Don’t waste your time going here. Their stock levels are terrible. They never have stock of anything. The shelves are never stocked - I literally have to call someone to fetch me something in the fridges at the back because they don’t have staff packing the shelves as the items sells throughout the day. The food is also never fresh… Go to the OK in Goedemoed just a few minutes away, you’ll be greeted by friendlier staff, a neater store, well prepared food from the deli and more. This OK in Langeberg is such a waste of space honestly. ‍♀️

Was really dissapointed by this. On my home on Thursday, 19/05/2022, I stopped at OK in Langeberg to buy bread and a few things. Bought this feta spinach bread, rushed home and ate a slice. Definitely didn't taste right, upon closer inspection I found that the bread was covered in blue and green fuzzy mold inside and on the top. Spent most of Friday running to the bathroom. I didn't get time to return it and unfortunately had to throw it away. Just advanced warning ⚠️ please check first before buying this, they keep old bread items on the shelf.

It's 10:50 on a Wednesday morning. One cashier on duty. Four customers in the queue. One customer holding cashier up for 5 minutes with queries. Cashier asks the supervisor to help as the queue is long. Supervisor says, "I'm busy, can't help now". This, while supervisor can see the queue from the office. Expected more but will shop elsewhere where better service is offered, such as: Pick 'n Pay Graanendal: 2 km away. (first choice!) Spar: 700 m away. Pick 'n Pay Pinehurst: 3 km away. Checkers Cobble Walk: 3 km away. Many options!

I'm a regular at their store, love to stop by every now and then after work. but it's the third time in a row that I've bought bread from the store and it has expired and has mold in it growing green fuzzies. They could learn to get rid of all that bread and get fresh ones. And as for their wraps and desserts? Not so fresh. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!

Expiry dates are an issue at this branch. Things are kept till just before the BB date on shelfs, meaning you have to basically finish it in a day without notice ie milk for instance goes off a day after if you dont check the BB and client's shouldn't have to buy items and check every expiry date on each item.

Popped in to The Local OK Minimark in Goedemoed Langeberg. Suprisingly, I was very impressed with Manager in charge, service. He is very helpful. Great work. This is a nice area. Had to see a client in the area and had a lovely visit here.

Decent customer service. There are fresh baked goods and desserts in the back, and the produce is always premium. They stock a few unusual brands, too, which more adventurous eaters may welcome.

Linda I was there today. 1st June 2010. The challenge I have for the owner is to ensure that staff at the kitchen serving counter wear gloves when serving food and baked products. Please. TIA

Twice, I've been sold expired products here. I mean like over a month expired, on 2 separate occasions. Check the expiry dates on their products before you purchase anything from this store

It's good for its intended purpose as a convenience store. Prices are only marked up a little bit and it has a satisfactory variety of goods. There is an OK liquor next to it as well.

I love their fresh rolls and bread.... service at food counter is very slow at times and a more efficient hygiene control must be put into place for flies.

Extremely expensive. Rolls is old and dry. Cream is also very old as well as sugar is hard as a brick. The quality of food puts you off.

Local convenient store. Strategically located and parking is available. Not so busy, it's ideal for those who are time conscious

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Shop is well-laid out, stocked and clean. Great place to get last-minute groceries.
