Amazing dental office, my daughter went there today and I had to help her with some paperwork. I have been communicating with the office for a few weeks. The front desk team are so friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. I have never had such a positive experience in a dental office. Young front desk staff tonight when I had to return, and they were amazing!!! Thank you for your help and the great service. My daughter spoke about her experience with the dentist that she saw. Andrea is so impressed with the service, skill and knowledge. No complaints about a sore jaw and no pain at the extraction site. This office is highly recommended on so many levels.

The atmosphere at this location is warm, and the staff is genuinely friendly. They take proactive measures to ensure you remember your appointments, sending timely ambient reminders. I provided feedback regarding communication improvements, and they attentively considered and implemented my suggestions. Nevertheless, on a few occasions, I observed instances of miscommunication among their staff, necessitating my return to address tasks that should have been completed correctly the first or second time. Overall, I would recommend anyone to go to this place.

Wonderful experience, from the girls at the front, to the dentist and the dental assistant. What a wonderful experience all around. I haven’t been to the dentist since my dentist retired years ago because I’ve always hated meeting new ones not knowing if I’d like them or not. I had a dental emergency and needed to book in for a visit. The reviews on Northern Hills Dental do not lie. They’re incredible! Not pushy at all in regards to further treatments, Carrie was super patient with me making up my mind and coordinating with my schedule. Thank you!!

I do not like going to the dentist. It's high stress for me. I am highly anxious and hadn't been to one for years. My husband had come here for a couple of dental emergencies and they were always so kind to him. Dr. McLeod and all the staff were so kind and gentle. They talked me through every step of the way and I left feeling a lot better about my teeth. I would strongly recommend this clinic, especially if you have dental anxiety!

My family always have a great experience with Northern Hills Dental. We recently have our semi-annual clean up last Sunday and Alicia in the Reception was so accommodating, she was able to switch our schedule since my son has to attend a birthday party. And Leslie (Hygienist) was really amazing, she was thorough, and took care of me and my wife pretty well. Glad to have them as our family dental clinic.

Very warm and friendly clinic. Was seen by Dr Ryan and Mah (wisdom tooth), and they were very kind and friendly. The dental assistants and receptionists are very kind and always wear a smile. They explain the insurance coverage upfront so no surprises. When I first signed up to this clinic, I got a welcome card in the mail few weeks after which was actually very sweet.

Our family been to Northern Hills Dental for more than 10 years. It's always been great experience coming here. My 3 year old recently had her second dentist appointment there and the hygienist and dentist were very patience and gentle with her and she is already looking forward coming back for her dental check up.

My hygienist, Christine, is the nicest, softest hygienist around. She tells you what you need to improve but does not scold you for what you haven't done. She treats you like an adult who is capable of making their own decisions. She's is quick and efficient as well.

I'm so happy that Kelsey is back from maternity leave. I'm back to this location. She's amazing, and she's very good in her line of work. I truly enjoyed my visit today. Thank you so much, Kelsey! You're the best hygienist in Calgary

Great professionals here, at all levels from the front desk to the dentists. Everyone was very attentive to my needs, and great communication about my options. Not pushy at all.
