Mind boggling overcharging (like being charged $30 a month, to send us a paper invoice, which I kept telling him we didn't want). We weren't held to ransom, with Daryl not releasing our completed work, that was fully paid for, on an agreed amount, until we paid him a several thousand dollar 'bonus'. He put $130k into a Directors' Loan, with no authorisation, reason, or explanation (and refuses to provide a copy of any ledgers). So, where's the money Daryl? AND to top it off, he kept sending my confidential company information to my wife, who was neither a Director or authorised to receive it. So much for confidentiality! I'm embarrassed, that I trusted him to do the job I paid handsomely for and wasn't more diligent checking his work. I would have found out how much of a fiction it was.
