They have nice stuff and a decent selection but management is a mess. I asked for help and was merely pointed in the direction without any real assistance finding it. What's up with this kind of service these days? When I asked for actual help the employee said they weren't allowed to do so, that otherwise they would be written up by their manager. I was upset and asked around and found out the managers name was Jenny. How are you going to reprimand your employees for catering to your customers? You wouldn't have a store or a job without us. I can't imagine this is what is going on everywhere, but I also couldn't imagine this was happening anywhere. I feel bad for the employees having to walk on eggshells because someone less than competent in their role lacks leadership and common sense. Customer service should always come first, that's Retail 101. I will not bother with this place solely based on how it treats its employees. If they had any sense they'd either remove Jenny or at least correct her and educate her before she spreads such an absurd and illogical idea around to the rest of her staff via intimidation. I've read other reviews that address the apparent misery the employees seem to emanate here and I wouldn't be surprised if this person were the cause of at least some of it. Management makes or breaks a place. Someone like that should not be in charge of anything that had to do with the public. Good luck getting far with that kind of dead weight.

I was there on 09/16/23 from 7-8pm. There's a good selection of shoes, clothes, purses, and other things. Everything was fine except for the cashier. She looked like she absolutely hates her job. I ended up changing my mind on one of the items I grabbed so I asked her to remove it. She did but was obviously annoyed that I asked her to do that. Then when I was about to swipe my card I looked at the prices of the items and realized a pair of shoes came up 39.99 but the sticker on the shoe said 31.98 so I brought this to her attention. She looked like she wanted to scream and it was taking all of her strength to resist not screaming. She changed the price of the shoes and I quickly paid and left. The other times that I have come here the cashiers were pleasant. Not sure what this lady's problem was but she was clearly not having a good day and it showed. This bad experience makes me hesitant to go back.

I went in there at 11 in the morning and was unable to shop. The music was so loud that it gave me a headache, despite using ear plugs. And it was awful, crass music too… it felt like walking into a nightclub. Apparently, they don’t have managers on shift to maintain a professional atmosphere I was excited that they were opening a location close to home, but I won’t be shopping here.

Did a return with a receipt and asked for cash back on a debit purchase from a week ago and cashier did not comply. Debit is same as cash. Please understand this makes a person short of cash waiting on institution to apply back to account. I did not buy something else because I wanted to spend the cash from the return. Please trust some of your customers.

Great selection for women with lots of brand items available in multiple sizes. Men and women's shoes had a wonderful selection as well. Large variety with something for everyone. The kids' section needs to be developed, though. Not much available in that area for clothing.

This location opened with Great merchandise but over two months has now fallen off the charts. Merchandise is sad now. Very Little designer clothing in the store. Not much good to me. Sad!! Also when in this store today there was clothing on the floor all over the store!

This is the biggest and best location in the valley that just opened up couple weeks ago. They have Alot more merchandise and it just seems more pleasant to shop here..everything is well stocked,hopefully they can keep that up.. so glad it opened up closer to me

I do enjoy shopping here as the quality of items are really top notch. Just cannot afford the increase in prices due to our economy in recent years. Even the sales items seems like that was the original price prior to increases.

It's cool, they're lost prevention is a bit extreme.. saw a man Tackle a girl smh..SMH... Like the stuffed insured couldn't be that serious he'll u almost need something to protect yourself ,bad as that went

Good selection and good prices! One of my favorite stores but sometimes the selection can be hit or miss. It was a hit this trip! Clean, organized and friendly staff.

Very nice store plenty of shoe selections. Nice men selections . The only thing was an odd smell when I was in the store.

Decent Store. The store had A musky smell .I had to leave The store sooner then I wanted to.Also saw roaches
