location good but hotel not great average lift doesn't work .hotel is on 4th floor and down we have shops parcel offices etc.kitchen usually available but my time cook was sick so no comments on it.room service average.i made a early check-in but they made me wait for sometime later charged me extra and gave me room but I have no complaints with it... room intercom was not working AC was at 18 but still I feel like its 28 and full noisy AC in washroom waterleakage and flying system not working problem but couldn't be adjustable. I came for interview purpose my purpose was served as its location is prime.room service who served me in morning was good responsive and didn't expect any tip or any gratitude but guy in evng He wasn't so helpful he asked for tip for providing me a plate and when I refused he left my query un attended.they appointed a new guy in front desk though he doesn't know much how to help my queries but he tried his best to satisfy me and was helpful.overall hotel is average but u have to adjust and stay just to complete your work purpose of visit and get back. only recommend for single day stay and serve the purpose of visit but I won't book again in this hotel for stay of family

I came for the first time to Hotel Priya Residency in 2017 and I was fascinated. This year I returned after an extraordinary remodeling of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the result. They managed to impress a very luxurious, elegant, modern touch and at the same time with Art details. From the street it is distinguished by its terraces and a magnificent hall. Small lounges finely decorated to one side and to the other a bar and restaurant. A great success is that now the hotel has a delicious menu at all times. Congratulations because it was the best Ramgopalpet experience, fresh produce and the best quality. Delicious breakfasts. The rooms of the hotel were beautifully remodeled, spacious spaces, quality furniture and the decor deserves all the praise. The hotel staff, the best of everything, from the entrance always attentive and gracious to receive. In the restaurant thanks to all who attended us with so much professionalism and kindness. In the lobby the same, all contributing to make this an unforgettable stay. We will return next year to Ramgopalpet and will be to the Hotel Priya Residency. Overall a great hotel with very attentive staff in a fab location.

We stayed here for 3 nights (room only) after reading reviews, it’s very good location and it was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the city. We took a approximately 20 minute taxi ride to the hotel on our arrival from train Station, which is the same distance from the Ramgopalpet and all the good things it has to offer there. On our arrival at this hotel we were greeted by a porter who readily took our luggage into the hotel for us and lead us to the Front Desk to check in. Check in was very straight forward and quick. Once again the member of staff in question on the Front Desk was friendly and polite. Shortly afterwards we made our way up to our room and our luggage followed soon after. On the arrival of our luggage to the room, the Concierge who brought it in was very friendly and informative. If we had any further questions then not to hesitate to call concierge from our room or pop along to their desk opposite front reception during normal working hours.

Don't book this hotel via Oyo or any other websites, because it doesn't reaches the expectations of their sites, and also the hotel management are giving the rooms for rent on hourly basis for couples, we saw nearly 10 couple getting check in and checkout within an hour while we are waiting for our room. They don't provide geysers, when we asked the staff they said that they will get the hot water in buckets whenever we want( we remembered our hostel days). Some people in the hotel are drinking alcohol without even closing their doors. The building and the surroundings of the hotel is also worst(looks ugly), Finally it's unhygienic atmosphere. So I request everyone not to book this hotel (especially for families) and the people who wants a good atmosphere.

It is the worst hotel i ever stayed...in fact i shouldn't call it a hotel. It was shabby, smelly. When i reached they had no idea that i have done online booking. Room was not ready. I had to ask them to change bed sheet, blanket & pillow cover. No towel or toiletries were given when i checked in i had to ask for it. Toilet was horrible most of the taps were not working, door was not closing properly. No intercom facility in room, every time i had to go to reception. Wall paint in the room was crumbling. When i asked for complimentary breakfast they made me wait. Goibibo should check the hotel conditions before putting their in your website. The property must at least 25 year old you can imagine the condition of furniture. Your reputation is at stake.

I recently booked a room through OYO and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon check-in, I was shocked to find out that they were charging me an additional 800 rupees, which was far beyond what I had booked for. The room was in poor condition, shady, and did not match the description on the booking site. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and feel like I wasted my money. For the price, I expected much more in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The room didn't even deserve more than 500 rupees, let alone the extra 800 rupees they were demanding."

very bad experience, this not couple friendly 1.staff was not cooperative... they are not accepting and said that rooms was unavailable as I booked Double (X) they are saying which is not present in this hotel, this is not a couple friendly hotel 2. rooms and blankets are very dirty and unhygienic, hairs on bed 3. literally I wanted to vacate immediately but I don't have any other option 3. AC is working 4. TV is working 5. very disturbing.. outside noise is disturbing mostly.. I didn't get sleep whole the night because of noise coming from outside. 6. No hot facility 7. overall experience was very bad and I Never recommend this for who are couple friendly wants to come.

We had a fabulous time at The Hotel Priya Residency, from arrival to departure. We stayed for only 2 nights and we will stay longer next visit. It's a very elegant and stylish entrance and, the guys who meet and greet us at the entry are delightful. Charming, caring and jovial with a great sense of humour, We arrived early but got immediate check in to a beautiful suite. Spacious, ultra-clean, modern (newly renovated) stylish furnishings and classy minimalist black and white decor. All top quality including the large bathroom, all the fittings,the robes and the bath products. There was nothing to dislike. Loved it. Sorry our visit was so short.

Hotel Priya Residency wonderfully located in Ramgopalpet's secunderabad. Surrounded by restaurants. Centrally located for shopping on the MG road. Hotel service excellent, Any thing we requested staff promptly took care of it. Never got to eat in their outdoor/indoor restaurant, did have drinks at the bar...which is very well stocked also great wine list. Room was plenty big with large flat screen TV chairs for sitting. Bed was very comfortable. Room very quiet absolutely could not hear any noise from the street below or within the hotel itself. Certainly would recommend The Hotel Priya Residency.

We absolutely loved our experience at the newly renovated Hotel Priya Residency Hotel. The hotel is in a charming neighbourhood on the Ranigunj Circle. We walked to shops and restaurants and learned how to navigate the train system quite well from this great location. All the concierge staff is knowledgeable and on deck all day and evening. The restaurant food is superb - breakfast is particularly good. All the staff were wonderful and we felt like family after our 5 night stay. We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your Ramgopalpet stay. In our book we would rate it 5 stars!

Loved our stay at the Hotel Priya Residency mid October. Great location and the new renovation is beautiful, but what really shines is the outstanding service. Before we even arrived, one of the concierges, helped us with parking options. They greeted us with his smile and assistance, front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer. Every single employee we encountered over our four day stay greeted us with a smile and a sincere offer to help make our stay more enjoyable....not kidding!

Oh my god the worst hotel ever possible on the planet Earth....... We complaint to the staff about Rat in that room.... And they casually did that happens here frequently. One geyser for 5 bathrooms always some leaking water in the bathroom , the walls have all kind of broken parts with colour completely faded out. No access to any phone to the reception Yuck

Small but cozy room. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioner is there for namesake. Taps in washroom are leaking. Door lock looks broken. Hotel is on fourth floor. Parking space is small. At reception I was told the price for this room Rs. 1500, however if booked online you can save almost 50% on this which is affordable for the the room. Smoking or drinking isn’t allowed in room. OYO money payment isn’t accepted neither they accept card payment.

It's a budget hotel located in Ranigunj, Secunderabad. It has rooms, banquet hall. Its located on the 4th floor of a commercial complex and has parking space for 2 and 4 wheelers in the cellar. There is 1 AC banquet hall which can accommodate upto 250 guest with dining. More suitable for pre wedding functions, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events to host seminars and conferences. Sharing few photos taken during my recent visit.

After paying the payment through online while booking. hotel agent behave in a rude manner.. cancel and book another hotel he says.. i went around 6PM fully Tired.. after 1 Hr he given kee. room was worst.. cockroaches,insects, bugs and even if we switched on the A.C water is coming to the room and became dirty no outlet waste pipe connected.. don't prefer this hotel.. Just finished a 3 night stay at the Hotel Priya Residency and had a wonderful time. The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the MG road and within easy walking distance of lots of shops. The hotel itself is very clean with plenty of amenities and a decent sized room. However, the absolute best thing they have to offer are the staff. Everyone was super friendly and incredibly knowledge able about the city.

Hotel Priya and Hotel Vaishnavi comes under same management, the rooms were like haunted and stinky warehouse. Never visit these drainage rooms ever. And the management behaves like they are owning some ITC or Taj Hotels. Stinks and everything is broken in the rooms like fan, lights and WC. My stay was not refundable so i had to leave the hotel in couple of hours.

These people show low price online and book the room when the customer reaches there the price is different, we booked the room online for 450 from agoda and when we reached the hotel the hotel room started asking 1000 rupees. Worst stay experience - Unhygenic, shabby ambience. Bedspreads/ pillow cover/ quilt was not washed properly and were having stains. Rooms were dirty. Stinking toilets without proper ventilation, closets were unhygienic and had broken seat. All pipes were leaking. Electrical connections were exposed making totally unsafe stay.

There is no lock to the room. The water is blocked in the bathroom No TV, No dustbin The windows are not having glass! Without the curtain, direct cool breeze enters the room. Undoubtedly a full of mosquitoes and after you have meals, you find cockroaches. No chair in some rooms. Stains on pillows Checkin is denied initially

The entire hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly.Our room was a generous size and very comfortable. The hotel was convenient to many bars and restaurants. We would recommend a stay here!

The hotel is located in central location not far from the main area.The room is huge, new and convenient.The staff is friendly and helpful there is a nice restaurant on ground floor. To my opinion this is the best offer in Ramgopalpet for its price.

Don’t go by the pictures shown here. It is completely opposite to the one shown. Very old, unhygienic, chipped off paints, old bad bed and bathroom fixtures. Also, Not a place for families as it is also rented by hour for(you know what I mean).

xcellent hotel, with independent cottages and villas. I visited here with my family and I liked it a lot. The location and ambience was very good. Only thing which can be improved is the transport team, which has some not so good drivers.

One of the best location in Hyderabad. Everything is accessible, But the rooms need to be modified a bit. No place to put your cloth, there should be at least one copboard where belongings can be put inside.

The room was stinking and the AC does not work... The tap in the bathroom had issues too
