Our stay at Nomadland was special in many ways. First, Dan or his assistant answer the phone personally. Next, upon arrival we pulled right into the washing bay and cleaned our truck and 5th Wheel top to bottom. They even gave us tokens so we didn't need to slide a credit card or use quarters to operate the RV wash. Our first day our fridge had a problem. I walked to the office to get some of their (complimentary) ice and told Dan that we might need extra ice because our fridge wasn't working. He took me into one of his workrooms and showed me a fridge that I could use. He offered me a key to access the fridge outside of office hours. We were able to troubleshoot our fridge and restore it to good function, but we are grateful to Dan and impressed by his kindness. He keeps his property spic and span; he noticed a discoloration on the asphalt where a tire cleaner was used and he cleaned it promptly. The property is especially beautiful when approaching at night with an artful lighted bronze fence. There aren't any resort-type amenities but Nomadland is run with pride and high standards. We will definitely stay at this unique property again.

This place turned out as great as the other reviewers said it would be. We needed two nights in Albuquerque, but most places looked tight or sketchy, so we trusted the reviews. It’s really an RV storage facility (a very nice one), but they are answering the demand for overnighter by adding some sweet spots inside the gates. The sites are nicely designed with heavy corrugated metal fences offering privacy. We were there during construction, so I know it’s going to be even better soon. Plus they are building a full-on RV park across the street. This place is surrounded by a concrete block fence and you must have a code to get in the gate. The people here are super nice, ice is free and they give you tokens to wash your rig at their covered power washer complete with a platform so you can wash the roof. There are new showers and coffee if you need them. I didn’t expect to love this place as much as I did. Anyway, check it out!

After the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta we decided we wanted to stay a few more days and looked for an RV park to go to. Most were still full with holdovers from the Balloon Fiesta. Luckily we found NomadLand RV and Storage. Yes, that’s right……an RV storage facility. This was an excellent place. While there are no typical RV park amenities (pool, store, etc.) there were bath/shower facilities and a lot of the RV, FHU, sites were covered. All is paved and level. The place is also very secure with gate code required for entrance and exit. There is an RV wash bay with a loft that allows you to go upstairs to reach your roof for washing. It is very convenient to shopping and places to eat. The Owner is currently developing a property across the street that will have additional storage, more RV spots, and rental units for overnight stays. All in all we would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the Albuquerque area. We certainly will stay again.

I can't say enough about our stay. We were in Albuquerque for many reasons, one being the balloon fiesta, so availability was difficult to obtain at the time we were booking. I was not quite sure what to expect, as the park also offers RV storage. Dan and staff were wonderful and made every effort to make sure we enjoyed a comfortable stay. A special shout-out to Jessica, who managed to provide us accommodations when all other options were slim. With some maneuvering by Jessica, we ultimately ended up in a great site with full hook-ups. The park is very clean and well maintained. Dan was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Amenities include a shower room, restrooms, wash bay, and dump station. Niceties include fast wi-fi, ice, filtered water, and a coffee machine in the lobby. The park highly exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

We reached out to Nomadland last minute to book a spot for two weeks while we waited for our new home to close, we’re fresh arrivals to the State of New Mexico. Not only are the amenities brand new but they go all out on what they do. The bathrooms are great, they installed an amazing Shower. We had free Ice as well as a coffee bar we enjoyed. The staff is also very friendly and helped us get our bearings to not only our new home but what was also our first time in our travel trailer. They’ve got big plans to expand their facilities and I’m sure with the attention to detail they have it will be great new area. We did our first washes of our travel trailer here as well with their amazing wash bay. Over all I’d rate our experience a 10/10. Thanks for helping make our move to New Mexico, it was a pleasure meeting y’all and spending time at your facilities.

We needed a last minute place to stay for the night and Dan at Nomadland made it easy. He actually ANSWERED THE PHONE! He was accommodating and quick to get us set up. Made it simple after a long day. Bathrooms and showers were immaculately clean. They have filtered drinking water station, coffee station, and bags of ice available if needed. The pull through cleaning bay was amazing. Security was intact and we felt safe. It is gated and cameras everywhere. We will most certainly be back as needed and really look forward to the space they are creating across the street. Oh ya and it’s close to restaurants and stores. Great location not far off the highway. Thank you Dan and all staff.

My husband and I stayed at Nomadland two nights in November. Dan and his staff were so friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely landscaping and the neat picnic table at our site and wish the weather had been more conducive to sitting outside. Nomadland is also a RV storage facility. It is enclosed by a wall and is entered through a coded gate. We appreciate how safe and secure we felt. There is propane on site and were thankful as ours had run out during the night. How cool that my husband could drive our RV and pickup through an RV wash bay before leaving too! Thank you for allowing us to stay at Nomadland. Will definitely call next time we travel through Albuquerque and look forward to seeing the new park going up across the street. Lorraine and Byron Horst

This is a large, well-maintained and gated RV storage facility with a number of full hook-up RV sites. All interior roads are paved and all sites have full concrete pads. The owner and staff very friendly and helpful and the entire facility is clean and new. Although there is no dog park, there are plenty of areas outside gate to walk dog. I stayed for a week in a 45’ motorhome and access to I-40 is very easy only 3 minutes away. There is also a large covered RV wash station with a catwalk built-in to allow access for roof cleaning and all the functions of a car wash including deionized water rinse. Although not an RV resort, thus was a great place to stay while in Albuquerque.

I’m a travel nurse and stayed at Nomadland for about 5 months in 2021-22. Location was perfect for my commute and the facility was safe and secure. We had to basically parallel park along the fence line which didn’t leave much space for spending time outside. Amenities: bathrooms, coffee, ice machines, laundry(very limited). The area was extremely safe and added security of the gate made me feel okay about leaving things and them not being stolen. Dan and Leonard are down to earth, respectable, and generous. Any issues we had while there were handled quickly and professionally. Can’t wait for the expanded park to open, we will be back! Hopefully sooner than later!

I'm hesitant to write a review of this little gem. It is a best kept secret, and for selfish reasons I don't want to expose it! Location is great. Staff is superb!! Everyday someone would ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Owners went out of their way to make us happy. Well lit, paved, RV wash pit, propane, and gated facility. It's an awesome storage facility with some full hook ups. FAR exceeded my expectations. This will be my GO TO when back in the area. Thanks Dan, Betty, and Jessica!

My family and I were traveling and this place was perfect for us. Dan accommodated us last minute and this was the perfect spot for what we needed. The bathroom facilities were clean and the shower was amazing. Best shower I have had in my travels !!! We enjoyed the coffee bar and were able to fill up our water and replenish our ice. On sight they have all you need for your RV! To make things even better we were able to use the wash bay to clean our truck and trailer which both needed desperately after being on the road. Dan supplied us with free tokens! Everyone that worked there was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of ! Great hospitality and my family felt refreshed to continue on our journey home .

We needed a place to stay overnight in our RV and this place worked out perfectly. I spoke with Dan over the phone while traveling. We made our reservation and paid for our spot all over the phone. Very reasonable rate, large space. I backed in, plugged in and we slept until dawn. We just needed a spot to park and be warm. What a huge surprise this park was. So very secure and safe, completely fenced with high concrete walls, gated entrance and exit. Lots of full timers. We really appreciated staying there. We got in late and had all the necessary information to get in the property and found our site with no difficulties. I highly recommend this RV park for overnight or extended stays.

Definitely not your typical RV park, this hidden gem has a handful of full hookup sites among a large storage area. There's much to recommend a stay here: Excellent location near the Petroglyph National Monument and lots of retail. The nearby Lava Rock Brewing Company is a 10-minute walk. Also LOVE the on-site vehicle wash station complete with a catwalk for hard-to-reach road grime and the propane filling option. The shower was sparkly new and there was complimentary coffee in the office/restroom area. The gated entry was easy to negotiate. Evenings were quiet. The friendly staff was accommodating. I'm looking forward to seeing the expansion across the street. I'd definitely return for a stay next time I'm in ABQ.

Even though this is not an RV park yet. It was a great place to stay. All the hook ups were well done and clean. All hard pavement everywhere . It was gated they had snacks and ice every morning well lit ! Super easy to get to and get an around Albuquerque- we had full hook ups, which was fabulous. But if you get one without full hook ups, they have water and dump station. All on site the staff was super helpful and friendly everything we needed. They were there for us. Give us good tips on what to do while we were in Albuquerque. We stay three nights for the balloon fiesta. , I will definitely come back to this RV park if I’m ever in the neighborhood.

This place was recommended to us due to its location in Albuquerque and it worked great for our one night stay. They were easily to work with and flexible to fit our needs. It is a very secure area and they created little areas for stays wanting full hook ups. The plants were a nice touch! I noticed some areas had outside seating. They also have showers and restrooms for use. I am interested to see what they are creating for their RV park across the street!

We were fortunate to get a reservation at Noman land, the same day that we were coming in. They were very accommodating and friendly on the phone and in person. The amenities worked very well for us, including showers, RV, wash station, propane, filtered water, and waste removal, we weren’t expecting to stay at an RV storage area, but it worked out very well and we felt very safe. I’m sure the accommodations across the street at the new campsite will be great.

Great experience at NomadLand. Dan & his wife were very accommodating of our last minute need. They got us a reservation within an hour of our arrival, called to check on us after we had hooked up and got set (A FIRST TIME WE'VE EVER HAD MANAGEMENT CHECKIN ON US AT AN RV SPOT). The RV park is gated which is a great comfort, and it was completely tranquil for us, even with the continued construction (never heard a sound, we just knew it because of seeing).

This is an unusual but wonderful place. Originally designed to store RVs, Dan has added overnight full hook-up spaces. Fully concrete and asphalt, so sparkling clean, and quiet. Dan Has thought of everything! On site you can enjoy a free RV car wash, free ice, coffee, hot showers, and a dump station for those that store their RVs there. Good job Dan!

Dan and Jessica were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever experienced. They went way above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. They even had coffee and breakfast treats ready at 3am on Balloon Fiesta mornings. Never needed WiFi because Verizon worked well. This campground is secure, immaculate, welcoming, and a perfect location. Facilities are extra nice, and they have an RV wash bay that is a luxury. We would happily stay there again.

Nomadland was a top notch place to stay for the Balloon Fiesta! They offer so many amenities and extras that are rarely found in an RV park, and are extremely clean, efficient, friendly and accommodating. They were also so attentive to the fiesta visitors providing lots of coffee and goodies to all before heading out each day, with festive balloons marking the way. We highly recommend Nomadland and hope definitely to return some day.

Amenities here outweigh the lack of ambience & space at site and noise from construction projects in the facility. Helpful mgmt, spotless grounds, great rv wash bay, brand new hookups, coffee in office, secure environment, close to restaurants & grocery. I appreciate the fact that the owner has re-envisioned what an rv park can offer a guest. Perfect spot for folks who want a place to crash while exploring ABQ during the day.

Dan was very helpful and accommodating when it came to finding us a solution for our overnight needs. We had unique circumstances but I have a feeling he is just as helpful and kind to all travelers he comes in contact with. The gate made us feel secure, the location was great (near grocery and fast food/restaurant), the restroom was clean, and the snacks and coffee were appreciated. Great place for overnight while traveling I-40 on July 4. Dan was so helpful setting up reservation and then making sure we were settled into our RV site in the storage facility. Super convenient to Abuquerque city. Secure, clean, great utilities. Great staff who addressed our issues quickly and with a smile. Just be aware you're in an RV storage lot. Nothing fancy but functional. No dog park or kids playground or afternoon train ride for the kids. But there is a great neighborhood park for the dogs and kids (ParkWest Park) with great grass and playground just 3 minutes drive away. Will be great when Nomadland finishes their RV Park across the street. Definitely would come back.

We were magically able to get a spot at this location for the Balloon Fiesta a few weeks before hand. After a very long drive we arrived after 8 pm with clear instructions and signage to a clean and welcoming weekend space. Not only was there free coffee, showers, water and ice there were cute balloon themed decorations and an area with homemade and healthy snacks. We plan on coming back every year!

Dan, the Owner, is awesome and the RV washing bay was perfect to get our RV cleaned up before getting back on the road. The location is convenient to the Interstate and very SAFE. Gated access with code. This is not a campfire type of stay so don't expect an outdoorsy feel. However, Dan was making some improvements and they are building a campsite across the road. We only stayed one night during our cross country adventure and highly recommend.

We stayed 2 nights in our 25 ft C Class and found our stay to be quite and secure. We loved our stay with NomadLand!! The staff has to be the friendliest I have ever had at an RV park. The shower was huge and super clean and even had amenities. The entire facility was super clean. Well thought out RV storage lot that had amenities for rv campsite. Full hook ups *level concrete lot*we had a nice patio area*secured gated lot*showers bathrooms clean*well designed area to wash RV (with catwalk to clean roof). They were in the process of building a RV Resort next store and I would image that it will be 5star experience based on our experience at the storage area. We were there November 12-14 2023.

This place was very clean, secure, quiet and close to food and groceries. We were staying in Albuquerque on our way home from a 13 day trip. It was perfect for a stopover... or because you'll be gone exploring. I would not recommend this RV park for long stays of wanting to 'camp' out but I would use it again on my drive to or back home from visiting my brother in Indiana

Nomadland was the first stop in our New Mexico travels. The staff is friendly, courteous, and Jessica pulled rabbits out of her hat to accommodate us last minute during Balloon Fiesta week.
