I had a complete ACL tear (3years back) Finally i took a surgery after 2.5 years as it was a complete tear . I was consulting some top physiotherapist before joining Optara care. I am a 48-year-old cycling enthusiast. I have been a regular at cycling, focusing on speed and long-distance riding. Since few months when I started cycling after a break of close to 5 months, I started experiencing bad pain at back side of right knee. I started thinking, will this be end of love towards cycling? That is when I came across Optra clinic, by googling to find a place for sports injury. Dr Sasikala has been treating me for close to three weeks now. She is a very knowledgeable and highly motivating person. Within couple minutes of inspection, she could locate the right pain trigger point, and pointed out it is stiff hamstring nothing to do with knee. Right on first visit, I got my confidence back and pain was fully under control in just three sessions. Currently, she is training me on right exercise to strengthen my ankle, calf, hamstring and core. Within two weeks of treatment, I could clearly see a huge difference in my ride, I got my confidence back, I am no longer focus on my knee, I feel my riding posture has improved a lot and my average riding speed during the ride has gone up by a km/hr. I started my physiotherapy journey at Optra Care after I suffered a lower back slipped disc injury in July 2022. I took physiotherapy sessions with Dr Rubeena for my lower back, neck and knees which were all in intense pain and very weak after my back injury. From not being able to sit on a chair for five minutes, to being able to do everyday tasks comfortably and even travelling outside Bangalore, I give the entire credit for my recovery to her. She is not only an excellent physiotherapist, but also an amazing person who truly cares for all her patients. I visited Optra care after seeing their number posted on our community group. I had a fall resulting in left distal radius fracture which was fixed with a plate screw surgery following which I was not able to get proper hand therapy and ended up with a swollen dysfunctional hand and frozen shoulder. We consulted Dr Rewat Laxman an excellent doctor who reassured us that everything could be reversed and along with Dr Sukrit Debnath put me medication as well as hand therapy. My physiotherapist Dr Rubeena for the last three months has been working on my hand pushing me, guiding me and being patient with my inabilities. She has been excellent in her approach and her dedication.Right from Receptionist all the staff there seem to be smiling and cheerful which in itself makes one feel at ease and reassured. I am happy to say that they have made what seemed hard .. possible and I have regained full movement of my shoulder and wrist and we are getting there. I suffered from an acute muscle spasm on my back. My friend recommended me this clinic. The day my appointment was fixed...I reached late by about 20 Mins....at first I thought they would reschedule it as Dr. Debnath's are schedules are tightly packed. Hello, I'm a newcomer to Bangalore. I've had pain on the right side of my neck for the past week. Then it's time to show it to Doctor. I'm not sure where to look for help. And when I Googled it, OPTRACARE came up with positive ratings and an easy-to-find address. I went there with a lot of doubts. Then I began my Physiotherapy sessions with Dr.Sindhuja, who had friendly welcomed me. She first inquired about my concerns and clearly explained me the cause of my pain. She began her therapy, which proved to be really beneficial. She prescribed certain exercises for my pain. After a few sessions, I was pain-free. Dr. Sindhuja is a true specialist in her profession. She carefully treated me with appropriate approaches. Above all, she was able to comprehend the patient's level of anguish and suffering. And I have to express my gratitude to Miss.Sindhuja. Due to excessive cycling & poor cooldown, I had got my knees hurt (patellar tracking disorder) and also got my hamstrings tightened badly in the process. It was so bad that I couldn't even climb the stairs without proper support. It is then when Dr. Kuwali came for the rescue and wholeheartedly worked for my recovery. Highly professional and expert level physiotherapy session are offered here at a reasonable price.The clinic is hygienic and has all sorts of modern equipments. I have been treated by both Dr. Sukrith & Manoj who are brilliant as they could diagnosed the issue on the very first day. I had undergone dry needling here and post which my back is better and able to do my workouts efficiently. Manoj is very caring, communicative and responsive as he has been treating me very well and always explained me how the treatment would help me and it’s been less than a month taking the course and I can already feel the difference. I’ve visited Dr. Sukrit for a groin strain that I’ve been struggling to recover from for over an year. I’ve visited close to a dozen physios in Hyderabad and Bangalore, and I can tell you that he’s one of the most knowledgeable out there. Most physios earlier did some basic ultrasound which didn’t help at all. He started off with releases and dry needling (in which he’s an expert) to loosen the injured area, which was followed by a comprehensive stretching and strengthening routine. I got back to my sport in a month’s time after visiting him. I’ve also visited him again for an infraspinatus strain. And I’ve got almost 80% relief in 3 sessions. Would definitely recommend him for any sports injuries or other orthopaedic conditions.

I was undergoing physio for an ankle injury under Dr. Sasikala and the entire process was managed very well. She clearly explained what we would be doing in every session, patiently answered all my questions, was very thorough in her examining and could quickly identify what the issue was even if my feedback or symptoms were vague. She did a great job with myofascial release of multiple trigger points. She also put me through strength and balance training steadily increasing the intensity and had me back on my feet indulging in the sports I love, within a month. This is a special shout out to Dr. Kuwali Das, PT at Optra Care Koramangala. After strength training for over 1 and half years, I came to a standstill because of really bad muscle cramp on my rhomboid (upper back) , a muscle cramp on upper pec (chest) and a wrist tendonitis which was a minor sprain. Dr. Kuwali, a sweet individual with great knowledge with respect to the human body was able to cure and heal my injuries in a matter of just 4 sessions over a period of one and half weeks. Great place to treat your myofascial tightness and pain, this is common in most people in IT and software industry who has a lot of sitting work. I am much better and more aware on how to tackle this with regular streches and exercises. In the initial days I had a lot of tightness in my calves, hamstring and glutes which was methodically released and the muscles were loosened. Also due to long hours of sitting in laptop my neck too had similar issue, which was causing me migraine, but with regular therapy all this is fixed and maintainable with exercise and streches, Thanks Dr sasikala for helping me through out the session.

I got my ACL reconstruction surgery done in Early 2020, bu due to COVID and other complications my recovery was hampered. I came to Optra Care in late 2021. As my recovery was delayed a detailed plan was set and they started my treatment. Dr. Kuwali Das treated me for my ACL recovery. She is an outstanding physiotherapist and communicates well with her patients. Well versed with procedures she started me on a regime to get mobility back in my knee. It is due to her guidance that I have finally cleared all stage of ACL recovery and feel confident in taking part in sports and other physical activities.

Optra Care is my go-to for the times when I have the occasional tightness or muscle strain. The clinic is professional, well-equipped and conveniently located in Koramangala. Dr. Sasikala, in particular, is a fantastic physiotherapist. She knows how to intuitively find the trigger points and troubled spots. She takes time with the patient to explain the issue, is genuinely caring and effective. I have seen many physios in different cities over the years and I can vouch that she is the best. I was recommended to this clinic from a friend. I was visiting Bangalore for a couple weeks and needed help with chronic pain issues that were restricting movements for daily life and sports. I am a regular cyclist and an occasional long distance runner. During one of my practice runs, I injured my knee. I visited OptraCare with a moderate to severe pain on my left knee. In my first visit to the clinic, I was referred to Dr Kuwali Das, a highly skilled specialist in healing sport injuries. Her personalised approach to my condition and quick spot on diagnosis was pretty impressive. It’s been a pleasant experience and I am already comfortable on my first day post sessions. I was referred to Dr Sukrit for my TMJ issue. Started with physiotherapy for the issue at hand and had some relief. I had presence of loose bodies inside my right knee. I went through a surgery with Dr. Rewat Laxman very kind, polite surgeon. I did my physiotherapy session post surgery under Dr Kuwali Das. I visited Optracare for my ankle injury in late April. Dr Rubina was the therapist who explained the root cause of the recurring pain and designed the treatment which was comfortable as per my work schedule. I did see a huge improvement within the first few sessions. Over the 10 sessions my ankle got way better and I am able to run,skip and do other physical activities without any pain. Would highly recommend Optracare and Dr Rubina for any sports related rehab. Found it way better than many other places I had tried.

I think the reviews are not very accurate. I used the place and as has my mother in law. The areas of improvement 1. Patients are treated like objects with too many patients being cramped and no personal attention is possible. This keeps the charges low but quality of treatment very poor. 2. The hygiene is very poor and patients are turned around without the bed being cleaned 3. All the attention of the clinic is focused on utilizing the slots and turning around the patient with no interest in curing the payient

I visited Optra Care for my Knee pain and Ankle stability issues. Dr. Sukrit listened to all my complaints and explained a detailed treatment program and what they are trying to achieve with it. As 2020 pandemic hit, sudden changes in the life style, I started facing lots of muscle and posture related problems in my body. I had by default my left leg muscle weak due to a 4yrs back surgery. Dr Sindhuja patiently listened to my concerns, advised correct exercises, created a routine which is mixture of exercises and tightness relief. I am really Thankful to her for her treatment with which my movements and muscle strengths got better. I will recommend her any day to any of my friends and family.

I went with sever back pain and thigh pain. After continuous care and treatment from Dr.Rubeena I feel a lot better now. I infact introduced my friend who also had similar back pain. Initially he was skeptical as he had tried treatments at other places and the same did not work. I visited for back and knee pain. I do strength training lot so tend to get muscle pain once in a while as well. Doctor Laxman has been quite helpful in diagnosing the issue and recommending few physio exercises. Kuwali, my therapist, helped immensely in improving my flexibility, core strength, reducing my back pain thru muscle activation and flexibility trainings. Both the clinic and particularly my therapist were pretty good in improving my fitness. Thanks a lot

Turned up at Optra care with shoulder spasms last month and it turned out to be the best decision. Both Dr. Sindhu and Dr. Kuwali were thorough professionals and it took only a few sessions for me to get back to working out. Both are great at conversations and make you feel at ease. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a physio in and around Koramangala. This is my 2nd time being treated here and have had a good experience in both instances.

I had a consultation with Dr Rewat for back Pain and he had advised to release the trigger points via PT sessions. Had 6 PT sessions with Dr Hashir and it was very good and pain has reduced to minimal level. Muscle tightness also got reduced. Other than the sessions, he also advised on different exercises to prevent pain in future . Overall it was a good experience and sessions were done on correct booking slots itself. Would recommend Optra to everyone.

I visited Optra Care for pain in my neck and arm and Dr. Laxman asked me to immediately start physiotherapy. They hooked me up with Dr. Manoj who identified the trouble pressure points in my muscles and over the course of a few sessions, he fixed the pain and also released tension from my muscles. My experience with Dr Sukrith Debnath and Shipra has been great and very helpful. I was referred to them for my tinnitus issue and I started my therapy with severe ringing in my ear with sleep issues. Now, after several sessions, I can gladly say that I don’t have tinnitus anymore and the exercises they suggested help me ensure that it does not recur. I am extremely grateful for their help.

I went for my right shoulder injury(rotator cuff) with couple of knots. Dr.Kuwali Das explained in detail about this injury and released all the knots. My experience at Optra Care has been excellent. I have been working with Sasikala for sometime now for my heel pain and it has been a wonderful experience. She is patient , focuses on my issues and suggests exercises rather than having a generic approach. I had suffered a clavicle fracture few years back. As a result of that, my clavicle area was numb and easily fatigued . Sports activities like Badminton was causing continued discomfort in my clavicle area. I have been doing sessions with Dr Kuwali at Optra Care for the last 3-4 months which helped me immensely in strengthening the area and I feel much better now.

To my mind, there are two aspects to any therapy – the knowledge and rigour of the protocol in general and the requirements and need of the specific patient. In Optracare, we are fortunate to have a good combination – a team of highly-motivated care-givers with appropriate training and equipments plus a positive attitude to come up with creative solutions.

They took money from us for 10 sessions during Corona period and the person on the reception assured us that if the second lockdown they will adjust the sessions and when we went for the next session they refused what they promised, out of 7500rs the 3500 rs gone waste. The owner Sukrit is a rude person, and the physiotherapists keep on changing there.

Visted Dr. Rewat for knee pain after bike accident.He explained the issue and recommended Physiotherapy. Dr. Sasikala did the physiotherapy and from beginning I was feeling relief. After 6 sessions i was in a condition to do jogging and after 12 sessions I was able to start my sports activities again. Overall, It was a really good experience.

My experience with Dr. Manoj Prasath has been wonderful. We have been working on my left ankle and right hip. He clearly knows his stuff and he is attentive to my needs. He listens carefully to where my discomfort lies and addresses that. I've received a variety of appropriate interventions from him. Both my legs feel stronger.

We had undertaken the physio sessions at Optra care on the advise of Dr. Rewat Lakshman. This was for my mother who had had a fall. She had a lot of pain. The physiotherapist Shashikala handled her with a lot of care. She was able to identify the issues and provide the right treatment. My mother is now completely ok
