My boyfriend, my dog, and I were broken down and we managed to limp our car to this OReillys parking lot and thank god we did. These men were amazing and so helpful to us. We’re homeless and we were just trying to get back to Northern California so we could get help from family when our alternator died on us. Mind you this is about a $180 part on top of that we needed a new battery since one of our cells was dead plus all the equipment to get the job done correctly. We cried in the parking lot because we had no money for this kind of costly repair when the manager came out and offered his help. He tested our battery and alternator and determined that they in fact needed replacing. He not only gave us the parts and equipment we needed but he helped us install the alternator. We had a few stuck bolts as well and he helped us break those off as well. The manager wasn’t the only amazing man at this shop... every single worker there came out to help us and check on us from time to time to make sure everything was going smoothly. They even gave our pup some dog treats! Various folks stopped by to give us food and some cash to help us get back. I was always an autozone girl until this day and I will FOREVER be a loyal OReillys customer for as long as I live. 10/10 make this your go-to auto parts shop now!!!! I will be contacting corporate to let them know about the outstanding job these men did and hopefully they can provide these services to another person in need.

I accompanied my son-in-law to this store a couple weeks ago. He said he comes here quite often and always gets excellent service from employees here. We stopped here to replace wiper blades on my son-in-law's vehicle. The employee helped remove the wipers from the vehicle and installed new replacements. The employee was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this store when I need automotive parts. I returned to O'Reilly to purchase Sea Foam motor treatment for both of my vehicles. I purchased two cans each of the high mileage version for vehicles with more than 75,000 miles and the regular version for lower mileage vehicles. Per the employee who helped me, these products are better than Gum Out that are added to your gasoline tank (16 fluid ounces per can added to 16 gallons of gasoline in your tank) to clean your engine. My son-in-law also previously purchased the regular version of this Sea Foam product for his motor home and noted that his generator in his motor home ran much smoother after using two cans of this product. The employee who helped me said that he personally used this product in his vehicle switching from Gum Out with better results. Thanks again to the service provided by employees at this O'Reilly location. Ken

Let me start by saying that I hate complaining but this guy really showed how much he doesn't care about his customers. I am very loyal to this chain of stores and have always had excellent customer service at the other ones I've been to. That being said If I could leave zero stars I would. I needed some spark plugs on a Friday night at 8:53pm. I called the location in Centennial Hills which is close to me and the nice gentleman told me he didn't have them but the Grand Teton store did. He mentioned that the close at 9pm but he was sure they would wait for me if I called them. So I called over and asked if they could wait for maximum 5 minutes so I could get them. The guy Danny in spoke with was so willing not to be helpful and he said "we have to close right at 9pm". I guess not all of their employees are as awesome as the ones at the Centennial store.

Outstanding Store. I just bought tire chains for the first time (ever), and I have been looking around for a few days. I finally decided to go with O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I am glad I did. The folks at the 8021 North Durango Drive Las Vegas, NV location were top shelf, Devin was very helpful and new exactly what I needed. Another gentleman at the store (sorry I did not get his name), asked where I was traveling too. He advised me that I would most likely be needing the tire chains, but he then called someone at my destination and confirmed there might be a need for them. That's service, he didn't need to do that, it goes to show there are still caring people in this world. O'Reilly Auto Parts (at least this location) will be my go to auto parts place from now on. I would recommend this place to family and friends without hesitation. Thanks again

First time purchasing wiper blades for my wife's car. I have changed wiper blades on my other cars in the past, but being a newer car, I could not figure out what was the correct way to remove them. Though the store was very busy, there was one gentleman who stopped to take the time to show how to remove it properly. Didn't take less than a minute of his time, however considering how my day was up to that point, it was an extreme kindness on a very frustrating summer day. Thank you Douglas for helping me the way I've helped others and thought nothing of it. It was a very cool breeze on a very warm day. If there was ever a moment that helped change an entire day, it was your help Douglas. I truly thank you for your assistance.

This store has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The way the speak and treat customers is horrible. I witness one of the guys rolling his eyes to a customer because he had to tell a customer what aisle an item was in. I ordered a part for my car that was supposed to be delivered the next day that did not show up. After multiple attempts I got excuses of the truck never showed up, the truck got a flat tire, Mitchell, the desk guy said “this is often the way, many times the parts are late or never show up at all.” I told him I could have got the part from Autozone and had it delivered the next day. His response was “ isn’t that always the way.” Needless to say I will never use O’reilly’s again.

This is by far the best auto parts store I have been too. Not because of what they carry. Honestly I can go on rockauto and get better parts for cheaper. I prefer to go here if the cost difference isn't to crazy because of the staff. I have had alot of projects that need some odd solutions. Cars with motor swaps, older cars, performance stuff. These often require creative ways to get things done. Everytime I have gone in there someone has done their best to help out and are suprising knowledgeable. This is what auto parts stores should be.

Gòod place staff was real friendly, my car radiator cracked and I needed a quick fix they recommend this epoxy but it was real expensive and without any arguments they offered a discount. I was very happy since I was stranded in Las Vegas passing by from Arizona to Los Angeles.and didn't have a mechanic. I like when people is considered and and help out in a bad situation instead of taking advantage of you because you are in need. I'll go back to O'Reilly Auto Parts anytime in any State.

I’ve visited this O’Reilly‘s in my quest to find a locking lug nut key. Gentleman I talk to was efficient, looking up the exact part, and ultimately figured out they did not carry it carry it. The good news is, he suggested that I go visit discount tire as they did carry that brand of lug nut I had. Turns out they did Kudos to this gentleman, for providing the information, even though O’Reilly did not get the sale. I always like dealing with O’Reilly, good guys.!!!

Sent my 17 year old daughter to get a new tail light bulb so she can learn how to do things for herself. Some old man at the counter made her uncomfortable by talking smack about her having an electric car. She told him her year, make and model. He belittled her and talked to her like a baby and said he would give her a sticky note so she could go outside and write down her license plate number. My daughter left and went to another business.

Douglass - This guy deserves recognition! Wow, I asked him if he could help me figure out what was causing the squeak coming from under my hood when closing the doors. Without hesitation, he came out and gave me hand finding the squeak and also grabbed a can of WD40 and sprayed down my hood latch and a few other surfaces. No fee, no purchase, and problem solved! :) Now that’s what I call great customer service! Thanks Douglass!

I needed a turn signal bulb for my truck so I ran down there on my bike and forgot to take a mask. They wouldn't sell me one. So I ran down to the AutoZone on Cimarron and not only did I get my bulb there, but the friendly and helpful sales person answered all my questions and I upgraded to LED's. So I don't know if your business plan involves actually selling auto parts, but there's a lesson in there somewhere.

Very good service here. I brought my rotors off my G35 to get machined. The manager, Brad, did a great job in selling quality parts and gave me some good advice as well. There's a bunch of old guys who have lots of experience and knowledge down there..... and since I'm an " OLD GUY", I felt comfortable dealing with this store. Seems like a no BS place........ I'll be back.. multiple good people down there.

My car battery was acting up recently. Decided to take it in to get tested. A very nice employee named Douglas helped me. He tested my car battery and found out it was bad. He popped out the old one and put the new one in. He seemed happy to help and was so nice. Usually employees try all they can do to avoid any extra work. The store was well stocked and after i got what i came in for i asked if they could order a part for me that i didn't expect the store to have...he looked it up and smiled.. said he could have it there in the morning (Sunday morning!). Wasn’t impressed with the customer service. The other two employees were welcoming and nice, however their manager Taylor was impersonal and unfriendly. That same day when I needed more supplies I sent my wife and she received the same demeanor from Taylor. Definitely a bad decision in leadership. All this happening while the store was dead.

I just want to thank the men who work at this location .my son was missing for over 24 hours he is mentally disabled and he wandered into this store they let him call my husband and kept my son there safe till I got there to pick him up ..good job guys ..its awesome that there are people out there that go beyond being good hearted

Service was excellent and courteous. The part I needed was halfway across town at a sister store and about double the price on Amazon of all places. Based on that transaction alone I'd give a 1 star review, but the folks here are always pleasant and helpful and the prices are usually a lot closer for stuff like brakes and filters.

Even when I made a purchase of about 9 items at $117+, the guys working there didn't bat an eye when I was back not even 10 minutes after leaving and had to return the entire order because my brother had already bought all the items an hour before hand. This store is total garbage. They were charging my battery and gave me the wrong one back saying it was dead. Mine was a toyota and they gave me a ford battery back. They also told me that they ordered a part for me to arrive a t 4pm when I returned nothing was delivered. They seem to have an issue with Black people.

Great customer service. I needed an air filter for my engine and a light bulb. The young man took me to the bulbs and explained the difference in them. After I paid he offered to change it for me. He explained and showed me step by step how to do it myself. I will definitely go back to this place.

First visit to the O'Reilly's on North Durango. Went there because friend spoke highly of this store. Great service...even gave me a small piece of breather tube for free. Granted it was a likely $.50 or less worth of tubing, but it was the williness that impressed me. I'll definitely go back.

This store has always been so good to us. We’ve had minor issues with cars that could have been major. The customer service tended to us made our lives easier. Most recently we had a very small mixup, resulted in free service. It was above and beyond. Thanks to them our car runs smoothly.

I went in there to see about getting a gas cap Pete was a nice employee and he cleared the engine light code on my 2005 Honda Civic I put the gas cap on and ended up having to go back today and get a purge valve the guys at O'Reilly's they're great they're nice people to deal with

Don't go here if you're female and in a hurry. It's my understanding in customer service that you put phone calls on hold to address customers that are physically in the store, but not here apparently. I got what I needed, but customer service absolutely sucked.

I've shopped here a few times now. The staff have been pretty helpful when available. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of their products. I bought a gas can a few weeks back that deposited an oily substance onto my clothes.
