This beauty lounge is so wonderful! They have wonderful employees and exceptional customer service!!The receptionist is lovely and kind and the lady who did my facial was named Precious and her name suits her. she was also lovely, kind, and very professional. She made sure to tell me what she was doing and what she was putting on my face. It was so relaxing! She even called me to follow up to make sure I did not break out or have an allergic reaction and she recommended some future treatments for me too. I went here last Saturday and I was very stressed because im from Statesboro GA and not used to ATL traffic. I left home an hour early and I was still late (due to horrible traffic).I called the office and they said I could still come and im so glad I did! I will be coming back every chance I get! I just wish they could maybe have a student 10% discount but it was worth the price im just a bit broke right now lol!!

Ok so lemme tell yall how much I love Nicole. My eyebrow hair barely grows (or so I thought). I visited Nicole for the first time in May and she literally did magic on my face! She indicated to me where my hair was sparse and insisted on only doing a clean up to keep my shape and to let the hair grow in. Years and years of threading my eyebrows was doing ya girl wrong LOL. I just visited again last week after letting the hair grow for about 3-4 months. Her hands were definitely blessed by the most high. Aside from the service, Nicole is so down to earth. She makes the experience amazing! - I took the pic 3 days after my wax/tint to show someone how my tint was still poppin! I always get tint just to add a little flare✨

Eyebrows: Wax & Tint Services I’ve always received impeccable service when visiting Nicole’s beauty lounge. Nicole and her staff are always professional, knowledgeable, friendly and inviting. Seriously, I’m always more than satisfied and impressed, because I don’t have to fix a thing on my eyebrows when they do them. They’re always perfect!!! I have been going to Nicole to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted for years! I was so thrilled to find out about this new location! I will follow her anywhere! The quality of work, her kindness, and affordability will keep me a customer for as long as she plans to offer services. This location is very spacious and the atmosphere is very welcoming. She has short wait times as well. I normally schedule appointments, but even when my schedule is crazy, I can walk in and not have to have a long wait. I had a great experience at the new Nicole’s Beauty Lounge the other day! It just opened in Glenwood Park. They do facials, including dermabrasion & peels. Amazing brows and lashes including microblading. I went last Saturday 12/29. The space is fantastic. I had a dermabrasion facial from Ashley and got my brows & lashes done by Nicole. I finally went today! After weeks of passing I finally went and I am MORE than pleased. G did my brow tint and lashes and I feel so pretty. She listened and actually cared about what I was saying. Very professional staff and very friendly. I was not "PUSHED" to upgrade service or buy products which was refreshing. As many spas try to force services and products on clients. The atmosphere was inviting the music was great! My technician was informative. The location is perfect. I had a great experience! I am most definitely going back.
