To preface this review, I have never had any work done with the chiropractors here. I scheduled an appointment to get a brow lamination and wax and it honestly turned out horrible. I really wanted to make it work but I have random hairs sticking straight out, my eyebrows are uneven (left eyebrow was waxed more than the right). I was honestly embarrassed to walk out after my service. Went straight home and plucked my own eyebrows. I did wait 48 hours before washing my brows so not sure if this was a one off or what. But horrible. Crystal was very nice and educational, I'm just not so sure she should be doing brow laminations/waxes. Very disappointing considering I spent over $100 for this service and it lasts 6-8 weeks... save the money and embarrassment and go elsewhere for these services.

Dr Edmiston is a wonderful chiropractor. I have been seeing him for three years now. He has all modern equipment and has definitely been able to help treat my back, neck, and shoulder pain and increase my flexibility. I have also gone for massage all three years as they are able to work with my insurance to reduce the cost. I have been seeing Diana and Andrew for massage therapy during this time and they are both excellent massage therapists. They have helped relieve my tension headaches, neck pain, backpain, and issues with my hips and calves (Class II muscle tear). I can't recommend this doctor and his staff enough!!

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. E and Diana. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, calming and soothing music, and a plethora of wonderful smells. The receptionist's customer service was impeccable. Dr. E explained everything he was going to do and why, which eased my anxiety tremendously. Diana was the massage therapist who performed my hour long massage. She was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and understanding of needs. She was gentle when needed and I appreciated that. I'll definitely be returning.

I’ve been coming to OM Spa for a couple years. It’s usually a great and relaxing experience. I have had several acupuncture sessions and it really helped me. Today was not relaxing at all. There was a dog that cried and whimpered for 20 mins while we were in the sauna. I asked for the dog to be taken outside and the receptionist told me no. The dog belongs to the spa. It ruined the peaceful experience that I was having. I will not be visiting OM spa again.

I can't recommend this place more. I've been going to Dr. Edmiston regularly for nearly two years and he has always been kind and knowledgeable and does everything he can to treat my concerns. It's always a treat when he brings his sweet pups to work with him too! It's very obvious that he genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patients. I've had a few massages from Diana and my experience has always been a 10/10.

Dr. E diagnosed and started treating my problem areas at my first visit. He explained everything thoroughly and took time to answer all of my questions. After 2 visits, I am experiencing relief from shoulder and hip pain that I have not felt in years. I added the salt room to my last visit and will definitely book it again as my sinuses are still thanking me.

I always have a great experience when I come for treatment. Dr. E is always pleasant and keeps me informed on what's causing the issues and what he is doing to correct it. The staff is always polite and professional. I would recommend anyone who is in need of chiropractic care to come here for treatment.

I brought my daughter in to see Dr. E and he was so wonderful with her. He carefully and thoroughly explained what was wrong with her and shared how her treatment would go. She was relaxed and felt comfortable going through the exam and was grateful for Dr. E’s patience.

Love doctor E! He has helped me a lot overall but recently with a thrown neck. He recommended a new laser treatment and after only one treatment (following 2-3 adjustments) my neck healed entirely. Great services and it feels nice throughout the spa. Love the massages.

Dr. Ed’s knowledge of Chiropractic is unbeatable. He is probably the best one in Charlotte. He has treated me two times for 2 different problems and it is the best quality and accurate treatment. Highly recommend it.

I cannot recommend Crystal, Om Spa’s lead esthetician, highly enough! She has a magic touch, knowing exactly how much pressure to use during a facial. I also loved how my face felt afterwards.
