*Avoid This Place* I gave them my wife’s passport to do visa for two destinations. I was dealing with “Masum”. He firstly has no knowledge on visa processing or requirements, he always asks another person for advice. He first told me, he needs my wife’s bank documents, I spent 3 days to get this. After giving him the documents he then tells me he needs my bank documents also, it took me another 3 days to get this. At this moment, “Masum” had taken leave and not communicated to his colleagues about my visa needs. I gave my document to another person called “Saiful” who has ZERO customer service skills and is always on the phone 24/7 and ignores customers in front of him. After paying him the amount due, I received only ONE visa after 20 days. I specifically told them I need TWO visas. Due to the miscommunication between the staff members, rude behaviour and always being on the phone they messed up my second visa. When confronting them, they blamed me and was very rude! AVOID THIS PLACE. I am a British citizen and this service is terrible. All the good reviews they currently have is also fake and made by obokash.

Obokash Travel agency is the best agency that I have traveled with till now. They have cheap holiday packages from Bangladesh, which are very much affordable by anyone who wishes to travel abroad for a relaxing holiday. The travel guide they provide was very friendly and highly experienced. He knew all the places that we wanted to travel and has a lot of knowledge about the famous places of that country. The best part about this travel agency is their service. My partner and I were completely in love with their warm hospitality. The staffs were very friendly and supportive and more importantly very much understanding. They responded very quickly to our needs and gave us the solution to our problems. We never imagined that we would get such best quality services at in such cheap holiday packages. I have looked at the pricing of other travel agencies. Among all, Obokash have the most cheap and affordable holiday packages. I definitely would recommend this company to others and I am definitely going to be their permanent client.

Very bad experience ,I visited there office for umrah and other country visa for myself and my family members but the way they talked with me its unprofessional, They even don't know how respect someone when talk, I stayed there 30-40 mins and it was a waste of time ( I was there office in 7 December,2022 between1PM-2PM) , After that I change my mind and go to sharetrip office which is very close to them and they take care my umrah visa without asking any unwanted question neither wasting my time, It was take 10 mins to complete my task there. I highly recommended others people to avoid obokash, They have a lot of attitude problem.
