I booked flights through online sites to Vietnam and the flights were canceled numerous times few weeks prior to departure. I gave up and contacted Ocean Travel Pacific. I was grateful to be helped by Hong. She was very helpful and friendly. Hong stayed after work to help me in resolving an issue. She helped me with renewal of my Visa and booking the flights. I'll be flying to Vietnam next week. I appreciate her professionalism. It's hard to find good service during Covid.

Great service! Fast, friendly. Don't know how they do it but they're able to get things done at an expedited speed at reasonable costs. Consistently reliable, always delivered on what they say they can do. You won't get empty promises here that will then screw up your travel itineraries. I've been going to them since 2017. Don't let the dilapidated exterior fool you... these folks know what they're doing and get it done fast and within reasonable costs.

这个公司的安排很不合理。 居然把我们安排在一个离JFK机场两个小时车程外的ROMANDA酒店就住，而且收费$180。我定机场附近的airbnb也就不到100刀，还可以在附近逛逛什么的，这个Romanda酒店就是在Newark偏僻的地方什么都不没有，请问谁会跑来纽约花那么多钱受气呀最不合理的是旅游公司一直不肯告诉我们酒店在哪里，最后一秒上了车才知道在哪里，要是我们一开始交钱的时候有跟我们说好酒店我们并不会选择入住这里。我很少会写不好的评论，可想而知这个agency有多垃圾，让我怀疑自己是不是在美国。希望各位中国同胞注意⚠️出了这一点意外，旅游团还会收取高于设定的费用，并且吃饭的地方都不好。从价格和安排来说，极致差评！
