This shop should NOT be on Uber eats! Not only did they send me the wrong items, they also just didn't bother to send 2 of the items I paid for. When you try and ring the number for the store it cuts off and doesn't go through. I spent just over £13 and received 3 items that altogether came to around £4. No message or anything from the store with an explanation. Avoid ordering from here on Uber eats at all costs!

I used the post office section which was good. There was a bit of a queue, but it moved at a reasonable pace. However, the main downside was that there wasn't much room for those queueing, either for the post office desk or normal till. I had a buggy and couldn't navigate very well around the shop because there were so many things piled up in places

Good little shop/post office. But they bever open on time. Currently after 8am and closed while signs say open at 7am. Staff never behind counter and always a 15 min wait to pay, even longer is someone infront tries to post a parcel that takes half an hour. Customer service and general management is shocking but the shop itself has good stock.

I've had 5 occasions now when I've been unable to post items. Post office trained staff out to lunch(people need lunch but advertise lunch hours, this isn't specified on post office website), unable to print labels because they'd run out of stickers. Unable to post a passport application because of reasons... I've given up with it now

Spent a bit of time here today posting parcels. The place is clean & tidy & the job was done but I was amazed not one ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ was uttered. I certainly didn’t feel welcome & would most likely choose a different post office next time. The guy working there really needs to up the customer service.

Terrible and dangerous parking arrangements Also the staff are poorly trained, on a couple of occasions I've had to drive to another post office after getting blank looks when trying to do seemingly simple things like send a freepost parcel

Fake offers always on. Price tags say one thing, till says another. This is clearly a scam to get people to buy more. That's why I avoid shopping their if I can. Coop need to investigate the family.

Please don’t go here. They overcharge for parcels and don’t check ID. I bought a lottery ticket when I was 17 and didn’t ask even though they have a under 25 policy.

Good stocks, friendly staff, some prices seem good whilst others a little expensive, but overall not bad. Bonus of having a Post Office counter in store also.

I use this place everyday and the staff are just fantastic, very helpful and polite. The shop is alway kept spotless due to the hard working staff. Well done

Sold us rotten food, no sell by date so how long had it been on the shelf? Tried to ring and complain, but their phone line is cut off.
