It was NOT a good experience for my daughter and I!!! We have never had to go to the laundromat before but due to our recent move and we were still waiting for my brother to hook our washer and dryer up we needed to wash our things so we researched and decided to go to this place well the people that work there were not friendly AT ALL and had the nerve to appear irritated with us at around 930 when we were transferring our stuff from the washer to the dryer having the nerve to say we close doors at 11 as if it was going to take a whole dam hour and a half to try 3 loads smh definitely won’t be going there again for no reason!!! On the lighter side of things it was very clean, and they provided cash from dbc/cc in order for us to get the necessary change needed and also had laundry supplies handy if you need them.

My 1st visit was pleasant, but my visit yesterday was not good at all. The issue is that if your signs read last wash is at 10 and you close at 11pm. It's 10:37 and you all are up on me and then the father says something in their language and then the air goes off, so you're going to smoke me out huh? Wow, I only had a couple of pieces more to fold and I know I would have been done by 10:45 and maybe even earlier, but if this how you treat certain customers, because in the end , all of our money is green or silver. I don't have to take this and I can write about it.

Laundry was clean, will not be going back the young woman in there made an assumption because we checked to see if dryers were available. She said don't leave your clothes, because when it gets busy we need the dryers. I stated to her I am not going to leave my clothes. I am only here because my dryer went out and if there were not dryers available I was going some where else. She you can go somewhere else. So next time I am in need I am taking her advice and going somewhere else. Thanks It also smelled like mildew near the washers

Ling does an excellent job consistently with my laundry. She is very kind and helpful. She always assists me in taking my baskets out or the car upon arrival and helping me take the baskets back into the car upon pickup. Also, she accepts cash, card, and cash app. I normally pay via cash app in advance prior to arriving at the store. Excellent Wash/Dry/Fold service always with a smile. If you live on the westside of Jacksonville and need laundry services please consider this laundromat. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the best laundry mat i have ever been in ..Its always clean. With new washers and dryers its so nice . The manager's are always professional and help you in any way they can .including carrying your clthes in or out for you .The dryers get really hot and actually dry your clothes in a timely manner. And it does have a great atmosphere so you dont have feel afraid to be there ..awesome place to do your clothes....cant say enough good things about this place.. love it....

I've been using the drop off service for idk about yr now and will continue. They do a great job an have a really quick turnaround. Very good price probably one the cheapest I've used in Jax. Family owned small business the mom an daughter are super friendly. I'm in wheelchair and they always offer to bring it out to my car for me. Which I try to always leave a tip. Her other employees are really nice as well. Dig my lil laundry spot!!

Not gonna lie I was skeptical of anywhere off of Normandy but I had a great experience here! Was greeted by a worker immediately and had my first wash dry and fold and was soo impressed. Not only was it a great price, I LOVE laundry and I’m funny about getting it washed anywhere but home but it was very worth it! Clean (she was sanitizing all machines & surfaces) professional and worth the money! Will definitely come back

Super clean laundry mat with Drop off service. The ladies that were working were very helpful to everyone while I was there and kept things clean and wiped down. I watched them interact with drop off laundry people and also people doing their laundry there. They were very helpful to everyone and very prompt with their service .

Very clean facility! The attendants are always disinfecting and cleaning the equipment. There is always an attendant on duty, which helps with safety and any issues with equipment. If things become busy, the attendants will let you know your clothes are done to keep things going smoothly and help reduce the wait times.

First time going there, the washing machines appear to be well maintained. It was a busy place, and only a handful of seating, so you will have to sit in the car. There were two attendants working that were most helpful. I will definitely go back.

The person there was very helpful and courteous. If you have need of doing laundry, they will wash and fold for you. The laundry is clean and the machines are new.
