A carwash is a car wash. I'm not interested in anything fancy whether that machine gives me the option of waxing my car with a layer of gold or a layer of water mixed with fairydust. I review places based on the service they provide me for the time I use and the dollar value I spend. I have been going to this carwash since it opened and used my credit card everytime I didn't have cash bills or coins. Last time I went in, ran my credit card, washed my car, stopped the dial, my total was $5.37 and I thought that is great and enough  to wash off the dirt off my car post a storm we had. Few days later, I noticed a $20 charge on my credit card, I called them twice with no answer, went in for myself 2 or 3 times [one time; there was no one at the front,  another; there was an older gentleman that says "I don't know what to do", the third time; a guy says to me"the owner will get in touch with you" at that point, i started getting frustrated not because of $14 that was unfairly charged for a service I didn't receive, but because they showed little to no ownership of wanting to help and also because bad service defines business standards and operations. Over one week went by, I  finally received an email telling me that I didn't turn off my dial, I also explained how I saw my total and how it wasn't the first time I use that service. No apology, no additional reply, no refund or goodwill  compensation  was offered, and not that I was going to accept any, but it would've definitely shown how much any business wants its clients happy. Pls report and review bad service, last thing we want our city that was always known for great customer service to hit the curb when things start falling down just like what happen to service in the East when everything and everyone became just a number. it isn't about the money, it is about the service that you can't put a dollar sign on. PS. the older gentleman that I saw the first time I went in deserves a 5 for still working and smiling even when he didn't know how to help.

So give you background I am a subscriber to the highest tier, and I wanted to give this 2.5 stars because this is the best drive through car wash I have ever used. The final ceramic coat provides the longest protection I have seen so far. Just make sure the bugs from the windshield are all cleaned off first because the ceramic seals them in pretty good as well. The down side of the drive through however comes down to one thing, the attendants. It would be great if the entire process was automated. I rarely get a pre-rinse, and if I do it's often only the drivers side of the truck that gets it. An automated system would provide a much more consistent result. Today however there was a new attendant who didn't believe that I authorized the the wash. The app was slower than usual today but it gave me my confirmation before driving forward and flipped back the the main menu screen as it always does. So this leave me with no way to confirm with the app. It seemed (as he didn't really communicate with me what he was doing) that he was trying to authorize my wash himself on his phone before going back to manually validate my license plate. This process took far too long and I would have left abandoning the carwash that I had authorized if he wasn't blocking me in from behind. Eventually he came back knocked on my truck and motioned for me to roll the window back up. Before I was able to start rolling up the windows the Truck started to roll forward. So I guess he was somehow able to validate I had paid for the carwash. But of course he wouldn't communicate any statuses along the way. oh and as with many other attendants he didn't pre-rinse the truck.

When this self serve car wash first opened I would have rated it one of the best in the city. Unfortunately things have changed for the worse since then. I noticed changes a while back and went elsewhere. This morning I decided to give them another try. Once again I was disappointed. It started with the second a drove in. Almost half the bays were either closed or had an untended car parked in them. This reduces capacity to half and creates a line up outside quickly. When I started to wash the vehicle I noticed how little soap came out on the soap setting. So little that you could barley see it. This is a huge change from when it first opened. At that time there was so much soap that you could barely see the color of your vehicle. Of course with this little amount of soap my vehicle did not come clean and I was forced to follow up with a wet towel to remove the film. While washing my vehicle I noticed that there cars waiting outside. When I had a look around, there was one vehicle with a man organizing his trunk and another vehicle with a woman cleaning the inside of her car. They had arrived at about the same time that I did and had yet not started to wash their vehicles, I was done at this time. I don't have an issue with people drying their cars when its not busy but having people basically parking their cars and doing whatever while there are cars waiting is totally unacceptable. There needs to be a person that monitors this at all times. I rarely have seen anyone walking around to monitor this. Until these issues get resolved, I would recommend people go elsewhere, I will be.

Jan 17 and 18 I came here for a car wash. App did not work well both times. First day (~815pm) I bought a $50 prepaid wallet right in the parking lot. Used credit for a The Rockies ($15). Presented QR code to attendant and he said my QR code didn't work and I didn't buy anything. I showed him my balance and after a discussion, he let me through. Thank you. The following day I came back for a manual wash (~620pm). Tried to pay on stall 6 using prepaid wallet but it said stall 6 was not connected to the network. Fine, I paid using credit card. Soon after, I realized there was no soap in wash setting. I asked the attendant. He said it wasn't working and to use the tri foam gun. That worked. I am still disappointed that there was no soap and talking to the attendant costed me at least a minute. What is the point of going to a car wash if the soap isn't working? Other times I have been here for manual washes before I knew of the app and used cash/cc, I have been generally pleased with the quality of the services. Please put a sign at the door if the soap isn't working and please fix your app. I don't trust the app at all and fear it'll just eat my credit one day like a broken slot/candy machine

Hands down the best car was in Calgary!!! I have been to over 20 self-serve car washes across the city and this one is BY FAR the best. Not only is it brand new, but everyhting is eloquently designed and easy to understand and navigate. Too often in my other car wash experiences have I been confused, and/or stuck in long lines. The massive amount of easy-access stalls at Nolan Hill Car Wash deal with that perfectly, and signage and road markings make it easy to find where you're going, including to the massive automatic tunnel wash they have too. I also found that in the self-serve bays they have different and unique cleaning options, that although are offered at some other places, aren't present at most. One example is the tri-colour spray on wax and cleaner, which worked wonders for my car. Not to mention, this car wash also has a gift shop and service area, where you can buy easy and affordable oil changes, or a delightful air freshner for your clean ride. In essence, based on how much I've been able to extrapolate from my first trip to this car wash, Nolan Hill Car Wash has done everything right. I will reccomend it to everyone I know and I will definately be back.

As of 24 Sep 21, Google lists the place as closing at 10pm (nothing listed on main website page). I arrived here around 9:13pm. The older attendant tries to tell me that the place closes at 9:30pm and that all stalls but 2 are closed. He says he doesn't want to start the vacuum motor, but if I need it he will restart it. I say yes please. Afterwards, he proceeds to stand and stare with arms crossed most of the time as I wash the car as the loan occupant. Felt rushed as he asks how long I will take! He also states he has cleaned everything for the night and waiting to closeup. Later 3 other vehicles show up for cleaning and he removes some of the pylons. I left at 9:37pm, well before "closing." If you are the business owner and if the place indeed closes at 9:30pm, it is your obligation to correct Google Map hours (as marketing wise, likely the first place customers would reference) as well as have it laid out in an easy place on your website. Otherwise, the good: awesome pressure, and the vacuum is excellent suction. Would come back only if I didn't feel rushed and if staff were more courteous.

My boyfriend & I came here for a quick wash, but upon arrival we could barely see inside the facility.. I think their exhaust fans weren’t running properly as you could barely drive through the fog. We still went forth into stall #10, I then watched him approach the machine to pay with his Visa via tap and then it said “Thank you!” across the screen accepting payment but no timer started nor anything dispensed out of the sprayer. He went to do it a second time, and it just repeated the same thank you quote. We then pulled out his Apple Pay notifications to show a worker that we’ve not gotten a wash out of the two payments, but the worker then says “We don’t know that the payments went through so the best I can do is give you credit for next time..” I feel this could’ve been an easy fix by just giving us the $4 credit towards a different stall so we didn’t have to come back just for a couple dollar car wash.. and this being our first visit we weren’t impressed, so we won’t be coming back even with the credit- please value problem solving instead of shrugging your shoulders to paying customers.

I'd say this car was is okay but nothing special. Premium cost but not a premium wash. Came through the automatic wash. Price point is pretty on par for other high end automatic washes. Got the highest package for my car. The gentleman who did the pre-wash at the start didn't get enough of the bugs apparently as there were still a bunch stuck to my car after the wash. I'd expect a touch wash to be able to get the bugs off my front bumper. Dryer didn't do a great job. A lot of higher end automated washes have staff drying at the end. That would be a nice touch to see added given the extra cost instead of someone just waving you on. Give that staff member a towel to at least ensure glass is dry. Tried to use the free vacuum at the end. The only free vacuum worked for about 30 seconds and then had no suction. All the other vacuums were being using by a single vehicle and staff didn't seem to care. Won't be coming back to spend that much money for a disappointing wash. Coop does an equal job for less money. I'm willing to pay a premium cost for a premium wash but this was not.

I used the Automatic car wash yesterday for my pickup truck. I have to say it was amazing. I couldn't stop telling my wife and friends about this place. I was blown away how awesome of a job the machine did. My truck was spotless and it was pretty dirty. I selected the wash, paid for it and there was a gentleman there who sprayed down my truck prior to my trucking starting the wash. That was a nice touch and other places don't do that at all. Today I went with my wife and we put our Toyota mini van through the wash. There was a guy there again who guided her onto the track and even sprayed down the driver side and rear of the van. After the wash we got out and to my surprise the rear truck of the van was still dirty and the side mirrors were missed as well. My wife said that is why she doesn't use automatics cause it always misses. After I have been raving about it all day. It worked for my truck so I will probably come back to try my truck again but for my wife she probably will stick to the wand wash. This review is just for the automatic car wash only for now.

Used the drive through wash for $10 & my car was still EXTREMELY dirty. The giant brushes barely touched my suv and left alot of dirt on the backside of my car. Not worth $10.. In response to the owner's reply : Let me rephrase that, my car wasnt extremely dirty but it came out with massive streaks everywhere & didn't even get majority of the bug stains off. I always go to Top gear carwash for $8 for years & its NEVER been an issue. We recently moved to the area & thought i might try it out & the result was completely disappointing & lacks the concept of being convenient for a drive thru service. Just because i got the basic drive thru wash doesn't mean that your establishments thinks it should be ok to have my car still be dirty after receiving a wash from you. Perhaps you should take the time to apologize first & then spend some money to recalibrate your machines to do better instead of the response u left. Wont be coming back. Thanks though!

Used to like this car wash. After paying 33$ I've realized how disappointed I am with the outcome. Bug spray is not doing anything, wax is just water. Machine stops at 30$ and then you have to put your card again. I did that, took me 3$ right away and machine stopped after about 15 seconds... for 3$. Went inside to "fight" for my 3$ and the guy says water went on the touchscreen and stopped the pump. Well... put a cover over those touchscreens. Then...I went to get my receipt. Said I need to register online for ...bla bla bla... no...I need the paper one from the car wash. He finally made me one. Well... this was the closest car wash to my home, I won't use it anymore. Oh almost forgot, I love music but when you live in Canada you should put in the car wash music that a Canadian would listen... not from your own country. Anyway...disappointed and won't be back, sorry

This place could be a great place to wash your RV. Unfortunately, the RV stall is always full of passenger vehicles, even if there are half of the passenger wash bays still available! Don't waste your time if you have an RV, we came by twice last Sunday and the bay was full both times with cars. If they had put up a barricade and only allowed RV's into the stall like most other places do, then it could be great. But sadly, even though they have staff on site, this doesn't happen and you just have to wait. And wait. Aaaand wait. If I could give this place less than one star I would. The whole experience was supremely frustrating, but I hope this helps others with RVs to avoid the same frustration we had. Try the car wash in Royal Oak instead. Lots of bays, and they look after the RV folks!

I just washed my Van Here . Pressure nozzle was leak , I was in 2 nd Bay From exit RHS I went there to wash my van ended up washing my self with a cheap soap ,That's Good for free shower , Then the quality of presoak was poor it , I spent almost $10 here But now I have to go some where else to wash my Van and of course I will go home to take a shower ! . There are lots of options But need to work on quality there prices are like Expensive car wash but quality poor . Giving u two star for Building and infrastructure.while exiting the wash I met two guys I mentioned my concern they said " Chalo Koi na Chalo Koi na " That's in Punjabi . Please comment if u changed anything I will change my review . Thanks .

I used the tunnel express service last Saturday and is all great until I got home and notice a "bite" on my left side driver's wheel I felt a bump while on the last stage of the tunnel but did not check the tire when I got out (my mistake). Then I when back to the carwash and show them the tire and they showed me the tunnel system to convince me that the machine is not capable of doing such damage to the tire and that I might have done it somewhere else. Even if they say so I am 100% sure it was done that day there on the tunnel. So, long story short now I have to pay for a new tire and all the time wasted solving the issue. So long story short, be careful with the tunnel express machine.

Very good car wash! It's a fun experience with all of the flashing lights and colours. I appreciate how the car gets moved underneath the dryers as well, that way you don't need to worry about your speed as compared to some other touchless car washes. However there were some parts of my windows that had more water on them afterwards than I would have liked. I don't often wash my car in the winter, especially in Calgary and living near the gravel pits, but this was definitely worth it. There's lots of different options and the prices are quite good. Nothing will beat the self serve bays in my opinion, but this is great if you want to save yourself some time.

Our family have been customers of Nolan Hill Car Wash since day one of its operations. A convenient and very modern place for all your car wash and oil change needs, it is also an establishment whose employees and operators are genuinely caring humans. We recently ran into an unanticipated technical trouble with our car outside of this business and, before we knew it, their team was there for us with all the help and assistance we could hope and ask for. That act of kindness and the spirit of generosity meant the world to us! We highly recommend the services and the team of Nolan Hill Car Wash, and they most certainly deserve your business!

  • NB Consulting

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. They are crooks. They double charged my credit card by $8.50 when my car wash was $8.50. I called and explained the situation in which the guy working tried to blame me for it and said there was nothing he could do. I went there, and again the conversation went nowhere. He said I could talk to the manager, but the manager only works in the morning. I asked him to call his manager, so he did reluctantly. Then proceeded to speak another language purposely so I couldn’t understand. No idea what he said but again, no resolution. AVOID THIS PLACE! A bunch of crooks!

No shortage of car washes in town, but what makes this place great: Offers automated (track type) and wand wash for all size vehicles. Vacuum is FREE (no scrounging for loonies, or added cost). Time is reasonable for cost. I will say though I never use wax features at any car wash, as applying by hand or with a power buffer is more effective. Also reading the reviews about wand brushes you really should check them (no grit that could scratch) before washing your car. To think staff can check everytime when there’s a long line up when busy is unreasonable.

  • Han

Terrible in many ways. The machines often cannot read a credit card without fault (a card that was used successfully before and after trying at the car wash). The vacuums are very often full and uncleaned, and so often have very little suction. The staff *never* rinse the wash bays, so you're tracking gravel and mud into your car. The water pressure on the spot free rinse is almost always non-existent. I've gone to this place for months because of the location and pointed the issues out to them. Nothing has changed. Avoid and go to nearby Royal Oak wash!

  • L Srednuas

The best thing about this place is that the water is warm, y'all! It can get pricey if you're slow. $2/3min. You can use cc where it will continually pour water or soap without having to insert coins every time you run out and will charge you accordingly. It is also a covered facility, so rain or snow, no problem! It's way better than those automatic car washes, although they have that option on the other side as well, but in the same facility. I've been there twice now, spent less than $10, only because I take so long to soap or rinse my SUV hehehe.

  • S C

Like a previous review, the hours are posted that they are open until 10:00pm. I pulled into the only open bay just before 9:30pm and the employee definitely seemed irritated - about 12 mins into my wash he approached me and told me to leave. I asked about the hours and he said that I had to leave. I felt uncomfortable and left with a truck that was still covered in soap. I was left with a $14 charge and will need to return to another car wash tomorrow to finish the job. The employee was extremely unprofessional and rude. Will not return.

  • Helen D

I have NEVER been to a car wash that uses luke warm water. When I complained to the employee, they informed me that the water was too hot and was damaging the hoses so they had a mechanic come in and turned down the temperature. He then proceeded to tell me the water is not cool but warm which was absolutely not. My baby's bath water is warmer than the water coming out of their hoses. I honestly think their car wash is comparable to my pressure washer at home and I wouldn't have had to pay $15.90 and still leave with a dirty vehicle.

  • Kenneth Schmied

The tunnel car wash does an excellent job and would say its one of the better automatic car washes I've used. However am not impressed with the how often its out of service for unexpected or routine maintenance. While I appreciate that equipment can fail any scheduled maintenance should be performed outside of operating hours. For any time that the carwash is taken out of service, either routine or otherwise, during regular opening should result in a credit of an additional day to those customer's holding a monthly membership.

  • Peter Chisholm

If you want to give your vehicle a quick rinse it’s great other then the long time it takes to switch from soap to rinse and back it’s fine here. However if you are looking for an all in self serve wash head somewhere else. The wax is just water and the spot free rinse is just water and the brushes are not safe for nice paint even after spraying them off. I spoke to the gentleman who was working and he just said “yup it’s working” and proceeded to test the magic wax so how determined the water was wax. Good luck out there.

I’ve never felt so inclined to leave a review for a car wash before, but here we are! This place is great! I went for my first visit today to use their interior vacuums and clean my car exterior. I called in advance to ask about the vacuums and was pleasantly surprised to hear they do not charge for the use of their vacuums! The vacuum I used at bay 11 was powerful and did the job really well! The self-serve car wash pressure wash is very strong, cleaning very well! Overall very satisfied and will return regularly!

Attn: Management. I have been coming here for 3 months for touchless carwash .. none of your guys guys greet or show welcoming face .. the app was constantly asking me do review and I didn't wanted to a bad one ..but hey thanks for bringing in Vinod on board. Today is my second time meeting him he rinse my vehicle from both sides and has a smiley and welcoming attitude . I have been good and giving respect to the other guys but I don't get it back in return. Vinod is good I like to see more Man like him thank you.

Decided to try out this carwash since it was closer to my house than other carwashes with your own bay. Place is super nice, clean, and easy to use. Has everything you would need cleaning your car: presoak, high pressure soap, high pressure wash, wax, vacuum (which is free), etc. except a dryer which I always use at different carwashes which is why I am rating a 4/5. If they had the dryer, this place would be my go to for washes. Hoping they add that in the future as this is a great place to wash your vehicle

  • Adam Stidsen

Changed review from one star when opened to 5 because all the glitches gone and place operates smooth. Work truck, personal truck, rv all in for washes. Self clean bay hot water!. Season pass on tunnel. All convenient and accessible. Staff appear to be on their game. Much appreciated. To the gent working today Jun 18 at 1250pm treated his job like the customer matters in the tunnel wash spraying it down sufficient prewash and not just checking the licence plate and sending the vehicle like the managers do.

  • Randy Thornhill

This is a new and modern car wash with internal stalls. It is bright and spacious inside but both entrance and exit doors seem narrow. I personally had difficulty using any of my debit cards and ended up using a credit card to get my wash after moving from one stall to another. The bank payment app on my phone was not recognized at all. There is a cash dispensing machine on site. The cost of my wash was a bit above average but the wash was quite good and using wax left my vehicle with a very nice shine.

  • Don T.

I bought a brand new car and trust the automatic car wash here since day one and never go somewhere else. They have some one spray the snow and sand down but I notice only one side (driver side). Today the guy did not spray and chat with other guy so I wondering of sand will left and scratch my car. After i get out the bay then i check and see some scratch and most on the passenger side. The automatic wash look modern technology. However if the water is not enough, this could damage the paint.

  • Evgeny Zilberov

I visited this -- long-awaited in the area -- car wash on its first day of operation. The self-serve section is now officially open and running, and the tunnel (automated) part is set to open around mid-May. The self-serve part is great: modern, with individual bays / dividers, many options, the pressure is great, and the owners are there to assist and were very helpful today. Congratulations on your successful opening and welcome to the area! I definitely recommend your new car wash.

  • dk delrey

Not bad for RV car wash ... you lose water pressure when both water pressure washer being used at same time. Sometimes losing high rinse water pressure. So use one pressure washer at a time and you'll get good results. The manual wash is great, it has all the things you need to wash your vehicle. I have not tried the automatic wash as all my 3 vehicles are modified with wider wheels on them but I heard from a friend they are good, maybe when I get another stock car I'll try it.

  • K R

Used the car wash to spray my vehicle and do a quick vacuum. The vacuum hose left scratches all over my NEW vehicle (less than 1000km). When I called to let them know so they could try and prevent it from happening to other customers, the guy was rude and was arguing with telling me the hoses are rubber and it’s impossible. Now I have a brand new vehicle with scratches all over it and I’m on the hook for the costs. I do NOT recommend this place.

  • Christina Dainard

Edit; owner meet me 1st thing in the morning the next day and somehow it was tar on my rim and he was able to clean it off with some product and a rag. My rim is perfect again Definitely wanted to make sure I was happy. I will be back for future car washes Cleaned my car great but the track that guides your vehicle for the car wash scratched my rear rim !! I called the company and waiting for a call back from the manager !

  • Gina McGuffin

Been here before and was not impressed. As a resident of Sage Hill for 3.5 years I’ve continued to drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to Top Gear Car Wash. I came in today and was thrilled to see they’ve added the free high pressure vacuum. For women like myself in my late 30’s I also really enjoyed the sick beats they were playing while I washed my car pretending I’m still 22. This changed everything for me. Will be back!

  • AJ B

The triple foam gun is definitely the main draw of this place, it works well and is absolutely a superior alternative to the foam brush. Other than that, the price is decent per minute, and theres all the normal options you'd look for. However, I have noticed the water for their spot free rinse isn't super well softened, so you're probably going to want to shammy your car off after if youre trying to get it real pretty.

  • ogadinma onyedinma

The attraction is the free vacuum but they don’t put it anymore, especially when they see it’s only 1 or few people washing there car, and whenever the vacuum is switched off you’ll never see anybody in there office Cos they know you’ll ask them about the vacuum, don’t stress yourself and come Cos the vacuum might be off & the drive will be useless, better go elsewhere you’re sure $ pay $3 for the vacuum

  • Raj Sandhu

Just moved to the NW area of Calgary and was hoping for a sweet clean car wash to be able to go to and maintain our vehicles. Found Nolan Hill Car wash and it didn’t disappoint! Friendly staff, accommodating, and a very clean place. Definitely busy but found the time I went was nice and quiet to be able to take my time to do a proper maintenance wash. Excited to come here more regularly!

  • glenn gamboa

I've used this place for about 4 months now for both vehicles and I'm canceling my membership because management doesn't honor previous plan features they say it never exist. Esso touch less carwash is way better for bugs removal and other tight spots. Tunnel looks satisfying but if your expecting great results don't expect to much. Not wasting my time driving all the way up there for nothing.

  • Gurcharan Nijjer

The drive thru automatic car wash was just OK on a Rav4, it didn't scrub enough. The wand wash bays though are great, lots of space and equipment works well. But I've been twice and one of those times the credit card machine wasn't working. Used a toonie to start, then once it stopped, tried to add a dollar right away to continue but stupid thing required $2 again. Hella annoying.

  • Ruel Cubid

I love this place even though it's a bit too far from where I live. The staff are wonderful, helpful and accommodating. I've had minor problems with the app double charging me in the past but they were able to resolve it quickly. Everyone in this location are extremely easy to deal with. Special mention to David,Inder, Jitender, Jacob and Brandon. Keep up the good work.

  • Terry Vhal

Not worth the money for the drive through. 1st the operator kept trying to hit the wrong wash selection. 2nd he didn't apply the bug wash to the entire front end of the car, he missed half the windshield and our passenger mirror (he sprays the back of the car with a wash wand because they must know it doesn't clean the back). 3rd it doesn't clean the back of our suv.

  • Astrid Ramos

Long awaited car wash servicing the NW area. Staff were professional and friendly. The pressure on the hand wash guns were excellent, and they even provide a free vacuum at each bay. However, I did have difficulties with the triple foam wash cord as it was a bit short to get around my SUV. Otherwise, I was happy with the car wash and will definitely return again.

  • Philip F

I like this car wash due to there monthly car wash prices. Issue I have is the car wash attendants seem to only pre spray one side of the car, not sure the point of that. It’s like here’s personal service kinda. Either spray the whole car or don’t and they don’t seem to use the pre bug spray. Other than that the self serve has many options and free vacuum

  • Ilish Flynn

I’ve been coming to this car wash since they opened but after this evening, I will not be returning. Their machines shut off after 3 minutes of use and my credit card was charged $20. The fellow in charge this evening did not issue me a refund nor did he start the machine on for us so I’m walking away this evening out $18 for 3 minutes of use. Thanks bud.

  • Dave Mac

Be aware if you want to cancel.your subscription, you may continually be charged and they claim they can only refund one month. I canceled using the app on July 26 and sent an email to confirm, I was continually charged even after several emails requesting cancellation. I have not used the car was since July 26, tempted to open a fraud file with Visa.

The guys here are awesome, and very nice people! I have a membership for the tunnel. But it's seriously a hit and miss everytime I go through here. I noticed there's always 1 spinner will be down and its always random which one it will be. I feel like it's becoming a lot less cleaner than when I first bought the pass. Hopefully they can resolve it!

  • Nolan Gorniak

Free vacuuming and tri-foam in the self-serve? You got me. This car wash is phenomenal, I wish it was closer to home. Self serve is awesome and the drive thru is pretty great too. With their app memberships too, it's a really great deal especially in the summer when you want your car looking shiny every day. Would definitely recommend these guys

  • William Scannell

So I like the fact that it has hot water for the pressure washer portion. It has decent pressure too. I think it is a bit pricey. It takes about $50 to wash my vehicle. Every time I've been there, at least 2 to 3 of their bays are closed. I would highly recommend not using the foaming brush they have on your paint. It will leave small scratches.

  • Alamdar Mirza

I'm a regular at this car wash because of the reasonable services offered. I'd recommend you go for The Hills package here. Ask for Brandon, because he's very customer centric and helpful in matching you with the right monthly package. He's quite proactive at work too, so he gets whatever you need done quickly! Five star wash and service.

  • Jugvinder Aujla

Did use their service for the first time. Went for the monthly pass of $25 for 4 washes the best one , the attendent was very helpful and suggestive. My son enjoyed the wash alot. Car was pretty nasty when went in and pretty clean out. Vacuum was good and free, so you can get the interior clean. Really hand no complains. Will recommend

  • Terence Doerksen

Really clean, supports touch for credit card. Was cheaper than I expected too. Also liked it had a setting for bug removal on the wash. Found my new permanent car wash I think. Edit - been going here since they've been open, still no issues or concerns. I like that the wand holder doesn't spray water until you pull it out, nice touch.

  • Wilson Q

Great service. Good value and clean and works fantastic. I’ve been going since it first opened so hopefully the owners maintain the equipment etc overtime to keep this up. The Tunnel Express also works very well, and excited but still waiting for the App to be released for memberships. Glad to have one a bit closer to home now.

  • Tolu (PTM)

Great car wash with lots of washing spaces. I had a good washing experience, and the guy on duty was amiable. They have a machine to change notes into coins, and this makes it easier to use. There have different options, self-wash and automatic tunnel wash. They have an ongoing promotion which makes it more affordable.

  • Vul Dub

This place has gone down since it opened. Perhaps in an effort to cut costs the high pressure soap does not dispense soap anymore. So without an emulsifier nothing comes clean. Same with the wax - it seems to be imaginary. Very disappointing. Response to owner: Not my job to make sure your soap and wax are working.

  • Bee mirza

It's huge near n clean cash wash Amazing service Advanced Equipment and machinery Enough space to serve multiple cars at a time Highly recommend for friends fellows and followers Sometimes it's really busy but overall waiting time is not that bad. Excellent customer service. Well knowledgeable and professional

  • David Chad

Car wash facilities are awesome and the free vacuums are a plus! Love going here because of the tap to pay system. Only one complaint is that the parking lot tends to have a lot of gravel and there is construction on the roads around the place making some of the entrances difficult if you have a low vehicle.

  • Bartholomew Higgins

Best car wash I have used in a long time. Their secret is easy. Have a full time attendant on site at all times. Keep the bays clean. Maintain the soap and lines. If there is an issue, have someone address it immediately. Simple good customer service combined with a nice facility means I return here weekly.

  • Jassi Singh

very clean place, staff is very polite and helpful, vacume is free. very spacious bays and automatic wash is very good. monthly packages for automatic are very low priced. one dollar a wash very affordable. low priced air freshners with lots of choices. great chemicles sprays for polishing and wax etc.

  • Jessica Lee

Great customer service from manny. Went here yesterday the bay I went to did have issues and wasn’t working. He helped me out. I was too short to finish rinsing the top of my car so I was about to leave but he insisted on rinsing it properly & took care of it for me. Highly recommend . Thank you!

  • John Walker

This is the place to go in NW Calgary! It has both self serve and automatic drive thru and free to use a vacuum. The self serve is a huge area with numerous bays, perfect for winter to dry your car off before driving out to avoid frozen doors etc. Bonus you can use cash, credit or debit.

  • Jasmine Fung

Very impressed! Quick and efficient car wash. Cost efficient as well. I went on a Friday afternoon and there were tons of bays open for self serve. Simply tap your credit card and start washing your car. Nice bonus having the free vacuums available outside. I’ll definitely return.

  • Yunus Can Emre

Car wash did a good job, staff was very friendly. They have some large windows on the side go see into the car wash and my son loved watching the cars go through. I hope they offer a touchless version because I'm always a little scared of brushes scratching the pain overtime.

  • Gurumoorthy Mohan

Great car wash, and vacuum included as an added bonus. Tried the automatic wash and my kid liked all the colours and bristles cleaning the car. Its better to take the monthly limited package as it would be better deal than telling one time wash. Overall a nice experience.

  • Vijay Joshi

Great place to wash your car. Jet wash drive-through which ever one you want. Lots of places to clean your car afterwards with the vacuum and so on. Great to wash your motorcycles Jacob there is always willing to help everybody awesome guy keep up the good work thank you

  • Doug Hodge

Nice to have good service close to home. Wash bays are almost always kept clean and the staff is helpful. Oil change service bay however, never has the right oil filter for my truck. Two times I've gone there after my wash and no filter. I won't be going there anymore.

  • Nat Liew

Although this car wash has plenty of self service bays. I'm extremely disappointed with the fact that it takes 20-25 seconds to switch from soap to rinse / vice versa. A bit of a money grabber for people who are looking to do a quick wash. Please kindly fix it!

  • paramjeet kaur

There is no 0 otherwise I will give 0 . Me and my husband went to wash our car today and the guy was sitting at reception was very rude . When my husband ask why vacuum is not working and he stated “I donot know you figure out by yourself “. I went around 8 pm

  • Nidha Fuad

Hi me and my family love this car wash place especially my toddler. The car wash system is very modern and effective. The service we get by the guys that work there is always top notch especially Amandeep and Salman. Thank you guys for a great service.

  • Anand Lukose

Be it the cheapest or the most expensive wash you take , the attendant hoses your car with a jet spray before the start just to take care of those areas which have a lot more snow dirt. I really appreciate that especially during winter season.

  • jeevan maan

I have car wash package I come at 7:30 for car wash but they still closed and open time is 7 everyday same problem never buy any package from here buy from another waste of money here they never open on time car wash …

  • Meshell Truong

I love that this place offers free vacuuming as I have a dog that sheds a lot and not only do their vacuums work very well but saves me a bunch of money. Definitely worth coming to this location if you really want a clean and shiny car

  • Loreli Hornby

Today was plus 4 in Decmeber and I was able to pull up and drive right in. Car cost $9.50 to wash. Soap on foam brush is more then enough. Easy pay, take debit, credit, cash. Great place! Self wash and drive thru wash as well.

  • Jafar Kazerooni

I'm glad I've found this car wash! Totally worth the trip from Panorama Hills. It's simply the best one I've ever been to. Spacious bays, lots of different functions, fair pricing and free vacuum! I will certainly be back!

  • Rylan

My favourite car wash they have complementary vacuum cleaners in each bay so no need to rush when vacuuming! Auto wash is amazing gets everything even around the license plate. It’s clean and well taken care of facility!

  • GS D

Lots of bays, and variety of soaps and wash settings. Clean throughout, all equipment is new and works well (no leaky wands or hoses). Ample space to dry vehicle outside. Professional and prompt service. Would recommend.

  • Jason L

First time, hose broke. Second time, foam brush semi working, was only blowing out soap water instead of foam and also spot free rinse doesn’t work. Nothing comes out after selecting spot free rinse. Not coming back

  • Jerrad

Great car wash, the rate seems standard to others. They offer a FREE vacuum and it's miles above any other car wash I've been to, most others have incredibly poor suction. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

  • Its Throne

It'd a good car wash, close to my home. Nice amount of bays and never a line up when I go. Only thing I noticed is it's a little more pricey than other ones I've been to. The dollars add up a little more quickly.

  • Sherafgan Warraich

Very spaciouse bays, always kept clean, staf is ver helpful and they always help with wash too. Anything goes wrong they fix it on spot. Great deals dollar a wash for monthly 30 washes. Highly recomended. …

  • Igor

Great location! The self-serve option is budget-friendly, with many stalls, even though it was very busy that evening. Free vacuum cleaner outside. Stuff was there and helped people when requested.

  • Flairs Warss

Clean and empty bays the coins don't seem to work but the card machine always works for me the tap may not but insert does. Many functions for making your car clean and much needed in the area.

  • Alisha M

Most efficient tunnel wash I've ever been through! My car looks brand new. Very straightforward and fun. The membership just makes sense as well. So glad to have this place so close to home!

  • Tyler Tennant

I have had nothing but good experience here , everything works perfectly, it's always clean . The employees are there to help if need be. Will continue to come here. New favorite car wash !

  • pinky katar

Definitely an amazing place. Our kids love to see the car wash. They enjoy beautiful lights. Owners are good too. We love their monthly pass system and that’s the attraction of this place.

  • Digi

Affordable do it yourself car wash. There's a complimentary vacuum cleaner on site and outside the carwash. You can use coins or your card with an option to stop the cart once you're done.

  • Faraz Islam

I would have rated 5 but because the Vacuum’s just don’t work because of the pressure I have rated it 4. The wash and options are amazing only if they fixed the vacuum also.

  • Kingstoon II Grimaldi Jr.

I wasn’t too sure about the automatic car wash at first, but I was so tired from work, and I was so lazzzy to wash my car and it was extremely over due. I’m glad I did.

  • Ace

I had to repeat my wash (at no charge though) because the machines did not work the first time through, however the final outcome was a nicely cleaned car . …

  • Nick Kennedy

Decent car wash, lots of bays inside and lots of wash options. Pressure is good, soap seemed a little light. Building looks fairly new but it's showing some wear.

  • Mondar Chaudhury

Absolutely fabulous experience. A must visit. Went here with my classic camaro z28 and for the first time saw a car wash with free vacuum!! Surely recommended..

  • Javvad Haider

Very good setup well organized and efficiently operated. Plus the vacuum is free of cost! If they can add a blower as well that would be great to help in drying

  • Kaj Sennelöv

Fun disco lights in a good carwash. Vacuums were not working properly though. But someone from the car wash managed to fix one for us so we could continue.

  • Kassandra

Came here for opening day. The individual car wash bays are spacious and easy to navigate their choices available. Love how close it is to Nolan Hill.

  • vishal jaswal

Great car wash experience so far!! Good pressure wash and free vacuum is like cherry on top of cake. Within $10 dollar i washed my car really well.

  • GYOU80

It is clean and well operated but personally I’m not comfortable with this type carwash, when you should gear wheels on chain and keep car in N.

  • Stephen Chan

I had the $12 wash today. It was clean but not as clean as u expected on the windows part. They have free vacuum after car wash. That was nice.

  • Brian Bushfield

Very clean car wash. I always use the hand wash, everything works as it should. Costs about $8-$10 to fully wash my Ford Edge.

  • hussein farah

Reasonable priced monthly daily washing if needed for 40...why pay single? Comes handy in Winter..keeps my garage cleaner.

  • Ernest Lo

It is a great place to wash car as it has multiple bays that are parallel meaningyou don't line up to a specific stall.
