"Watched Elvis at the Odeon in Richmond where it was on at screen 6 , very nice and helpful staff"
"Great old building and has been nicely restored"
"Not as good as the Odeon just down the road"
"We were in screen 7, and it was tiny"
"Cinemas are stuck between a rock and a hard place - no money to renovate and actually be appealing places inside, but without that investment and improvement you end up with the Richmond Odeon"
Watched Elvis at the Odeon in Richmond where it was on at screen 6 , very nice and helpful staff. However 3 stars from me firstly for being in a small screen so the sound wasn't great and secondly I had the serial crisp muncher behind me. The noise was all the way through the film and very annoying.
Great old building and has been nicely restored. Bit different from normal being split across two buildings. However, most of the screens are quite small and if you’re watching a quiet movie and the movie next door is loud then you can hear it through the wall which ruins the atmosphere!
Not as good as the Odeon just down the road. Not quite as clean and the screens I found were tiny. Location still great and close to many nice restaurants for a night out but the cinema could be a bit nicer. My advice, pick the other Odeon if possible.
We were in screen 7, and it was tiny. We'd have genuinely had a better view watching the movie on our TV at home!! If you're booking seats here, be sure to sit very close to the front!! Tiny screen and possibly low quality picture too. Not great!
Cinemas are stuck between a rock and a hard place - no money to renovate and actually be appealing places inside, but without that investment and improvement you end up with the Richmond Odeon. Dingy, sad, dated. Could easily hear the other
We have just been to see Mission Impossible in screen 7. The seating plan is completely misleading as the screen does not extend past the aisle on the left. The seats barely slope from the front to back, so if you have a tall person sitting
A very good cinema with an excellent selection of films with a really nice and friendly staff. The only downside is that legroom is quite small and that getting a good legroom costs quote a bit more. It is in London so I can understand why
Terrible cinema. Screen 7 has a tiny screen that has been pushed to the right of the cinema. Only the first 5 rows on the right side are workable for viewing. Bulb in the projector was also very dim and and the huge fire exit lights at the
Helpful and friendly staff. Good seating. Unfortunately, the lobby is dominated by a popcorn machine, and the overpowering sweet smell it gives off. Looks pretty good provided you don't look down. Unfortunately, the floor has seen too many
Went to see a movie in Screen 7 at the Red Lion cinema side. It was tiny and run down. Screen 7 seating is on an almost flat surface with a tiny screen and poor sound. Unbelievable that they want to charge as much as they do. Not remotely
Don’t go there! It’s the smallest movie theatre I’ve attended. Also, the resolution of the screens is under 720p. Probably from the early 2000’s era. They are good for powerpoint presentations, but nothing else. They had the audacity to
Staff were great. Friendly and when an elderly cinema patron was having trouble walking, staff found her a seat to catch her breath. Odeon prices (tickets and concession items) are however quite high compared to others. Premiums for
Staff are really lovely but this cinema really needs some refurbishment. You can hear the other screens from your screen, the AC is either not working or set way too hot. Everything looks like it hasn’t been touched since the 90s.
Went to watch scream 5. The cinema it self is a little dated, but has nice and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the nachos which were fresh, unlike other cinemas that leave them out already pre prepared which makes them go stale.
Honestly very dirty and broken cinema. It’s super old and the seats have holes in them, weird splashes on the walls. Recommend to go to another cinema if you want to see a movie. Do not recommend anyone to go -_-
It's okay...staff is nice and friendly. The snacks are average, the selection of films is just mainstream. The lack of character of the whole place and the small screens just makes it for 3 stars...
We had tickets for screen 7, space was small, screen was small compared to other cinemas, old chairs and not too comfortable compared with the newer cinemas. Good food selection, nachos were good
As bad as it gets and odeon is misrepresenting the rooms on their website. Book something supposedly in front of a screen and seat in front of a wall and look sideways for the screen.
The Odeon in Richmond is in need of renovation. Very old fabric chairs and carpets, mouldy kind of smell in the rooms. Nice and polite staff though!
Hopefully someone sees this and books to go somewhere else, this screen was minuscule, I left as soon as I walked in Staff were friendly though
Awful! The management of The Odeon really should take themselves off to an Everyman or Curzon, they would learn a lot!
Wasn't quite happy with the overall experience. It was my first time movie viewing -Odeon Customer service was okay
My son and I love our weekly movie dates. Staff is very attentive, cinema rooms clean and temperature just right.
Good size screen and great film Polite Society'but no bar, like in Epsom which I had hoped for. Very comfy seats
its split into two buildings which is a bit confusing but the staff were friendly and helpful
The staff aren't really bothered. They just seem to be hanging around leaning on things.
Smallest screen ever to be caĺled a "Cinema". Total joke to charge 14£ for a ticket here
Staff were lovely. Cinema was a bit chilly
Fairly small screen, but friendly staff.
Good staff. But small screen
