I move three weeks ago, downsizing from a house to a condo, and I feel incredibly blessed that I found Oakville Moving & Storage for this stressful time. Jason and Brandon provided a truly exceptional service. I had shopped around a bit, talking to other moving companies, and not just received outrageous quotes but also ridiculous responses like “We don’t move IKEA shelf units, but have to bring in a specialist to take them apart and charge you extra” (this was a big reputable company). My experience with Jason was completely different from the start. He was professional, very respectful, calm, and reassuring when he came to my house. In the weeks prior to my moving date, he went above and beyond by checking in with me, dropping off packing material, and even going to the new condo building to check out if the service elevator would accommodate the height of my shelf units, without taking each one apart. I am still blown away by this outstanding service. I also found him extremely honest. The move went faster than the hours he had previously quoted me and was in the end less expensive than I had expected. Jason is an excellent communicator and plans well ahead. He is sensitive and understanding, and you will find that you are in the best hands you could possibly be in. I highly recommend him, Brandon, and his team, and if I could give them 6 out of 5 stars I would. They were all friendly and cheerful on moving day, making it such a great experience. I will never move with another company again because Oakville Moving & Storage spoils you for any other experience.

I don't write many reviews but absolutely needed to for Oakville Moving & Storage. What an incredible team. Context: 1. We had same-day close for our purchase and sale properties 2. We were moving on the day we were closing both properties 3. The Rogers outage happened Needless to say, it was a very stressful day with multiple unexpected challenges. Jason, Brandon, and Jeffrey did an OUTSTANDING job relieving us completely of any stress related to the actual physical move. This team went above and beyond to accommodate ALL unexpected hurdles throughout the day and went the extra mile to deliver exceptional service. When Jason said he would "take care of us", he really did take care of us and 100% came through when it really mattered. We were blessed to have this team in our corner on a very stressful day and we are so grateful. Outside of moving day, Jason was always patient, communicative, and responsive to all of our needs leading up to the big day. He was always accessible and ready to help. Both Branden and Jason have helped me move multiple times from condo to short term accommodation, to putting things in storage to moving things from storage to new townhouse. We recently completed a 2 part what would have normally been 'stressful' move (moving to a storage unit and then to our new home 1.5 months later) with Oakville Moving and Storage. Jason and Brandon came through for us with flying colors. They were efficient , hardworking, courteous and very honest. There were a few hiccups ( like misplaced items etc.) but what stood out was the manner in which Jason handled it ! He went above and beyond fixing all the hiccups even replaced the missing items. I enjoyed having Branden and Jason as my movers out of my mom's home and into my first apartment! Our moving time was at nine, and they arrived early, which we appreciated. They were lovely to work with and quickly and efficiently moved my stuff. I was so shocked when they said they were ready for us to all leave. They took apart all my furniture and quickly reassembled it back at my new place. They were both extremely kind and made conversation when appropriate. I used this company to move a large solid and very heavy piece of furniture from the dining room to the garage and then move another large piece from the garage into the dining room.
