Definitely worth checking out and one of the best stores in this DFO. Much better layout then it’s competitors; mens, womens and kids sections are clear to see and distinguish. Great bargains to be found, where the shoes had a 40% discount. I love the shoe aisles where at the top of the aisle you can see what shoes are featured.

They have good discounts on shoes but I felt the shoe sole gets worn out too soon than expected. Plus went a day after Boxing Day, they closed the aisle at 5:30pm saying they were cleaning up ( store closes at 6). Not at all happy as i was asked to move out. Not a happy customer.

Walked in and asked for help. Young girl told me to walk over to kids section as she wouldn't help me there would be someone else to help. Once there, noone to help me. As I walked out 2 young female staff members just standing together talking. Useless.

I recently visited the Nike Outlet store, and I must say, it was a fantastic shopping experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a vast selection of Nike products at discounted prices. Here's what I loved about my visit:

Lots of staff standing around chatting and only two people behind the cash register. Tried on some runners, no one offered assistance. Long queue to pay. Stuff is ok but customer service poor. Clueless

Natalie was a very good help, excellent service and very friendly! Very happy with her she helped me find the clothes I wanted and was so nice!

It was good, I did feel that there wasn't much variety in the shoes but they have a great promotion for boxing day.

Big sale on Monday 13/06/2022. 40%off on everything. Very busy had to wait for 25 min to pay. But got a good deal.
