I had the worst experience today in the library with an old lady that works there she wears glasses unfortunately i do not know her name but this is actually the second time i speak to her & she is not nice it seems like she doesnt like to work there or maybe she just likes to put books away. As i was telling her i just wanted to pay some copies that i printed she was having an ugly attitude. I have never printed any copies it was the first time so i was actually expecting for help. I expect people to be nice to me if im nice. The security guy was nicer & actually saw me struggling at first & he tried to help me out. That lady pist me off so bad i left really mad & wanted to talk **** to her but decided not to because i had my daughter with me AUGHHHHH ... I hope u read this you'll know who this is.

I love this library! The staff is nice and is always ready to help find the perfect book. Even for my picky daughter. There are computers to capture restless kids and puzzles and coloring for those wanting to unplug. It can get kind of noisy when the children come for crafts but if that is the price we pay for keeping our youths in our libraries, it is one I'd gladly pay. Besides of you don't like kids check out the calendar and avoid them. Thank you North Park Library!

I would love to give this library 5 stars as normally I love going here. Unfortunately there is one librarian who makes this a miserable experience when she is there. She is rude and condescending, has failed to check in my items twice (which I am then fined for until the library is able to find the items and then I have to go through the process of getting the fines removed), and overall leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is a great library otherwise.

The loudest library I’ve ever encountered. They allow groups of women with crying babies and misbehaved toddlers to congregate and take over half the library and blast loud songs on an amplifier while others are trying to use the computers or read. Gee, maybe the load music on the PA system with giant amplified speaker is the reason your babies are crying…

A nice neighborhood library ! As far as I know everything the main library has. I use the wifi with my tablet, read magazines and news papers, I go here on my gas bike. Some unsavory patrons but every library has them on the west coast.

I normally like this library because it is close to my house and they have plenty of computers to use. Thing I don't like is that their website says that they are open today, when in fact they are not.

Libraries are the greatest things ever. If you don't have a card I insist that you head on over and get yourself hooked up. Great selection and awesome people it's a win win all around.

Friendly staff, nice selection of books/DVDs. The children's section seemed a little small, but for the size of the branch it was good and kept my little one entertained.

Small library in the hood, easy to walk to. Sometimes it has people hanging around the entrance. Also there is a plaque in the parking lot that most don’t know about.

So grateful I can put books on hold and have them delivered from other locations! An amazing service you can even browse an online catalog

Good place to read, people are quiet most of the time, unless they have one of the scheduled homework club with fun and energetic kids!

Inadequate WiFi stations with limited power strips. Resources seem limited with a small selection of magazines and latest books.

Wow, what a life saver! Use their free internet. The wait for a computer is minimal. Try their clean bathrooms!

I've been going here since I was a kid. Went recently for yoga night and it was nice.

it wasn't the biggest branch but I found a cozy chair and a good read immediately!
