I have been living here for the last six years. We have good security, ample parking for residents and visitors, water is sure bet, twice/thrice a week(this means you need water storage kwa wingi). We have good schools, hospitals, malls etc around. It takes 10-15 minutes to CBD.

Nyayo Highrise Estate is a pretty good place to chill and it's situated at a great location providing easy access to many urban centers such as areas along Ngong Road, the CBD, Madaraka Estate & Lang'ata, just to name a few!

Good place to put up. Well served by public transport and within reach of CBD and important facilities such as hospitals, schools, churches and other amenities.

The place cool the only problem is the traffic jam starting around 3:00 I guess the cause is the rush back home and the ongoing construction along Mombasa road.

A nice high rise estate for lower class, Nyayo High-rise have irregular water supply as compared to other places in Nairobi, it is closed to a slump community.

Nyayo Highrise is a residential area that is very populated. The only issue that they face is insufficient supply of water. It's a. Secure place.

I have lived in this place for more than 10 years , I recommend to anyone who wish to move in this place. It's more than home to me.

"Seefar" Apartment still has vacancies Middle class society.. Everything you need for basic living is in those blocks..

It's an awesome place but their is a water problem and kind of congestion. But I would recommend it for students.

Access to Kenyatta hospital,Armed force, uhuru camp Tmall university Riara university, across stramore university

Small congested houses with cars and boda bodas accessing the estate. The houses are small for family setups.

It's okay though water problems are there as water only comes during the weekend. It's close to town.

Very narrow staircase...it is very difficult to deliver seats/sofas through the staircase.
