parcel as couldn't wait any longer with my two year old. I asked for assistance in finding black jeggings (like the ones id found in petit section, but in a regular size)to be told they hadn't got any. I later found them myself at the front of the store!
Clothing is accurately sized. The people treat you nicely. Bit pricey but you get value, clothes last long and are made of good material. I've had a next shirt for 3 years. Also, the t shirts are some of the best clothes I've seen. 6£ or 10£ for 2, in fashionable colours and cut flatteringly and true to size.
The Clarks in the next is not good service. First of all, they have next to nothing in the right size and pretty much force another pair on you. When you if the size can be ordered they tell you to go online and snub you. Last time I shop at Clarks. Overpriced and the quality is overrated
Staff are friendly helpful, always go out of their way to help you. I had a young man carry my coats for me showing me where the lift was as I have arthritis and it was pretty bad. It was so nice to be helped by someone who was so genuine. Good choice of staff next.
Best customer service EVER! Arran was amazing. He was patient, attentive and has a great sense of humour. He helped my moody son, who absolutely HATES shopping, get fitted for his first 3pcs suit, with a shirt, cufflinks and tie. Best Next experience I've ever had.
This store only gets a 3 star rating simply because of it's lack of the full range of products available at the larger stores. But with that in mind you can still get some pretty cool things here, but it has nothing on the Shirley, Bullring or Merry hill stores
Another big Next store with a tiny men's section. They'd rather have a Costa Coffee with no customers in than a reasonably sized men's section. The old store was smaller but had a bigger men's section. Thought men and women were supposed to be equal? #metoo
I brought my 4 year old for his first shoe fitting at Clarks. It’s a nice little store with lots of choice for kids. The assistant was friendly and he was happy to let her measure his feet. I was also given advice on the best size and shoe.
OMFG what a state, went to get my child some school shoes and loads were just left around the floor .. then as I looked upon the shelf’s when I went to get the size requires by the hanger the shoes said differently. I examined over 6 pairs
Nice to have other in store amenities like Clarks, Paperchase and Costa but the men's ware has really suffered for the lack of space. Disspointed compared to the men's lines held in the Previous Next store. It will mean I'll have to travel
Had hoped for a improved shopping experience but unfortunately not... The men's section is more cramped making the clothes harder to view this is because they have put a Costa and a paperchase inside that area, joke is we have a real Costa
The Costa inside has a silly new policy that students can’t stay for longer than 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Don't see what a student status has got to do with anything when they have other people working with laptops out. Should ban everyone
I have to attend an upcoming funeral and I needed a new pair of black shoes. My feet are quite wide so its hard for me to find a pair that fits. I went into Next and their selection of men's shoes isn't very big but I found a pair that I
After weeks of deciding which dining table to purchase along with 6 leather chairs I decided to go into the Selly Oak branch to make my purchase which was total £909 paid in full. No finance scheme or credit card scheme. The new store is
Went there to buy my son Prom suit..the lady there helped but seems reluctant..I got the feeling I was disturbing her..,and she keep disappearing... also I went to pay and she did not even look up to acknowledge me .., I had to go to the
I can never understand why that even though there are lots of staff throughout the shop, customers always have to wait a long time to be served. On my last visit on 21/06/17 after waiting 10 minutes to be served whilst the only person on
Very rude store lady Amy. She was just being rude without any particular reason! Really disappointed at her behaviour as never experienced anything like this before being a regular shopper there. Other than that the store is fantastic.
Always attentive staff when l go in, and ordering clothes what are not in stock on the shop floor is also very quick, sometimes at the store the next day. Your custom is always appreciated, hence why l love shopping in Next.
I really value this branch of Next..its wonderful to have it so close to home.. Staff are invariably pleasant and helpful.. My only grievance is there is now no designated point to return goods..so my
Good sized store with an upstairs. Children's, women's and men's section. Friendly staff. During peak rush hour times, 5pm till 6.00pm always seems to be a wait in the queue at the tills though.
Appalling....sanitation station at entrance empty and when I pointed this out no rush to fill. Decided to go in anyway but no sign of the size of slim chino in any colour for me to try.
Great service form Jenny and Fahmiah helping me get my sons vests :) Jenny is one of those people who makes your day when you speak to them on the phone too which is an added bonus!
The staff was very rude when we were selecting. Never go their with kids. Staff needs to be polite if a family comes with children especially if they are under five .
I went to pick out shoes in Clarks in the Next store. Amelia was sweet and very helpful. She made sure we were taken care of and make sure check out went smoothy.
This is not a large store, but they have a good collection of items. If there is anything you can't find they offer to have it delivered in.
Wanted to buy some baby clothes and it took 10 minutes to get served. Very slow and inefficient service unfortunately.
Poor customer service today from the two women at reception at Clark’s, felt like was being judged and wasted my time.
They only sell slim fit and skinny fit trousers, finding anything that's just regular is impossible
Tried to return an unworn item with receipt to this store but the lady there didn't want to help.
Very poor customer service and quality, I had a very poor experience at 5/3/23
