I have now been using the Nutri-Go meal plan for over 3 months, and without any exercise, I've already lost 9 pounds! I do have a very physical job, so that was my replacement for going to the gym. But I feel great and people notice the difference in my physical appearance and I feel like my confidence has come back 10 fold! The best part? Price is reasonable and food actually taste good! I've been on some previous meal plans and the food was garbage, but with Nutri-Go, I actually get excited to eat my meals. My personal favorite is the Korean beef. But I wanted to write this review so people can hear a real clients opinion's about Nutri-Go. Sitting down with Leah and having her explain everything and making me feel confident that I can obtain my ideal body weight without having to sacrifice good food and my schedule. It's simply too easy NOT to be on Nutri-Go now. I don't have to worry about cooking when I get home or what I'm going to eat, it's all done and ready for me because of Nutri-Go and Leah. Thanks Leah for making me feel great and bringing back my confidence now, I highly recommend anyone to Nuti-Go who wants to better themselves and feel and look great again.

Awesome platform to say the least. The online user interface is really easy to navigate, select your meals, skip weeks if you are travelling etc. Also have all the nutritional facts easy to access so you can cater for certain diets/macros. All the meals are really tasty, takes 2 mins max to prepare in the microwave, and they have a ton of variety so you don't get bored of the same meals. I work hybrid, sometimes in office, sometimes at home and I use Nutri-Go for 14+ meals a week (2 a day) because it's so easy to take into the office, and it means I don't have to go grocery shopping, prepare the foods, cook, clean up after etc. etc. Love it! Highly recommend. I did it as a test run a few weeks back to see if I liked it and can't see myself not ordering these each week (except for when I travel)

I have really enjoyed my Nutri-Go experience. I never used to take lunches to work but since returning to the office after COVID, I am looking for more nutritious options than the food court. Nutri-Go has supplied me with a wonderful selection of (nutri)go-to meals without having to put a lot of thought into it (goodbye sad salad and soggy sandwich). The meals are so tasty and beautifully presented. Plus I just love that the meals are dietician approved. These folks really know what they are doing. I just love the food selection (totally my kind of food; "the other guys'" food selections are just not my taste - so Nutri-Go, please don't change too much!). And last, but not least, the service is fantastic. Great bunch to work with! Give them a "Go"!

We have been ordering from Nutri-Go for 2 months now and we are hooked! Both my partner and I are shift workers and Nutri-Go is by far the biggest time saver and healthiest meal option we’ve had for work. There are SO MANY different meals to chose from!!! My favourite part honestly is that the containers are light and I can throw them away after each meal rather than taking a dirty containers back home. Also their chef cooks the food amazingly; the fish is never dry, and the veggies are never mushy or wilted. Lastly, they deliver to your damn home!!! Just amazing guys well done !

Such an amazing company! I am very busy through the week and not the best cook. I often find it hard to cook just for one person every night. A friend of mine recommended Nutri-Go and I have been a huge fan ever since. The owners really do put their customers first! With so many other meal prep options out there its a little overwhelming trying to choose the right one. Nutri-Go's Food is so delicious and they are always changing up their menu. Coming from a busy single gal like me, do yourself a favor and call Nutri-Go!

Just started using this food service locally. Good selection and prices are very reasonable compared to eating out or ordering meal kits. Healthier than eating out and much faster than a meat kit as everything is done for you. The food tastes great (had the Bao buns, basa with quinoa, and the steak chimichurri). I forgot to switch my meals for the follow week, but customer service promptly emailed me back and allowed me to change up my meals. This is huge. Thanks Steph and team for being flexible. The best meal prep company! I am a vegetarian and have been ordering Nurti-Go's vegan meal plan. It is absolutely amazing. They are so great with customizing the meals if you have any allergies. Every meal is fresh and flavourful. The tofu is tossed in homemade seasoning- so it isn't bland or boing. I have been ordering meals for over 7 months now and still look forward to them every week! Who knew vegan meals could be so delish! I even got my meat eating boyfriend on the vegan meals and he loves them.

Nutri-go's easy-to-order dishes are delicious and make life convenient as it gets, especially when your schedule is so crazy and you barely have time to cook (like mine). I highly recommend nutri-go to anyone looking to free up some time in their life and indulge in some highly nutritious meals that coincide with getting healthy or their healthy lifestyles!!! This is my second time using Nutri-Go during busy times in my life where I do not have the time to prep for myself. I find I save a ton rather than using DoorDash/SkipTheDishes etc. And the food is much healthier and more delicious :) I really like the rotating menu so you can mix things up. Great they have different sizes for many of the dishes too. Convenient delivery once a week. It has been a life saver! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good meal prep service!!

I was looking to maintain focus during a weight loss challenge. I heard about Nutri-Go and ordered their meals. In my 45 day journey, I lost 15.4 lbs and much can be attributed to the great meal prep at Nutri-Go. Excellent client care and tasty meals. The food had plenty of flavour and I didn't feel hungry. They take the thought and work out of your hands. I would highly recommend this company. Rod is also great to work with.

My boyfriend and are are both super busy and also lazy. We calculated what we spend on ordering off skip and our excessive grocery trips to not cook consistently and this fits the bill. It's nice you're not required to subscribe. We got 12 meals our first go and they're almost all gone. I just placed my second order cause the food is great and it's cost efficient for our household. Portions are also good!

Ordered one time and received subpar food. The salmon and tofu were fine but the veggies were rancid. I told them I wished not to continue and informed them the sweet potatoes had a sour taste. For the the price I didn’t see the value. The customer service was good, and they refunded me for the food they didn't deliver. I donated the rest food to the homeless.

it's hard to find decent vegan meal prep in calgary but their vegan options are pretty good (my faves are tofu vierge, summer tofu, and vegan soft taco). but the food goes bad before the end of the week! it gets delivered on sunday and it's already bad by friday. i've had to throw out my food on fridays for a few weeks which is a huge waste of food and money.

Nutri-go is an absolute lifesaver!! My husband and I have been using the meal service for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. Not only is the food super fresh & tasty but they are able to accommodate my husband's laundry list of food intolerances. They have incredible variety which makes it a sustainable option over the long term. Highly recommended!

This service is amazing, the food is so yummy and the staff are super flexible and accommodating. I work shifts and strange hours so eating well can be difficult when it is more convenient to order in. I feel so much better eating all their yummy dishes and it is so reasonable too. I found most of the food fresh, nutritious, tasty, and balanced. Plus calories already counted. Saves me from weekly meal prep! I absolutely recommend them!

I'm from edmonton and this is my 3rd week of meals. So far everything has tasted fantastic, only complaint is portion is less from other company's I've gone with in the past. None the less I'm still very happy with how easy they make it for those who don't have time to prep healthy food that taste good.
