I booked it for my son Birthday Party but I repent to keep at this place. Thank you for such a bad experience and for ruining our party . We will never try again to do any other party in such a bad place with a bad experience • There was no mocktails in the party even though we were charged for them. • No Waiter was serving drinks to the guest in the party. Also, water was not served properly. • Also, chaat items were also missing, according to pearl menu we would be getting 10 starters but we got 9 and we made chaats to 5 but we get only 4. We settled down with 9 starters but then also paneer-based starters were totally missing in the party. • LCD screen was not working. • DJ was very bad; no songs were played by them in the party. • Breads were served chilled even asking for the hot one. • No person was standing near the overhead bridge for the guidance of people. • Valet parking facility was not proper there in the party. Guests were shouting for the person to come. • There was so much cost cutting in the waiters. there were only two waiters at the chat corner for the 5 chats. And in the complete hall we got only 3 waiters for serving but then also they were not working they were busy talking together or enjoying in phone. • Also , Ac were also not working properly. In overall conclusion , The worst experience was vey bad and full of blunders of mistakes .

i'm writing this review because i really have been a very bad experience with this place. They have spoiled my sister's wedding function. I advise you to don't book this Banquet for any function. Listed below were the glitches during the function *Serious service issue *No Display board for host name * No coordination between caterer & Manger of Banquet *furniture & fixture are too old types *stage couch were tarnished *unprofessional behavior of catering person vikas * Valet parking is only for the saying * property located in the Industrial area * Bride room were smell like sewer *A/C weren't working *uncleaned toilets

We booked the Oyo Seven Heaven banquet and all 20 rooms for our family wedding on 29Dec2019. All we expected was basic room service for our guests. However at the time of check-in there was no water on taps and flush, washroom was stinky, geyser not working and the Seven Heaven management and staff couldn't care less. Worst of all, they had guts to keep renting out the rooms to young couples for 2 hours. Not sure how can Oyo allow this. I will strongly recommend NOT to rent out the rooms ever. They anyway earn by renting rooms on hourly basis for inappropriate reasons.

I'll start with very basic amenity in any hotel or infact anywhere where you can stay. "No Water" seriously? "No water" at all All we heard is it's coming, give us sometime. And it took more than 15 hours to resolve but again only for some rooms. Other rooms again didnt get water. Best part of all chaos they run out of water around midnight , adding their seven heavens to the inconveinence. And what a stupid argument saying this is not 5 star hotel , so we cannot expect water. And what an arrogant behaviour of management. I would never ever recommend this hotel.

Guys in main entrance hall and right in front of the main gate were using abusive language. even though they were taking to each other, but since a family function was live in the banquet hall, and families were moving in and out of the premises, someone from the Sr. Staff must have taken some instant action. I heard While boarding the lift and later after around 2hrs when I was leaving. So Management this is the only reason for not moving beyond three stars

The hotel ws extremely bad, the heater was not working, no bathing cup ws provided in bathroom when I asked for the cup they gave me tea cup how can someone run the hotel without knowing English which is a common language in hotels.. and they mention complimentary breakfast and gave the menu when I placed my order they are telling only sandwich is available which is yuck, then why should they give the menu.. and they provide coffee with milk powder how can I drink it.. am I staying there for free?? And no daily maintenance extremely bad hotel

Interior is nice but there is not enough space for parking, opposite side of banquet hall cluster of jhuggis situated there.Food quality is below Average.not suitable for marriage function My point of view below Average Very congested for more than 300pax Entery of second floor is not good Main course counter is mix with sweet counter Local brand of ice cream is served here Banquet furniture accessories are good But food taste is below average On second floor there is no washroom on this floor Go to third floor for restroom

Nicely decorated, good food, options to create your own bar, well behaved staff, valet parking, situated at a road which is wide enough for smooth traffic. Good place to conduct small family functions or get together. Only drawback in this basement banquet was with all the cooking (of street food like tikki, chilla etc) happening in the closed area, every guest had burning sensation in the eyes (including all age groups) If they can find out some solution to it...It will be just fine.

Average place with average food and decoration. The place is located at a very remote location above the B2 underpass with serious glitch in reaching out to the place also traffic get clogged due to only one lane to come and go from the place. They have hired some bouncers for the job with baseball bats which are very rude with customers. The food also is not very good and the decoration is also average.

Great experience, staff was very polite and friendly ! Service was good , all precautionary measures were taken during covid times !! Plus the ambience was so so good , I was awestruck ... The cleanliness and hygiene was up to the marks , must must visit place . I wish I could really write a long review , but I m really tired from whole day journey . Ekdum bakwas location pe hai.. cabs will abandon you in the area my uber abandoned me because of traffic jam. Ek chai tak nahi milti waha. Lift was not working, room was dirty and very small and bathroom was very dirty, charges me 700 more for 2 hours extra stay. Ac was chill. Only good thing about it.

Service is all good, and also the staff is really helpful and all things were well and good, staff is well spoken and polite, there is only one thing that is needed to pay attention that the rooms should be more clean and maintained, .... Otherwise loved the place and I had visited there almost for 5 times, so I loved the place and the ambience.

I reached the place and when I as completing the formalities, I asked for the water bottles to be placed in the room, as a hotel I would expect a packed mineral water bottle but what I got was a 2l Coke,'s bottle. Upon demanding for packed bottle the person there said they don't give packed bottles here,. In a nutshell it was a pathetic stay.

Really 7th Heaven... have been to marriage over there and the area Bosch huge arrangement for awesome and good infrastructure I think it's a nice place to visit if and and it is very nice if you are planning for any function or any engagement on any sort of thing for your family then this place can be hired because it is good value for money

It was a medium to small gathering banquet hall of about 100 to 150 people. ..went here to attend a wedding....food was fine...they have two different halls.The one I went for was in the basement...The area was having construction in the parking lot so a little difficulty in walking in heels...overall fine neither bad or good just ok

Good banquet for celebration. Staff is good and food quality is really appreciable. Location is litttle bit hard to find but moreover everything else is perfect. You will be greeted by a TV when you enter in the hall. Parking is being organised by banquet itself so you don't have to worry its free too :)

A decent banquet hall. The location of the hall is not great, though it is relatively easily accessible. The staff and the hall amenities are average. If you're looking to book the hall, keep in mind that during heavy rains the basement of the hall gets filled with water.

This is a multi storeyed party hall for marriages etc.Surroundings are very congested. Parking space is not available and will be at owners risk. Due to situated in industrial area a lot of risk is there for chain snatching etc. Food served inside is good in taste.

A good place to organise family functions. The party halls are good, however; this place only has 1 very slow elevator which is used to by the staff as well to move garbage which makes it somewhat unusable for the guests. The rooms are a bit of a let down too .

Its a small banquet in Punjabi bagh. Very nice for accomodating small to medium parties. Only drawback is if u r opting for basement hall, food cooked there with live counters might irritate the eyes..

Never with your conscious mind book this place. There were no one to manage the event. Just a bunch of waiters doing what they like and food that forced me to diet rather than eat this food.

Hall is good for bday parties and ring ceremony function. The max capacity it could hold is arround 70-100 at one time. Food quality is good but not upto satisfaction. Staff is also good.

For room booking, it's too much costly if u go from outside.but from oyo it's totally pocket friendly.from inside the room ,the washroom have water issue at my booking tyming.
