Bought a used car from them, really was not a good experience. Salesperson Aymen, was nice and helpful. He was the only positive part of the purchase. On the pick up day up the car was not ready. Following day the car was delivered by the lovely salesperson. Once the car had arrived, my husband happened to open the bonnet and saw the engine oil spaying out from hot engine simply because mechanic forgot to put the cap on. I called straight away to the salesperson to organise tow truck to send the car back. Lucky, lost small amount of oil so there was no damage to the engine and got the car back next day. Then after 2week of having the car back, it stopped in a middle of busy intersection. Try to organise RACQ to tow back to the dealership, the lady on office was very rude, and told me that there is no warranty on my car. I explained It’s only been 2 weeks since purchase, not 3months or over 5000km (standard Qld warranty) and she said she can not take my car to fix under warranty. So I needed to tow the car to nearest mechanic. After confirming about the warranty , explained what had happened with the car and the bad experience with the call receiver lady to the salesperson, he spoke to the service team and organised towing the car to the dealer and also organised a car to use while fixing our car. All Thanks to the salesperson Aymen, he was so nice and helpful, being middle man between me and the service team. Still it was very stressful and bad experience. It took 2months for the car part to arrive and fix it. Once the car was fixed and back to our house, inside of our car there were some paper works for other car as well as set of keys for other vehicle. Seriously don’t they check anything before handing the car over to customers?? Like keys to other cars ? Paperwork? And engine oil cap ?? Never again !!!!

I bought a new Suzuki Vitara and it has had serious locking issues. It flattened the battery which would not hold a charge. I had to use my own RACQ cover to have it trucked to Redcliff. Really unhappy with the customer service on this. The radio is faulty and comes on after being turned off. Then I have no voice directions on maps. All in all a very stressful experience and the worst customer service I have ever had in buying a new car. I would like to return it for a full refund as it is not fit for purpose. Martin the sales manager tried to resolve it but he was blocked. Still no joy. Back for its 4th visit now. Locks not working properly still. Radio faulty with volume control not working intermittently. Seat belt plug doesn’t want to accept the anchor. Car was started without the key anywhere near it! They still say they can fix this lemon. So stressful back and forth to Redcliff Suzuki.

I recently had an issue with my car which my regular garage recommended that I take directly to VW for them to diagnose and fix. The team at Norris Motor Group were very helpful, they were able to diagnose and repair the issue for me. Ashlee from the service desk in particular was a standout customer service star, she went above and beyond to assist and was always friendly and supportive in helping me get the issue resolved. My only issue with the garage was that it was difficult to get hold of them on the phone, however I’m sure that speaks to how busy the team are!

This dealership in Nundah was very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Jarred was very welcoming and made us feel at home during the whole process of acquiring a car; Trent was also very informative and professional. Jarred went above and beyond, being proactive in viewing our desired trade-in car and proactively moving forward with discussions re a trade-in, such as value etc amongst other things. Thank you to the team at Nundah. Jarred Hicks was great just arrived in Brisbane needed a car that week to drive 5 hours for work. Absolutely pleasure to deal with hassle free, car was ready to go, drove like a dream. I needed a new part a month later for my back seat. No hesitation at getting it fixed and paid for. Customer service in the service department is simply not there. I had left messages on multiple occasions for repairs & servicing over a 12 month period. Never received a callback. I had to constantly call until someone answered. I sent multiple emails as well and it took months for a reply. It took me 12months nearly to the date after a service to get a problem fixed on my vehicle. Would not recommend at all. I am done with Metro Hyundai Norris Group.

Recently took my car in for its 3000km service. The customer service provided by the entire Service Department was outstanding. On arrival an inspection was done on the outside of the car to determine if any scratches/dents were present before the car was left with them. Upon departure I was accompanied back to my car to discuss the scope of works and sent off with a smile. Would definitely recommend the Service Department!!!

Service was completed while I waited. Lounge was comfortable enough with tea available. My car was not washed because I was “waiting onsite” I’m not completely happy with the explanations regarding the fact that Siri no longer works (this is frustrating) & I cannot get any GPS. The cost remains the same as last year which is great news

I highly recommend Aussie Auto at Lawnton. Sean and the crew did everything possible to ensure my car was repaired quickly and efficiently. The bill for repairs was a very pleasant surprise. I am very pleased that I have found these guys. It is a huge relief to find a reputable, reliable, honest (likeable :) auto mechanic.

Used car warranty really helps a lot if you purchase a car from NMG. They will make sure you are covered if condition applied. Really happy with customer service advisor Sarah who provide excellent assistance. Despite had awful experience in sales end. I will still consider and suggest NMG if family or friend need a car.
