One star for my usual GP who is amazing! but sadly not always available. Get ready to wait an hour to have doctor Wai Wai barely look at you, bill you and tell you to come back if symptoms continue, providing zero care in the mean time. Can't even give a decent medical certificate because despite there being no appointments available if you want one day of, refusing to write a proper medical certificate when you do get in. Is apparently an OK thing to do. So is charging a fee for returning with the exact same symptoms as 2 days prior, its a "booking fee" according to her. This doctor then didn't appreciate being asked why all the above happened, instead refuses to treat me because I am upset about the way she had been "treating" me. Doctors should be accountable too. Imagine thinking it's OK to treat sick people like this? And that being upset means they can refuse care AND still try to bill them? Do NOT see doctor WAI WAI MON, she should not be considered a doctor. And has zero empathy for her patients, nor has she ever done anything that I couldn't do myself. Sadly I can't write my own doc certs. That is the only thing she is good for, even that is difficultfor her. I have seen her for myself and children (only if I have to if usual GP is booked out, never ever been a first choice) . And do wonder how someone who does so little can be paid so much, and have the ego that she does. Can't wait to see what the medical ombudsmen has to say about how this clinic is run. And how doctor (shouldn't call her that though it implies she helps and cares about people) wai wai carries herself. There is a big difference between being upset and questioning why things have been done that way, and being -aggressive-. But according to this highly "trained and educated" person, there is no difference between being upset, and being aggressive. Literally her words. "They are the same thing" Concerning you have a doctor who thinks this. Doctors are sposed to be for physical AND mental well-being. And should know what basic words mean.

How bloody rude is this place. I had a Telehealth Appointment and before I could even make an appointment with the Doctor the receptionist advised me if I was aware there would be a PAYMENT for my Telehealth Phone Appointment. It is reimbursed by Medicare not that it makes much of a difference when currently things are a struggle with inflation and the extremely high cost of living. To make matters worse I am then emailed about my outstanding 1 PAYMENT, since I didn't bother replying to their email I received a call this afternoon from the same irritating Receptionist regarding PAYMENT. Okay I asked if I could settle this PAYMENT once I come into their clinic as I have to see the Doctor anyway and she had the audacity to ask me when. Look I find it bloody annoying and unnecessary to harass anyone for 1 darn PAYMENT and it's totally DISGUSTING to have to deal with RETARDS like this Receptionist. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with a Doctors Medical Centre Receptionist stalking for 1 PAYMENT. Obviously there's no consideration or compassion for their Clients and to have to Speak to one of these PATHETIC Receptionists in order to even BOOK for a TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT is ridiculous. I cannot STAND IRRITATING PEOPLE like this and despite that I do see a great Doctor I am SERIOUSLY thinking about moving to another Medical Clinic for my Healthcare. I would highly Recommend Seeking another Medical Center a place who actually have Respect, Consideration and Care for their Clients not a place that ACT like farking DEBT COLLECTORS. UTTERLY DISGUSTED, ANNOYED, ANGRY BY RETARDED RECEPTIONISTS AT THIS CLINIC!!! Treat OTHERS as YOU wish to be TREATED go and LEARN BETTER COMMUNICATION SKILLS when dealing with PEOPLE!!! TOTALLY SICKENING.

attended the officer medical after I experienced an almost anaphylactic allergic reaction and saw Dr Sella which almost made me feel like I was not important at all. He didn’t not intend to look through my medical history which I have been struggling with alopecia add on I have develop lump on my breast I have explained my situation however Dr Sella affirm told me I don’t require any blood work done as I have done months prior despite, I was covered with rash, fast forward my husband took me Narre warren medical centre. Which makes me feel like I am a human, not a dollar sign. I am an RN and swore on oath to provide holistic care for patients. I always happen to argue with an officer medical Dr about how the Medicare billing works and whatnot. never show me empathy and sympathy about my mental health, never care about my physiological well-being. I will not recommend this medical clinic for horrible experiences. you will be potentially misdiagnosed or will never know what you actually have as they only care about medicare billing item numbers.

Very rude reception staff. When doctors are running late they don't inform you and make you wait indefinitely. Sometimes can take up to 2 hours. I know this reply is 2 years later but you ask me if I'm sure this is your clinic. I assure you I'm not delusional. Your clinic is the only clinic I attend. I might not use my full name on my Google account, so you assume I'm not a patient at your clinic. As you can see from other reviews, patients had the similar experience. I assure you I've waited up to 2 hours one day. Reason being that, after I checked in, my appointment mysteriously disappeared. Doctor Louis had no appointment recorded on his computer that I was a patient waiting to be seen. When I eventually approached reception staff they realized Something went wrong but wasn't even apologetic and just asked me to wait and rescheduled my appointment.I found that to be very disrespectful and rude. Other times I waited 50 mins to a hour. I didn't post this review because I just felt like targeting someone, this was my actual experience.

I noticed my e script link and token had disappeared, called the clinic only to be told that I would need another paid consultation for them to re issue. I said I wasn’t happy as I had already paid last time and now I don’t have access to my scripts. The practice manager was supposed to follow up today and upon following up myself I had been told Nicole isn’t in and has left no notes regarding your complaint. I spoke with Sheree and she checked with my Dr (Dr Mon) and she agreed that she needed to see me because I hadn’t been seen in so long apparently(Under 5 months) I called my local pharmacy and she was able to put my scripts from SL cloud and dispensed without an issue for me. I am beyond upset and disappointed in the customer service I received regarding this issue and I will not return to this practice. I had always loved Dr Mon and she always gave me wonderful consultations but since the clinic has gone private I have noticed that her patient care as lacked as well. Incredibly frustrating and truly unacceptable service.

Today I had a chat with Reception staff to renew my referral to Monash health, I am waiting for a minor surgery. The reception asked me to make an appointment to get a new referral. They expect us to pay $70 and charging from Medicare $41 and out of pocket $28 from us. They misuse the Govt money and also from patient's hard earned money for nothing. I said I am not going to make any new appointments to see doctor for nothing. The second in-charge asked me to move to another medical centre. Ridiculous!!! I am ashamed I have been visiting there from long time. When a telephone call is taken The reception staff put me for hold for 6.5 minutes. They started charging from patients on Weekends and they have extended it for weekdays and charging $70. I am moving to a bulk billing medical centre and I wanted officer medical centre to send my medical history records to the new place. They say it takes 1 and a half month to send the file, ridiculous. I am not going to wait for 1.5 months. Never recommend this place to anyone

  • James Silver

I gave the clinic the opportunity to receive an over the phone review privately however after multiple attempts to get in contact, they have continued to ignore me. Honestly if I could give this clinic negative stars I would. I am writing on behalf of a very close friend of mine who attended regarding mental health. Without going into detail, she attended to get a mental health care plan. Abruptly she was faced with a female doctor who spent majority of the appointment on the phone to her friend having a laugh and then ushered her out with a medical certificate for the day off. My friend who left the clinic after not being one to reach out for help was in a worse place than she was before she arrived. Absolute horrible clinic and it is the last place we would recommend anyone to attend regarding mental health. Disgusting service.

  • Emily Smith

Awful service. Left waiting over 1hr 10mins to be seen, and wouldn't have even been seen to if I hadn't approached reception to ask what was going on. I'm used to having to wait a very long time past a scheduled appointment to be seen at any doctors surgery, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I watched many patients who arrived much later than me being called in before me. I approached reception to ask why I was waiting so long just to be told that they hadn't even told the doctor I had arrived. Asked me if I had notified them that I had finished filling out forms when I first arrived (which I did) and told me to remind them I was still waiting next time, as if to suggest it was my fault they had forgotten about me, and still asked for payment after the appointment.

  • Sonora Potter

I used Hotdoc application to book appointment, and the touchscreen at clinic wasn’t working so I still had to manually check in. I waited around 30 mins after booked appointment, to be seen and at the time the reception was half full. I was happy to receive the prescription for my child, even though thankfully he wasn’t vomiting from the gastro at that point but still showing symptoms of the gastro. It was the same pill that the hospital use, and it brought a great piece of mind, even though with gastro it needs to take its course. The doctor was courteous, friendly and told me what to look out for (me a first time mum). I loved the script sent via mobile, so easy as I now I don’t need to present my medicare card to the chemist

  • Paula Kempenaar

Took my son to this clinic yesterday as couldn’t get an available appointment with our own GP. Despite being advised of my sons medical history with simple ear wax build up which needs regularly cleaned, doctor refused but instead diagnosed him with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Got a second doctors opinion today, no infection, ears cleaned for wax - problem solved. Whilst I appreciate the response below, we were told that ear cleaning was not an option but given a mis-diagnosis of an ear infection and our concerns of a mis-diagnosis were simply dismissed.Surely antibiotics should only be prescribed for those who need them, particularly when medications are in such short supply right now.

  • Pratik Kambli

I attended the Medical centre this morning for my appointment scheduled at 8:50 but had to wait for 50 min before the GP could see me… There were many patients that arrived after me and were given preference.. The receptionist was so rude that she said if you don’t want to wait attend other medical centre nearby. Firstly you charge the highest Gap Fee in this Area where other centres are completely bulk billed and you are so rude that instead of calming people down you ask them to leave… You are not doing any Favour my serving us never coming back… Management has changed I guess it was one of our preferred centre to visit from last 10years we living in Pakenham/Officer.

  • Pauline Mailei

Came for an appointment filled with anxiety. I was getting results of an MRI. Receptionist didn't greet me just asked what was the time of my appointment. She continued to question me, asking for my DOB and address. I get that's her job, but what about my privacy? The waiting area was packed and three of us stood at that same counter blurting out private information for anyone to hear. Do better. Implement better processes to protect our privacy. Receptionist needs to greet people, that also is her job. We are paying customers now. Think doctors, who really holds your lively hood in their hands? Your reckless and uncaring receptionist/s.

Ever since covid this place has gone down hill. Not updating me that my doctor won't see my child without a negative covid test due to her being sick until i get there and am turned away and not updating me on changing my daughters appointment time, if it was an adult that's fine but making a parent wait for over an hour when their appointment was made at a certain time with a child is ridiculous. Then not letting me know there's a fee on Sundays. Absolutely ridiculous, use to be my go to doctor but disappointed one to many times. Also please get your receptionist to speak up when on the phone, their voices are as quiet as a bloody mouse

  • Amy Mclellan

Almost every time we have been there with our child we get told either to use medicine not suitable for babies, use something in the cot against safe sleep advice, or generally get brushed off with our concerns and made to feel stupid. In instances we have taken our son to the hospital and he has indeed been very sick but the doctors at this clinic said he was fine. The wait times are also exorbitant (longest was 2 hours) and we got rushed through in 2 mins. Also when I visited post partum and was depressed and anxious I asked for some help with this and my doctor said it was ‘just hormones’. This was months postpartum.

  • Ash Wells

So far so good. As new patients to the clinic (toddlers, children & an adult) getting an appointment at a decent time was very easy to do, the access to the clinic is conveinent and not crowded at all, there is plenty of car parks within a very reasonable walking distance the entrance, the sign up process as a new patient has been particulary easy as well. Ive not waited for more than 5mins from the scheduled appointment time and the reception staff are more than accomodating when it comes to answering any and all questions. Its still early days but i feel like this will become my families new regular clinic

(August 2022)My kids were so happy after met Dr Peter Louis today! He is great with kids.Truly compassionate, knowledgeable and experienced best Doctor! Kids love him! Thanks Doctor! At my doctor’s appointment this afternoon, I was once again reminded of what a truly compassionate and knowledgeable, patient centered Doctor is. Dr.Nisha is one of the best Doctor that I have come across in years. She is the kind of doctor every person should be so lucky to have in their ‘care corner.' She took time to listen and explain things patiently. I'm so happy that I found this amazing Doctor.

  • Yasmine El Haddad

I have seen Dr Rafiatul and she was lazy to do her job, explained to her that I’m struggling with anxiety and stress postpartum and that I needed to see a psychologist to help me navigate what I’m going through with medication or other methods but instead of doing her job she was asking me if I was sure that I wanna go head with that because it’s a lengthy process for her. She asked me to come back another time for her to prescribe me an over the counter meds for my gut health. She was horrible with no empathy.

  • Katie Tokhi

I had a positive experience with the clinic's service overall. The doctor and receptionist were friendly. However, there was a significant issue with punctuality. Despite scheduling my appointment during my lunch break, I ended up waiting for 48 minutes, making me late for work. It would greatly improve the experience if they could better manage appointment times and inform patients if there are delays. Communication about delays is a simple task that can make a big difference.

  • Sarah Anne

Receptionist must be trained to provide a pleasant patient experience or else should not be sitting at Reception. Not even necessary eye-contact let alone a greeting when you report for an appointment. Dr. Nisha was reluctant at the outset to help me with my issue. She was unprofessional, rude and condescending to say the least. She'll only be interested in your case if alternate services like physiotherapy etc needs to be done. This is one doctor to avoid.

  • Manish Dixit

If you have very young children, steer clear of a Dr Nisha here. She has a gruff attitude and intimidates children by saying things like they will get injections if they don’t listen to her. Prescribes unnecessary tests (and the rate payers bear the burden) by misleading parents. She took barely 2 minutes examining mine and dismissively listened to whatever info I, as a parent was contributing . They have many other good doctors , just steer clear of her.

  • Nisa H

Don’t bother seeing Dr Nisha, very disappointed at the level of service and care. Terrible bedside manner. It was a pain even trying to get a medical certificate from her even though she examined me and saw I was ill. She then sent me for tests I didn’t even require. I will give Dr Niro 5 stars and will see him when available. He’s mostly on time with his appointments. He is thorough and considers all options. He also talks to you about your treatment.

  • Henashi Kavindya

Receptionist who answered the call must be trained to provide a pleasant patient experience or else should not be sitting at Reception. She told “ I can’t leave what I’m doing for you”. was reluctant at the outset to help me with my issue. She was unprofessional, rude and condescending to say the least. She was a racist and made me feel like that I’m taking her money to pay to clinic. She withheld my medical certificate for sometime too.

  • A J

After finding out that my local pharmacy was shut and that I’d already missed 3 days of back pain medication due to being in hospital ICU, the thoughts and anxiety were overwhelming but thanks to the staff and the physical state they could see I was in, I was seen within 20 minutes and was able to get the medication I needed. So I owe a big Thank you to the doctor who helped me and the lovely girls behind the desk.

  • Karan McGillivray

Don’t bother making appointment you’ll be sitting there for 50 minutes or more . I understand Doctors run behind . people have jobs and lives as well this is why we make appointments. Also the receptionist staff could have a little bit more empathy towards patients. They are very loudly spoken ‘ about patients private medical situation. The clinic waiting room don’t need to know about other patients information.

  • Piyush Bishnoi

Waited 25 minutes for the lab tech to call my number. In the meantime I asked the front desk if the nurse was inside or not, and they said yes she was and was busy with another patient. 15 minutes later, saw a lady walk into the room and call my number . She was the nurse and had not been inside as opposed to what the receptionist said. Go figure. I’m givin a wide berth to this establishment here on now.

  • Shu-ling Loong

My first experience with Dr Nisha was a most pleasant one. She was professional, caring and obliging. She took time to check me and explain what is going on. Very thorough. Even though the clinic was packed with waiting patients, I only had to wait 10 minutes which was excellent! The reception service was both professional and efficient. Can’t fault this clinic at all. Keep up the good work Team!

  • Lorinda Mutsaers

My experience with the Dr I saw was amazing I have been seeing her for a long time and I always get the best care imaginable. However, I am always left waiting usually 40 mins after my appointment time and today it was an hour past my appointment time. Now that this Centre no longer bulk bills I think they should work on their wait times. I don’t mind a small wait but one hour is ridiculous.

  • Niraj G

Went there for a test at Respiratory clinic. The old lady at the reception was very rude, lacking basic manners for human interaction. Already had an appointment for the test and we had to wait for an hour. Still this old lady asked if we had an appointment or not in a very rude tone. The nurse for the test was gentle though. First time to this clinic, it would be our Last time for sure.

  • Shameendri Perera

Dr Soe Min Tun is a Godsend! He is so thorough and cautious with his assessment with kids. Too many kids are being dismissed and under diagnosed these days in the medical system, so it’s a relief knowing doctors like him are still out there who will take things seriously. He is calm, informative , listens to the patient and he is so good with kids. He’s an absolutely wonderful doctor.

  • Leyton Grosser

One of the worst GP clinics I’ve been to. I was provided a referral by a GP, went back a few months later to have them sign off on something and they refused despite having evidence and documents from the surgeon. Why provide a referral if you’re not going to follow through on your end? Not to mention waiting 1 hour past the appointment time - their scheduling needs a revamp.

  • Emily Howe

I booked a Telehealth appointment for 10.20am. It's now 12.30pm and still haven't received a phone call. Waiting over 2 hours and still waiting. I called them nearly an hour ago to find out why I haven't received a phone call yet, turns out they prioritise face to face over telehealth. It would be too bad if I get the call and I am too busy to take it. Very unprofessional.

  • Lauren Lonsdale

Booked a telehealth for 1:30pm. Receptionist gave me a call at 1:20pm to take $70 payment and advised that the doctor would call shortly. 2 hours later no phone call. I called back and was told the doctor was running behind and will call soon. I've only been here 3 times but each time has been a 45+ minute wait/delay. My experience at this clinic has always been the same.

  • Jo Boulter

Electronic checkin in the foyer at reception helped me skip the queue and I was told how many were ahead of my appt. There was some confusion by receptionist whether my Gold DVA card was included in the accepted concessions. Dr Thet was lovely and thorough in my examination and prescribed me antibiotics and referred me to a specialist for further care.

  • julie dix

Yesterday,s appointment was fine with Dr Tun. It would have been even better if I saw my regular Dr, Dr Niro as with my repeat prescription for my blood pressure I only got 2 repeats and not the usual 5 repeats. Which I wasn't aware of until I got home. Now I have to come back sooner than usual, but other than that it was pretty good.

  • Pubudu Dishan

Very unprofessional behaviour I witnessed today at the clinic. The receptionist was very rude and from what I heard, she’s not even close to be a customer service agent. And clinic now charging extra and the horrible customer service received today is not a very pleasant experience for me. Never going back to this clinic again.

  • Prathiba Nambirajan

Dr Rafiatul Zannath is knowledgeable and shows willingness to listen and discuss. She is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. She listens to the patient's concerns with patience and helps with health issues. I felt at ease. Highly recommend.

  • Adriana Fitzgerald

This medical centre has gotten worse over time. The wait time is ridiculous and the doctors are always very quick to get you out. I am not willing to pay $70 for a consultation if I don’t even get time of day. Every time the issue is passed on to another specialist to deal with …

  • Yousuf Rizwan

Dr. Nisha is an amazing doctor and listens to your requests. It was my first visit and I'm definitely recommending her to my friends and family. Officer medical centre is located next to Arena Shopping Centre. No issues for parking. And theres a chemist warehouse just inside arena.

  • Jessica Adams

I see other doctors there and they are fast in seeing clients. But dr Nisha always makes me wait over an hour to see her. Then when I finally get in to see her she Denys helping me even when I’ve been a patient there for over 5 years. Highy recommend not going to see her!

  • Snezana Tomic

Dr Thet - good doctor if you have time to waste and wait for her phone call anything between 1-2 hours Dr Zannath - booked with her to avoid lengthy wait - that was something different.....abrupt, care factor ZERO, empathy ZERO.. Time to find a decent GP with human values

  • Lyn Samwells

I was lucky, when I rang the medical centre there was appointment in 10 mins which I accepted, and the ladies on reception were lovely & helpful! From my phone call, I arrived in & out in 20 minutes. Lovely Dr Nischa very pleasant & helpful also, so all up 5 stars.

  • Sophie Fernandez

Both Dr Alex and the nurse I saw were lovely with my 2 year old. Really good bedside manner and made her feel safe and I felt confident that they were knowledgeable. Actually really impressed. Will be coming again. And they bulk billed because she's still little.

  • Katey Moran

Loved the doctor I saw today, but was a little frustrated that the online booking didn't warn me about public holiday fees or that the only way to get the Medicare rebate was to bring my physical bank card. The reception staff are lovely and super helpful though!

  • Meagan Mackinnon

45 mins waiting after appointment time. Came early to fill out new patient forms and when queried how long it would be the receptionist asked if I had filled out the forms that she gave me. Can get better service at a bulk billing doctors and not paying $70 fee

  • Yevgeniy Afanasyev

I sent a request from another medical centre asking officer medical centre to give away some details about my history but this request was never fulfilled. Some doctors admitting patients 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. And it is NOT bulk billing.

  • M p

We requested the medical centre by email and phone, to send our medical files and records to our current Dr at a different medical centre because we moved 30 mins away. It has been 2 years and we still don’t have a medical records. Very poor customer service

  • Katie Spencer

5 stars for Dr Peter Louis and his approachable manner. He makes visiting the doctors less stressful. Yes the wait times aren’t ideal, but that’s standard for all bulk billing clinics. Dr Peter never rushes you through and always gives a smiley service. :)

  • Amy Leydon

Dr Nisha was great today. Helpful and reassuring assessment and advice. Didn’t wait too long and was able to walk across to the respiratory clinic and get a swab done for my child’s unknown illness. App was good too. Tells you where you are in the queue.

  • Karim George

Staff is nice, doctors are knowledgeable. Regarding running late, it is a patient/doctor factor, and a cumilative result throughout the day. Clean and tidy, walking distance to shops and plenty of parking spaces. I would highly recommend this place.

  • Tamra Beetge

Management and organisation between doctors and reception staff is non existent. No warning / communication to patients when staff are running late, and by late over an hour. This practice has become money hungry and charge much more than others.

  • Matt Whichie

New pricing is ridiculous. Charged out of pocket to see the doctor, advised to get a test done. Then charged again to get the results for 2 minutes. Double dipping. Very poor. They will lose lots of business. Looking for a new family doctor.

  • Lucia Broadby

Dr Narynski was amazing with my son. He has autism and is non verbal. Usually he freaks out in a clinical room. However this doctor was fantastic with him. Also had a very calm vibe which my son could 100% pick up on. Very happy here

  • Anni Burne

Waited for 35-40 min for a morning appointment with a sick baby Was not happy with the service received from the doctor…. Did not feel like concerns were heard….. Waste of time will go somewhere else tomorrow Reception are nice :)

  • Natalie F

Great experience today with a telehealth appointment as was unable to physically go in. Helpful advice and kind bedside manner from my GP. Professional transaction with payment also over phone with receptionist.

  • Amanpreet Kaur

Have been going to Officer medical centre from the last 8 Years and they won't compromise on your care in any case. Yes, I know sometimes there are long waits and long holds on the phone but you get around☺️

  • Diane

The doctors are great but waiting over an hour past my appointment time is ridiculous. While I don’t mind that they no longer bulk bill, I’d expect to see the doctor within a reasonable time if I’m paying.

  • sushma shenoy

My family and I visit Dr. Varma at the clinic and have had no issues with our GP. He is prompt, understanding, create a comfortable environment and answers any question we may have regarding the diagnosis.

  • Linda Darlison

Clinic now charging which is fine, however if you are going to charge then patients who actually make appointments through Hotdoc should not have to wait in excess of 40 minutes to see their Doctor.

  • Casey Davenport

Honestly couldn’t recommend this clinic, we very happy with the GP but the wait times, the lack of communication, unprofessionalism and rudeness from some at reception is just overwhelming

  • Paul Gleeson

Local doctors more than Competent..Exceptional. Polite Courteous and helpful. My thanks to the Reception Staff Nurses and Doctors for Prompt Accessible professional services. Regards Paul

  • Gurpreet Kaur Saini

My regular medical centre,, amazing reception staff and amazing Doctor Nisha for me. They are always there when you need them and follow up is very professional. Its full scores from me.

  • ben walker

doctors want to get you in and out as quickly as possible, and then charge an arm and a leg. Was understandable when they were fully bulk billed to fort in/out, but now is just greedy

  • Hayley C

I’ve been here a few times for myself or my daughter and always have a good experience. Doctors are thorough which is why you might be waiting longer than your appointment time.

  • Tracy Harland

Doctor Zannith is terrific, she is caring and understanding - she is the best Doctor I've ever been too. it's so hard to find a good Doctor these days, I highly recommend her.

  • Janine Morris

Appointment was on time, staff and doctor very friendly… As my first visit after just moving into the area, I noted the reception area did not have much room for distancing…

  • sirat sidhu

Very bad experience, Gp doesn’t do anything Had pain in arm, didn’t help at all and paid $70 for no reason. Said had to pay upfront and can claim for medicare later only $39

  • Warren Lewis

Had an appointment with Dr Pankaj Verma - made to wait 45 mins. After 45 min was told my he will be another 10. What the? No thanks. Walked out. Do not book with Dr Pankaj.

  • Muneeba Ali

Always had an amazing experience with the staff. Very polite and kind. My family’s GP is Dr. Pankhaj and he is easily one the most brilliant doctors i have ever been too.

  • Tori Stack

Bad experience. Morally they don’t make sense. Doctors are condescending and rude. Won’t be returning after many years of attending. Go see Doctor Peter Lois instead!!!!

  • Jessica

Wonderful, patient and caring staff and doctors - I have been going here for years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you for always taking care of me :)

  • Raya Hou

Great clinic. Wait times with specific doctor are long, but Dr Thet has been great, she caring and thorough. Also Dr Lauren Haupt is a great podiatrist too.

  • Tony Doyle

It was great today. Was called in within about 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Much better than the 1 hour in the waiting room last visit.

  • Harman Kaur

We always have positive experience and we feel taken care of by Dr Verma. He is very patient with kids too. Recommended to all families in the area.

  • Melissa Tantuccio

Quickly seen us without hesitation after being turned away by another local clinic. Doctor we seen was very helpful and gentle with my son

  • dianne tomisich

I’ve been going here for years, I’ve never had any trouble getting an appointment and the doctors and receptionists are always very nice

  • Roanne Darcey

Our doctor is lovely but it’s a very long wait an hour. What the point of making an appointment time if you have to wait that long.

  • Kirk Smith

Very prompt and professional Certainly helped booking through health engine Dr Sella was very nice and comforting for my young son

  • Tricia Wilson

My Dr ran on time, waiting room clean & not to packed. Great consultation, reception staff always busy but very efficient

  • Lisa Di Mingo

Dr Mon was fantastic! I wish I had gone to see her earlier. She was very caring and thorough. My new regular GP …

  • Bns.quality.constructions
