Nike does little to veil their disingenuous interest in the community with which they’re trying to connect with, and their hollow attempt to make that connection is made obvious when greeted by the security guards manning the doors, coupled with not enough employees to actually interact with customers. This would-be transplant into the community reads like an internet history come to life rather than a curated selection of gear for the community. The minimal selection is inundated with the sheer volume of each product. The art direction is great, but crowded with too much product in too small of a space, none of which seemingly belongs in a boutique in Tamp Fl. I am curious how Nike plans to use this space moving forward, as of right now I’m not convinced this won’t be it’s only holiday season in Hyde Park.

Very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I’ve been to many nike locations around the country and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at one. When I walked in all 8 of the employees were standing behind the counter taking to each other. When I asked to try on a pair the employee that I asked said “one second” and then continued to talk to another employee. When he finished up his conversation with his coworker he did end up helping me out but was unnecessarily rude. I get that this is a newer location but the employees weren’t very helpful and the one who did help me out was very rude.

I am in awe of this Nike location! All of the employees are amazing and very personable! I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop in and I’m so glad I did. Joanna and Chyna-Monica helped me out and made my first experience at this location beyond pleasant! I wish I lived in the area to stop by more often because I would definitely be a regular! They had pieces that I haven’t seen before and I fell in love with a Nike tote bag! The dressing rooms were so FIRE and I didn’t want to stop taking pictures. I can’t wait for another visit because this is the best Nike location I’ve been to all around.

Called the store to ask about a product since the online wasn't loading. The woman who answered thought she put me on hold and did not, so I heard her whole conversation with a coworker. She said she was gonna say she looked but she didn't and she just needed a few more minutes to have me on hold so it seemed like she checked. When she came back to the phone I asked if she actually checked and she said yes, even though I heard her say she wasn't going to. Very nice associates Nike.

Adorable place! Only thing is we don't live in the area- and as you may know Hyde Park is a rather upscale community. Anyways, me and one of my family walked in there, and I regret to inform, wearing worn hoodies and cheapish shorts. I thought I heard a snicker coming from one of the employees- so I turned and he was laughing. But apart from that love the store and selection!

This is a great store. I love the selections in ladies foot wear. They have narrow cut tennis shoes, which are impossible to find. And lets not mention comfort and custormer service. Awesome location all around. I phoned ahead looking for an item that another store didnt have. They kindly held it until I arrived. Bradley assiste me until I was happily on my way.

Disappointed that a flagship store is larger....I've been to the one in Las Vegas and it's much nicer and has way more selection. The staff in the store is also unhelpful and unprofessional. Not one of the 10 employees asked me if I needed help and when I did check out the lady behind the counter was rude. Overall terrible experience...dont waste your time.

From reading reviews online before visiting here, we had high expectations but it was small, very little selection, staff wasn’t friendly, & overall one of the least impressive Nike stores we’ve ever been in. We ended up going to Impressive Kicks in the International Mall in Tampa & found some awesome Nike’s for my kiddo for back to school.

My favorite new Nike store in the whole state of Florida! Such a beautiful interactive storefront with the best fitting rooms in the world! Shout out to Anna, Joanna, and China-Monica! Went there looking for a particular shoe. Kenny was very nice and even called a different store and waited on hold to see if they had it there. Unfortunately they didn’t, but he was very nice and helpful. The store even has the employee preferred pronouns under their name on their name tag.

This store does not have kids shoes, kids apparel at all. They are a high heat store for high heat items the store is primarily women’s 75% of the store is women’s the other 25% is Ben’s great place to get items you would never see at Nike outlets. Great style and Jordan selections

This Nike store is located in an extremely popular and entertaining area of Tampa; Hyde Park Village. However; the outside facade of the store makes it appear to be larger on the interior. This store is relatively small with limited selection of clothing/shoes.

Great experience. Sales team was professional and knowledgeable. Didn't push me into a specific item, rather asked what I was looking for and responded with info and feedback. Smooth purchase process as well. All in a fun and interesting check out experience!

Its a nice little store that only appears to carry some of the latest models of clothing and shoes. Dont go here if you're looking for a big clearance rack or something like that. Its a nice clean store with a welcoming attentive staff.

This place is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially store manager Brittany (hopefully that’s the correct name) and the selection is on point. What else can you ask for in a shoe store?

Small selection. If you got some money to blow and want the high end version of Nike, this your place. Small shoe selection. But they do get drops and have some returns that are rare and fire

The store is very small. The variety of products is very limited. The customer service is average. Drove 30 minutes to the store and was disappointed. Needs more of a variety of products.

Went there yesterday looking for nikes i saw on line and at the mall. At the Mall they were $210 online they were $178 i found them here $119 what a savings I'll be back THANKS SON

Shop sells itself. The staff is a bunch of kids that stand at the front talking about everyone and waiting until you step up to the cashier.
