I absolutely hate this office depot. Not the store but the service it provides, especially in the copy center! These employees won't acknowledge you at all if they are working with other customers. They won't even look at you, once they do, they ALL have attitude and aren't very knowledgeable with the equipment. I have to print A lot for a living, so I go there ONLY because they allow you to use their computer without charge, so you'd think that would make their job easier , but WRONG, I've never left the copy center in less than 45 minutes! I actually plan my schedule around their lack of competence in order to get to my destination on time, as they've made me so late before. You'd think that by seeing this , the other employees would step in, and help but they seem afraid to go in and help or just plain lazy. Either way, I've visited every copy center you can imagine due to my job and OFFICE DEPOT is the absolute worst of them all. Every time, without fail, I'm let down and upset, frustrated and late if I depend on them. It's not just the Hulen location, I've gone to different ones and they are all a PAIN to deal with. You could be the only customer there and you'll be lucky to get out of there in a timely manner. :( So sad that such a big "WELL known" store has such HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The customer service is terrible, as are the prices (fortunately, they price match-- but it takes forever). I was there in the middle of the day, and they had all three registers open. There were three people in front of me in line, and it took nearly 20 minutes to check out with five items. It appeared the cashiers were high, they were so lethargic and slow moving. It also took the cashier a long time to figure out how to use my gift certificate. She refused to ask for help, and eventually the manager saw that she wasn't getting it and came over to assist. It wasted a lot of time. I also recently ordered something to be printed. I placed the order online at around 10am and was told that it would be ready around 1:50pm. Having not received word on the order by 3:20pm, I called. I was then placed on hold for over TEN MINUTES while they supposedly were checking on the status of my order. If you have time to get your stuff on Amazon, do it. I only shopped here because I had credit.

Went to this store a few times and I get the same customer service every time. HORRIBLE. Never giving it a try again. Ex. I was in line to laminate an ID card. A girl that work in the printing area gave me an attitude that I was going to be next after someone behind me because I didn't sign in to the computer. I guess signing in is mandatory or? If it is say it is next time because I'll be fine with it. I just didn't understand and got confused to why she had an attitude for that. I told the guy behind me its okay I forgot to sign in, go ahead. The guy even said I was before him in line. But the way she used the tone of her voice in from of all the customers that was waiting was unacceptable and uncomfortable. After that she ask for my name so she can sign me in but she did it in a passive aggressive way. No I will not be coming back to the location after multiple low customer service skills this store has to offer with their staff.

I went in needing some help finding ink for my printer. When I walked in I asked for assistance in making sure I found the correct ink. This lady pointed at where the ink was and walked off. I then wondered around looking for help because I needed to be sure I got what I needed so I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced in returning it. Which must not have been a huge concern to this associate. Luckily another associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for and he made sure that was all that I needed. When I went to check out that same woman I spoke with and asked assistance when I came in was prepared to argue and stated she's not allowed to leave her register. I told her the simple solution was to find me someone that could leave the register to assist me. What could've been a painless quick in and out experience was made unpleasant because someone didn't want to be inconvenienced in taking that extra step to help a customer.

Stopped in to get a few copies made..the girl at the counter was wonderful to work with. So, I inquired about getting some business cards. The young lady was eager to help me and a few days later, I recieved a email with my proof. Outside of a few minor changes.. It looked perfect. I replied with the few changes... 3 days later.. Nothing.. I was in the area and stopped in.. It was busy and about closing time. She said she saw the email and would fix the changes and send it back to me. 3 days later.. Nothing.. So, I call the store and speak with the manager. She kicks the problem to the next guy.. He wants me to start over from scratch. I don't think I would ever trust them with any projects again.

Totally disappointed!! I bought a Kodak Printer with a 2yr ext Warranty. Because i did not have the reciept they could not help me at the store. They directed me to their 800 number, I then gave the information and they did not help me either. It was a waste of time and waste of Money. Don't buy electronics their. They just pass the buck. If you buy electronics don't loose your receipt. I personally am going to Best buy, just with my rewards they can find my purchases and find the warranties with absoulutely no worries. Office Depot just does not care, at least in my experience. I'll keep going there but just for pens, pencils and paper. That's it, absolutely no electronics from their ever again.

CPD associates do not check their emails unless you call them and tell them to. Then, when I called to check the status of my print job, they said it wouldn't be ready till 7 hours later. I get there and no one has printed it and the associate didn't even know there was an order pending. It was expensive and they didn't even check before laminating my job so I had to have them reprint and relaminate it... I used to work for a different Office Depot Location and I am truly disappointed in this locations professionalism and customer service. Very truly upset and disappointed. I will now go out of my way to use a different Location IF I go back to Office Depot at all.

I don't know why I keep using them, their service is terrible. I had an off-center print, and they told me, "we know, new machine, still trying to calibrate." Why is it acceptable to calibrate on customers' orders? I paid for double-sided business cards on online, and received one-sided business cards. They said they would not correct it because online, it should have warned me, which it didn't, and I would not be reimbursed. It seems from the other reviews this place has some real, terrible leadership problems. The best news, first, find a product you like in-store, then go to Amazon and find it for way cheaper.

I went in to get file drawer rails for my desk. Had to look for someone to help me but they were not busy. He guy took me over to where they had them but they were not what I needed so I found another person and explained what I needed to see if maybe they could order them. I showed him on a desk where they would go. He messed with some device and said no they could not be ordered. I went to service desk and explained what I needed and she took me back to salesperson #2 who again said not available. I came home got on their website and there they were. I will never go back to Office Depot.

Sierra and Dulce! Ask for either one of them when you have an important project. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! They never got frustrated with me and my perfectionism, they only smiled and laughed with me and kept making sure I was completely satisfied and happy! I haven’t seen customer service skills like this in years. It’s so fulfilling to know that there are still good employees out there. Give them a raise! I will never go to FedEx office again! Office Depot is my new home because of employees like Sierra and Dulce!

I was in a panick at 8:35 at night as my ink cartridges needed replacing on my Hp printer. First went to Best Buy, but really am not impressed with them lately because I can stand around for 5-10 mins waiting for help. Is that too long? I don’t know but I feel the wait when I go to BB. This time stor was dark & definitely Closed. I was shocked, but knew where Office Depot was so carefully sped over to see they were Open till 9pm. Saved my day. Someone greeted me, offered help, & was out of there probably 5 mins. Very impressed‼️

Before walking in, I made sure to search for what I wanted to purchase, like any buyer should. I found a poster board corresponding to the item I wanted, but could not find the item, so I asked a Home Depot team member, Malcom, if they had any in stock, elsewhere. Unfortunately, they did not have stock of the item I was searching for; however, Malcom took action by allowing me to purchase an improved version ($39 more in value) of the item I was searching for. Thanks again, Malcom and Home Depot for excellent customer service.

Don’t ever get anything printed at Office Depot on Hulen in Fort Worth Texas. The printing manager Matte is so ignorant and hateful …. I paid over 150.00 dollars for something that was not legible…. And she tried to go back and forth with me called me a liar …. The Burleson location is helping me ….She is a straight clown go to the Burleson location if you want to be treated right .. She needs to find another job because it’s clear that she hates her jpb I will be contacting the district manager and the CEO….

I bough a lop tab last year for my daughter going to college and the cashier offer me a protection plan so I did get it,I try making a claim cause it has a couple of issues,I'm having trouble to reach out someone since all it has to get done online,the website don't work at all so I call the store and ask to talk to the manager and he ask me to sent him all the info and he will help me on this matter,is been almost a month and two emails and he don't call me or email me back.

I understand clueless looks when I walk in trying to describe something and they're unsure if they have that. But when I walk in with my phone and show them the precise listing with the exact name showing they have it in stock at this location, and the woman at the counter knows nothing and gets me the guy working the floor who has no idea and says he doesn't know the floor, and no, there is nobody else, I'm fairly annoyed. Don't plan to come back.

Just left from their. The staff at the printing area are VERY RUDE..I asked this one girl with dark rimmed glasses with shirt black hair to repeat what she said to me and she looked at me like I was crazy. After she told me she just waliked off at least the guy with long hair in his eyes was more helpful. Never again will I go to that store and I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have not been to this store for many months because of the lousy servive and don't give a damn attitudes. But today I needed ink and this is the closest to my home. Once again a bad experience. When I walked up to pay the woman was talking into her headset and she kept on talking all thru the transaction. The usual rudeness and "I'm doing you a favor" attitude. Never again will I set foot in this crappy screwed up store.

I wish I could give a ZERO. I went to print a copy of some paperwork on 6/16/23 around 10 a.m., and the Manager who lacks professionalism, and a name tag Parker pretended he did not know how to help me. He showed no concern, but he sure did know how to help the others who arrived after me. I can't believe he is still there from the last time when I had a rude encounter with him in 2021. They must really need help.

You know, I was a little disappointed. First, they didn't have some of what their website said they had. I needed five, the site said they had four. Okay, but then the email confirming my order says, sorry, only three. Then, they had to USB-C to 3.5mm adapters. Plenty of iPhone stuff, but nothing for me. Really guys, you're supposed to be a tech store. Now you've sent me to Amazon or Best Buy to get what I need...

Hadn't been to this location in years, & now I remember why. The service is absolutely terrible. You have to search for the workers, & once you find them, they are rude and not helpful in the least bit. I've never seen such an unenthused group of employees. I understand it's a job, & they might not want to be there, but I expect some sort of customer service. Especially being that it's back to school time.

rude!!!! have to start checking in to print, no problem. i waited about 5 minutes they claimed they’d call me, as it says in the kiosk, but never did. i was a few aisles over to make sure i was in hearing ways. they let the white old lady go beofre me even though i was there first. then after waiting, they “couldn’t” print my picture for some reason. i wouldn’t have minded, if they weren’t rude!!!!!

These employees are not friendly they never greet you and certainly do not say thank you. This store does normally have the items I’m looking for. But it’s never a pleasant experience with the employees. This store could have robots working there and I would probably have a better experience. Oh and the employees in the printing and recycling area are extremely rude and never smile or speak to you.

First time at this location. Customer service is horrible. I needed a poster printed for work, “Dee Dee,” was not helpful and continued to find something wrong with each poster my company needed printed. Edit: The same thing happened that other customers reviewed about the signing in attitude. It’s fine for us to sign in but don’t have an attitude if we didn’t know we needed to.

Do not buy electronics from Office Depot or buy the extended warranty. The company doesn't stand behind their products. If you lost the sales receipt it;s all over. Their customer service line is the rudest I have ever dealt with and if you walk into the store the Manager on Hulen Street thinks you are taking food off her family table. I will never never shop at Office Depot.

Friendly staff and unlike Staples they actually keep products they advertise in stock. We went here to buy a laptop after leaving Staples and being told that more than half of their laptops on display we're not available for purchase and won't be available anytime soon. But as for Office Depot they have comprable prices and in-stock items and the staff is always friendly.

I recently had knee surgery and I need to use a crutch to walk. I had a large copy order so I brought in my backpack to carry it out..long story short it would not fit in the bag... trying to figure out a solution Dee Dee volunteered to carry my things out to my car... in the POURING rain! She is an example of what it means to go above and beyond in customer service!

I visited the Hulen Street Store location in Fort Worth, Texas (12/2022. The Team Member at the Help Counter was Super friendly and Super helpful. The Document Printing and Scanning Service was of excellent quality, inexpensive, and the Team Members are quick thinking and knowledgable to help get you in and out and on your way. Excellent Customer Service!

I ordered copies on a Tuesday night and by Wednesday morning, a few minutes before the store opened to the public, I received a notification that my copies were ready to pick up. I worked on my son’s birthday invitations and favor tags for quite some time and during that time, Dulce and her coworker delivered excellent customer service to everyone.

OMG I’ve been to 3 stores looking for a certain ink cartridge. Came here and Mr. Peter scanned the bar code and said they were out, but that didn’t stop him. He went and looked some more to make sure. Right before I left he found me with the ink I was looking for! Made my day. He definitely has great customer service skills.

A typically great experience at my local Office Depot. The associates never let me leave the store without making sure I have everything I came for and that everything is the correct product for my needs. I never have to hunt down an employee because they make themselves known and offer help.

I came in to get a chair mat. One of the salespeople asked what I was looking for, and showed me two places where they had a variety of different styles and weights (thickness's) of the mats. I was able to select one and check out very quickly. Very efficient and easy.

This was tax free weekend in Texas, I believe That your store would make it easier for back to school shoppers if they displayed all the back to school items in a central location, rather than making customers search thru all he isles for the items they need.

The stars are really for the staff because they are very welcoming but every single time I go in there to use the printer/scanner, line too long and/or one machine down. And actually, the machine that does work sounds a little worn down. But nice employees!

The Hulen Store is so on top of what they do. At least they are for blueprints. I place the order online, pay online and 9 times out of 10 they are ready earlier than scheduled. I zoom in and pick them up and I'm out of there. Such a smooth easy process.

I use to always come here to print out packets for work and never had any issues. They gave me an unexpected discount when I printed some programs for an event I hosted. I always buy my ink here when they have their buy one get one 30% off sale.
