They don't even deserve this single one... I have admitted my mother after fits due to hypertension they had take her in emergency, after MRI reports it was clear same evening that condition is normal but we keep her in icu observation for 24 hrs. Around 1:30a.m. call came from icu to buy medicine of around 12000 because my mother's blood pressure is decreasing and they have to put her in NORAD support. Next day our mother's Dr Atul Kr Roy sir(he is good) attended her and asked her to shift her to some other hospital because according to him condition is not right . We take case summary from hospital and went 2-3 hospital and finally got 'yes' from Era medical College around 3:30 p.m. when we came to take our mother then Nishat hospital ICU incharge Mr Manu( ignorant) asked us to keep her in Nishat hospital and believe in them,we said ok. Same evening Mr Atul Sir came on round and asked us to take her from their as her condition deteriorated. Then we shifted her same night and I am writing this review after two days of this incident and alhamdulillah my mother is doing fine and in normal condition. In course of around 18-20 hr when we were in Nishat they charged us around 80000/-(40000icu+30000medicine+10000pathology). Their wholesole purpose is making money from coming customers(patients) in name of treating their loved ones. Emergency attendant Dr Patel is good for nothing person highly ignorant and have no empathy for coming patients. Nursing/sweeper staff shortage is their u never found them in need we ourself put pot for our mother for 1-2 time. Please don't go their for treating ur near ones.Some OPD doctors are good Nishat is working just because of that. Management if u r reading this...Beware Allah is watching you, u urself will go to him..!!!!

One of the most poorly managed hospital, lack of facilities and staff overshadows even if they have some good Dr. name in hospital. My personal experience in this hospital was horrible, lack of food and proper sanitation. Cleaning staff and nurses fighting each other. Per floor they have 1 staff (male/female) to attention any patient for there daily needs like washroom visits etc. In any case if two people need to visit washroom or need some cleaning help only one can be catered other one has to wait indefinitely. 2 male/female nurse. Per floor they have approx 20 beds you can make the math. Therr is a cafeteria but food served is the out most cheap quality. Even for the patients they do not offer any proper meal facilities. Unfortunately those who would be visiting this hospital will not read these reviews and neither hospital management would make any proper arrangements. I feel very sad for the patients who come here looking for a better treatment, facilities in the name of private hospital.

Worst hospital No proper service Dr not on time its been 3 hours but still dr not came and receptionist is saying everytime wait for 15 min in a rude manner. Everyone was watching Discovery channel but the stupid receptionist change it to news channel people asked him to change it but he wanted to his own thing this much attitude in a hospital is not good please have look in to it. And make Doctors available on time people comes from very far away but it seems like uh dont even care either uh all earned enough money that uh dont even care for your patients or uh dont care who the patient and many more will come. Previously when we had came dr timing was 2pm and Dr. came at 6pm. I am requesting to all patient before going to any hospital please read the google review bcz it is very crucial for your patient.It is going to be honest review by my experience .They have charged for some facilities that they haven't provided us. Lift is not functioning properly and i complained about it but no action will be taken even after 45 min which leads to patient go downstairs. Nursing staff - jo ki bahut achha patient ka bhut acche se dhyan rakhte. They are really good . I must say that they should have changed their hospital name from nishant to Lootera hospital

My brother was admitted in the hospital and was referred to nishat hospital by dr sk mehndiratta. My brother was admitted in icu. In this time we were feeling very helpless but the tpa department had informed about the cashless process. Kashif sir and nashra mam had helped us alot and made this cashless process very easy for us.. Now my brother has discharged from the hospital. I m very thankful to tpa department and nishat hospital.

Got good services from Hospital and especially Dr Lav kakker was blessing to us who made surgery look easy at 86 years of my mother . Never the less I got superb service for Mr Kashif Khan who was heading TPA department where we got out of the moon service even being admitted late at hospital on 28th November . He was of great help and was always available for our queries quick resolution .

They do not inform if your doctor is not available due to any reason. They should inform if someone have scheduled appointments with that doctor, we came to hospital from so far and got to know doctor is not available.. reception people were so disinterested to deliver their work for which they are getting paid.. third class service, just doctors are nice ..

I visited to the hospital yesterday to meet a doctor or to consult from him. Doctor told me to take medicine in order to remove Stone from Kidney and after 2 weeks you'll be fine. They ask my to pay some amount of body check up which was useless as the stone was removed. Actually they wanna make more money by doing check up such as Blood check up etc.

This hospital is not even for one star, they make fake reports and scare the patient and their attendant. Icu doctors gives wrong and fake reports. Money is over charge here more than medanta like hospital, doctors and other staff are fraud. Sharing my experience to save ur relative life, never ever admit your patient over here.

From admission to operation, process was seamless, TPA(Kashif and Nashra) was very helpful as well, they even discharged us without settlement as it was taking time from insurance side. Room was cleaned and medicines were provided on a routinely basis and the staff was very friendly and understanding.

This hospital can boast of some of the most coveted consultant doctors/ surgeons in Lko. However the location gets very crowded/jam packed to reach, plus there is no parking infront or nearby. Inside u may have to wait for hours in the OPD. Went there for Dr Khera, but cudnt get his appointment.

I have been referred to Dr. Moazzam Jah for my daughter's knee surgery. Glad that I came here. Dr. Jah is absolutely fantastic person. A thorough gentleman and an excellent surgeon. Overall services are satisfactory at this hospital. Hope they serve their patients with same zeal and humility.

Overall best experience with the hospital, Dr Lav Kumar Kacker is an experienced surgeon with a very good track record but the staff at the pharmacy is very unprofessional with no sense of behaviour with the patient or their attendants although the hospital staff is very helpful.

हॉस्पिटल का मेडिकल स्टोर बहुत खराब है यहां ऐसे लोग है जिन्हें ठीक से दवा पढ़ना भी नहीं आता, बहुत ही बदतमीज स्टाफ है और हॉस्पिटल वाले भी कुछ नहीं कहते specially यहां के Mr Tauseef. Hospital के मेडिकल store वाले एक नंबर के बदतमीज है और पैसे खाने वाले चोर है, जैसे पाए वैसे लूट ले।

Tpa department (Nashra and Kashif) very supportive and helped in cash less admission and the surgery of patient went without any issues . Very professional. Rest amount was also taken care by the Tpa department with the insurance company.
