"Woke up today celebrating my 27th anniversary and hubby gave me a guess watch He had apparently fixed by them that was missing two crystals it’s very special to me he gave it to me on our 17th anniversary so it’s a decade old n very special to me hence taking a decade to get fixed because I wanted to get it done properly well he didn’t expect these fools to be amateur hour on it and now I’m left with a watch that wasn’t cleaned yet they stuck two new crystals in it now I’m no expert but how stupid is it to put clean crystals into a dirty backdrop now I got two grey crystals against 20 odd white crystals I can see the replacement ones a mile away plus they scratch the backing with a blunt object to get into the battery to change it I’d rather hubby never touched my watch n I got it fixed myself but he really wanted it to be his responsibility to do it n now my favourite watch is ruined I rather he took it to properly keepers who would hold dip it again give it a bday n for gods sake at least clean it he’s in tool shed licking his wounds because I’m so angry do not give these people your jewellery they will not pride themselves on giving quality service disgusting service and hubby has some phone calls to make I think because they’ve ruined my anniversary"
