MANAGER NOT WILLING TO ASSIST DISABLED CUSTOMER!!! I had a absolutely terrible experience at Office Works Narre Warren, I had purchased two $519 Electronic Standing Gaming Desks from the Cranbourne store and after having them both assembled found that one was missing a screw and also had a faulty controller unit which I was able to diagnose with my I.T. background and having a second desk to test parts from. Unfortunately the Cranbourne store did not have any more in stock and told me to go to the Narre Warren store and have them swap the faulty part over. When I got to the Narre Warren store the manager refused to open another desk to swap the faulty part and told me I would have to bring the whole desk back, despite that I am disabled which makes that really hard especially since I had already had the desk assembled. They then tested the part and told me that it was the cable not the controller unit, despite me trying to explain the it was a positional issue with the port on the controller unit that the cable plugs into. They then sent me home with a screw and a cable from their display desk. When I got home the cable they gave me did not fix the issue, I then went back and the manager still refused to open another box to swap the faulty controller unit. In the end the only way the manager let me resolve this issue was by forcing me to temporarily spend another $519 on another desk which their staff could barely jam it into my car which also made it kind of unsafe to drive, I then had to drive home open the box in the car to swap the controller unit which fixed the issue as I was expecting. I then put the faulty one back in the box and had to drive it back to Office Works for a refund. Doing this took a whole day and caused me a lot of physical pain due to the physical effort involved in doing this all, the manager at the Narre Warren store did not seem to even acknowledge my disability when trying to come to a reasonable resolution. I purchased these desks on the 26/08/2022 and went back to the Narre Warren store on the 28/08/2022, I then called head office the next day to lodge a complaint and was told that I would hear back from someone soon regarding this and it has been 4 months and have since not heard back from anyone. I must say though the staff at the Cranbourne store, especially Luke was very nice and helpful and I really had of wished that the Cranbourne store had another in stock so I did not need to go to the Narre Warren store and I will never go back to that store again.

One hour of my life I want refunded by Officeworks Narre Warren. I took in a faulty laptop recharger which was still under warranty. Produced a bank statement as proof of purchase, as per requirement by ACCC. I would have been happy with an exchange. The staffer said okay, this guy (indicates to floor walker) will get you another. She microphones him to help me. He makes eye contact, then promptly walks off to help a woman who pushes in from the printing section- not his job to help her! I wait. And wait. He keeps looking my way but still chats and delays helping. I am timing him. It is 20 minutes before I yell in exasperation, because he then asks another customer if they need help! I am livid by now, and he disbelieves 20 mins are past until I hold up my phone and tell him I timed it. I give up with attempting an exchange and now want a refund. The original staffer is sympathetic but needs her manager. She is paged. Takes ten minutes to traipse to the front only to tell me it is 'Officeworks policy' to have an actual receipt from the original transaction or an emailed one. I said their internal policy does not override AUS consumer law, and this bank statement is enough in Australian consumer law. Apparently it is not (I am mindful Officeworks have attempted to refuse refunding customers in the past for their faulty Officeworks-brand Fitbits, prompting an ABC investigation) but I hold my ground in demanding either a new one or a refund. A number of reasons are given by said manager- internal policy, to lack of email statement, to the replacement item might not be the right one (it was). In the meantime, my legs were killing me, as I am mobility-impaired and was finding it excrutiating to stand, so the original staffer organised an office chair for me to sit on at this point, full credit to her. A stalemate continued until the manager eventually 'did me a favour' and exchanged the item and it became obvious she simply did not know how to use the register based on taking more than 10 mins to beep a couple of buttons and needed a step by step tutorial from my original staffer. Overall I spent more than an hour doing something that other stores can complete in five minutes. If that is the standard of managers in Officeworks, they really need to spring clean their roster.

If I could give less than 1 star, trust me I would. Ordered a click and collect with a 2 day estimate (my main reason for deciding to make the purchase at officeworks was because of the supposed quick estimate). Have called everyday for the last 4 business days through the day varying in time waiting hold from anywhere to 10-15 minutes a call to no answer. It is blatant that customer calls are being purposefully ignored by the store (as already mentioned in previous google reviews). Checked my tracking order in which it said “ready for collection”, to which I was disappointingly met with “that only means the delivery driver has picked up your package. Try again Monday”. So in what world does “ready to collect”, not mean it’s not ready to collect? I decide to come back Tuesday after once again havj my calls ignored to see if it was ready- to which I was met with an abrupt interruption asking “Have you received a text?”. Before even being able to answer, she once again interrupts me “What’s your tracking order?”. To which I tell her this could have saved me a lot of time if somebody was able to pick up the phone, before asking “why don’t you guys answers the phone?”. To which she once again replies in a rude and abrupt tone, “because we have been very busy. You’re supposed to wait for a text”. Mind you, everytime I have been there they have had no more than 3 customers. Looking through the window I could see multiple staff sitting down, where they could have been answering any one of my numerous calls- having at the time only 3 customers and even through the window being able to see 5 staff in the store. Why couldn’t they pick up? This has been the worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced- from rude staff to blatantly ignoring the phone for customer queries. It is absolutely appalling that this officeworks is able to function at such unprofessional level without being reprimanded by a higher authority. I will be calling customer service tomorrow and demanding a refund for this terrible customer experience. Save yourself the time and don’t even bother with this store. Absolutely disgusting at a time like this for them be treating customers with such apathy and blatant disrespect.

Bought a samsung phone outright from Officeworks 2 months back only for the screen to come off completely due to a manufacturing defect. Took it to Officeworks, was told the phone would be sent to Samsung repair and I will get an update within 10 working days. Never got a call nor update. I called them only to be told by another staff they never tell customers 10 working days but rather they say more than 3 weeks. After a few days I get a call from Officeworks and this they tell me I have to pay a fee of $66 just for it to be sent to Samsung to have a look at the phone. I decide to stop this back and forth convo on the phone and head to Officeworks Narre Warren to talk directly to the manager. A staff introduces himself as the manager and has a look at my phone which has been at their store for the past 2.5 weeks now, agrees with me that the screen has not been glued on properly and thus it's not my fault, apologises for the mishap, assures me that Officeworks NARRE WARREN will take up the cost of $66 for the phone to be sent to Samsung repairs. And today I get a call from Officeworks NARRE WARREN they tell me the so called manager doesn't work in the store anymore and anyway he was never the manager but rather a co ordinator and so it's back to square one again where I need to pay $66 for the phone to be sent as they apparently sent pics of my phone to Samsung repair tech and they have told it's customers fault so no repair can be made. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the way things have been handled. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS from Officeworks

Received a faulty new smart phone. No one at the store answered the phone. Went to the store and they said they can only send it for repairs and no refund will be given due to covid19. I explained that this would be against the Australian consumer laws they said thats the only option we can offer you due to Covid19 and no refund will be given. I said what does refunding a faulty product have to do with covid19 and requested to speak to the store manager and staff lied about him being in a meeting. I said I could wait in the carpark or have him call me later. They said they don't know when he will be available. Staff agreed to process my refund or for me to buy another phone and pay the difference a minute later. Staff asked me to enter the store to process thr refund. Store manager was standing around as were 6 other staff members and not in a meeting came to the front desk without making eye contact or selling hello and told staff member make sure you check hid id then left. Staff are untrained and asked each other multiple times how to process a refund. Staff aked for my order details and I provided then asked to hold my phone to look at the order details again and went to another section of the store with my phone (unlocked) in his hands I was not told that he would do such a thing. Refund was finally processes after about an hour of wasting my time. With the customer service levels this poor it makes you think twice before buying anything from Officeworks ever again.

My partner went into the store today to purchase an office chair valued at $395. It weighed 23.1kgs. When she had purchased it, she asked one of the staff if they could assist with taking it to her car and loading it into the rear hatch due to being 35 weeks pregnant (Which she advised the staff member). She was told by the guy "It's not that heavy, you can do it" & proceeded to walk off. She ended up doing it herself. She didn't get the staff member's name, but said he was an Indian guy - Which has no relevance, but I hope the Manager at Narre Warren Officeworks will be able to identify this person. As a business owner, customer's are my bread and butter, especially those who are pregnant, disabled, vision impaired, physically impaired and need assistance. My staff member's duty is to provide customer service & promote customer loyalty. This person doesn't deserve to be working when there are hundreds of thousands of people who don't have a job, and out of genuine courtesy would offer to help someone who is pregnant. This type of service gives a bad name to ALL staff who put in effort & work hard, Officeworks should take this complaint serious and look towards improving their service standards & quality of staff.

Came in the on the 19th of April to buy a printer, the Indian guy that served us kept trying to sell us the most expensive printer where's I told him that I wanted the $119 Epson Printer repeatedly. But he kept saying that this one was better but we told him countless times that no we didn't want that we wanted the specific Epson printer, went out to the back to go grab it and took it to the counter. Later he unboxed the printer (I have no idea why or what service he was hoping to achieve) and told us the printer is this and the wires and everything and said to take it like this. I told him if he could put it back in the box like it was originally, he said he would take 15 minutes to put it back in the box, and i asked him why did he take it out and later refuse to put it back in. But he said printers are needed to be unboxed and taken like that. Very poor customer service and i hope that this message gets through to him and to his mangers or superiors too. Very poor service and very rude customer service.

Although I had no issues with any of the staff members, there seems to be very little attention paid to detail in the printing team. I submitted a job which was two posters, picked them up the next day and as I was about to frame them I discovered the same one had been printed twice. Came back the next day and they were happy to print the other one, except this time they did it on the wrong material! Had to go back for a third time and they eventually managed to get it right. The staff member was apologetic but it was frustrating having to make 4 unnecessary trips there, and this was all compounded by the fact that they don't pick up their phones! I must of spent about an hour unsuccessfully trying to get through to them over the course of 3 days which is absolutely terrible. All in all a very ordinary experience and I won't be using Officeworks for printing after that rigmarole, it's probably worth my time to pay a bit extra for a professional and for them to do it right the first time.

Extremely bad service with putting a photo design onto a canvas! And very rude workers. I regularly recommend Officeworks as I have my own business with graphic design but after today, I will never be recommending them again. After looking online choosing the size, file type and wanting it to get printed on that day, I was told they do not stock the size I wanted anymore, they could not use my file (however they were able to convert it anyway) and they were unable to print it on the same day. There was very little help (screaming from one end of the room to another. If you call that helping) , very slow, rude remarks and had workers rolling their eyes at me. I was also told 'dont bother' to go anywhere else to get it printed as nobody will print it on the same day. I took my business to Kmart, and had the canvas printed on the same day within half an hour, with no problems at all! Thank you Kmart! Officeworks, you have lost me as a customer!

It was a nightmare, I had the worst experience in my entire life. I bought several times from Officeworks and they kept refunding me as soon as I bought every time. I contacted the manager and they do deliver and click and collect bit they wouldn't serve me CARTRIDGES and Iam stuck without able to study for my exam without printed copies and I rang customer service and they don't know what they are doing, I'm left with nothing no cartridges for my course I'm studying in going to fail my course because Officeworks manager wouldn't serve me as it's lockdown. I'm right in front of them and having issues with their purchases and they still wouldn't look after me it's literally an emergency so I went to Harvey normal and manager was shocked that Officeworks wouldn't serve me, he happily from Harvey normal brought me cartridges and I bought my cartidges from Harvey Norman at last, Harvey normal saved my life!

I had seen online discount for laptop charger I needed came in with injured knee ... limited ability to move through store....after wondering around like a cripple for 30min i went to ask three staff for help but they brisked past me so I had to actually call out to a staff member for help thankfully this staff member was nice enough to come around. found product and went to register online price was lower than in-store price I showed them the price online cause I searched it again which was the lower price, but when you click in online they literally had just updated the price...was told by staff who saw the cheaper price, that pricemust have just been updated ...so they charged me full price.... irony is if they had better customer service or I had walked in and found the product easier I would have been able to get it cheaper.... they did nothing wrong yet I still feel cheated as a customer

I went there today at 2pm to print out 6 photos. First they asked me to use self serve because it was just one lady working and so many people waiting. I did ordered by self serve and when i wanted to print them out. The printers were not working. I had to stay in the queue again and ask the staff. They scanned my barcode and it didn’t work again. So she said she will print them out herself. I waited for 45 minutes then she came back saying the printer is not working. Then they fixed the self serve printers. It was just me and one other lady waiting. I had to wait for her to finish first to print her 150 photos because other printers didn’t work. I arrived there at 2 pm and left at 3:50 pm just to print 6 photos. I’m so unhappy with their service. It was by far my worst experience.

  • Jennifer Tran

Never going back to this store. The service here is horrible, customers are always waited in long lines and people are unassisted always. I've been here once to print my photos and it was difficult to find a employee that bothered to tell me how long I had to wait to collect the photos. I decided to print off my photos for today, I checked their opening hours called them up to ask about how my photos can be printed for me to be collected for tomorrow; I had loud and noisy lady on the other side of the line telling me "she was busy" and to wait for a minute. Overall the experiences from this store has caused me to dread going to print photos which I don't even do often. Don't go here unless you want to face the horrid workers at the photo and printing desks.

  • Cassius Allen

A greater priority needs to be placed on teaching the print team on how to communicate effectively to a customer. I had to prod 3 or 4 times to know why they would not download a print file (pdf) from Google Drive. I understand that it could be a security issue and had absolutely no problem to find other means to getting the file to the staff member. But having to asking 4 times only to get a response like "Oh, I cannot" and then a lazy babble on security or policy while having such a miserable and nonchalant attitude is just unacceptable. Once again, I understand downloading from Google Drive can pose a security threat but just tell the customer straight up as to why something cannot be done and what the alternatives could be with out having an F-off vibe.

Waited 15 minutes in the modem section looking for help with two boys walking past me talking and laughing several times. A third man was standing leaning against some boxes on his phone and I went and asked for help and he looked annoyed and asked in his headset for someone to help me. He told me to go wait at the modem again then proceeded to go on his phone while I stood there. I waited another 10 minutes no help and went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. They pointed at the manager who was the man standing on his phone! His name was James. I said don’t worry about it, and went to another officeworks where I was helped in 30 seconds of entering the store. Don’t waste your time here they don’t care about helping their customers.

  • amy campbell

The blond older lady working in the printing area on the 28th of December at 11:20am was very unprofessional. The self serve machine wasn't recognising my USB device, despite the USB working perfectly in my laptop. Therefore, I decided to ask the workers for help. Unfortunately I was faced with a highly unhelpful staff member who did not attempt to resolve the issue with the machine. Instead, without asking whether I was willing to pay more than double for the print job, she took it upon herself to grab my USB and print the documents. Then I was charged 3 times more than I would have paid at the self serve, because she also printed some documents that I didn't need. Also, the whole encounter she was demonstrating a negative attitude.

Due to the restrictions imposed on us. Office works are taking advantage of our vulnerability and treating us with no proper customer service. And not answering the phones. We understand that the staff they also are working under a lot of stress. With their supervisor rules and regulations. They wanted us to print and collect. We have done that. We have done what was asked and followed the instructions. We have already paid for the service which we did not receive. The main reason I am posting this is because I am unable to get my mum’s photograph who has passed away. The funeral is on Monday and I need the photographs. We have not heard from them. This is my experience and not a good one.

  • Natasha MacKarthy

The lady at the printing desk SANDRA, absolutely rude!!! Was complaining that I was not using the self serve machine and there’s a long queue and I’m wasting everyone’s time, (mind you there’s only 2 people behind me), but please, I have been queuing up myself and waited 5 min to be serve! It’s not fair as I’m queuing myself and been waiting myself else. Would just use the machine! Shouldn’t matter what customers wants to do! Long queue or not I’m STILL queuing up and waiting. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The lady after me, wanted to print a document why not ask her to go self serve machine since you’re there! Been printing documents without any problems until today.

Went there on Saturday morning 26/02/22 to print some documents. As I am not familiar with how to do it I called and asked the lady staff named GURLEEN. She's an absolute no use as a staff. 1question 1 answer then leave. I asked her a few times but still 1question 1answer then leave without even showing initiative to help. I don't know if she just don't know or she is just lazy or not in the mood to work. The Saturday morning was not busy at all. And that staff GURLEEN was just like hanging around and talking. Wasted my time and money because of no assistance I kept on making mistakes in my printing. Collapsed 1 star for that staff named GURLEEN!

  • Hezi Jak

Very poor customer service! Would give no star if able to. Went to pay for items, and got told with the rudest tone "turn all products around so bar codes are facing up" no please......then gave cash and again got told "can you pay by card, don't you have a card? With everything that's going on people shouldn't be using cash". I asked her; do you have a sign anywhere in the shop saying no cash accepted? She just pointed to a small tag on counter which read "cashless payment preferred". I gave her some colourful words then walked off. I run a small business and if cash is what my customers give, it's what I take no questions asked.

Came to Officeworks as its local and cheap. But was highly disappointed. The lady at print and copy was clueless. She did not know how to print a booklet like listed on the website. So had to do a different option. The quality was terrible, the cutting and binding were messy. Looks super unprofessional and I’m embarrassed to even give this to a client. Probably will never be coming here again for the printing services. Spend alittle more and go to a professional printing place. Trust me the quality and service will be way better. Officeworks may have the equipment but not the knowledge on printing.

  • Archana Sharma

If can give no star will be better. Poor customer service+Unhelpful+Unprofessional . I went to print 5 photos today the Lady called "CHAMILA" on Print and Photo counter has refused to print and pointed the self-serve machine told me to do it yourself. I think Manager doesn't even care about the reviews because they need to organise some sought of trainings for their unprofessional, unhelpful and rude staff may be all are same"--------" I just cant use the inappropriate language . Now for sure I know why some people stand behind the same desk and learn nothing in their whole life.

  • Mirem Memed

Even wants that is too much customer service terrible they’re not helpful they don’t care about the people I bought envelope size 5x7 . Then it turns out the smaller than the size on the description so at this time day I called them just say to me yes just come over and we can help you and swap the sizes when I was there they say to me they cannot not swap the sizing . I have to wait until the Open the store . Because of Covid 19 restrictions. But I did not touch them and I did not use them I will never buy from Officeworks again. And I lose $89.99 and I don’t care about it

  • Dean Harborne

Went to go spend $1000 this morning, after wandering around for 10mins looking for a staff member I had to ask the front welcoming party. I asked if they had an item in stock, straight away the answer was no, and is it on our website, which it is. I asked if they could check the computer to see if it is in stock which they responded no. Pathetic customer service. Now I have to order it in and pick it up, obviously from a different store. Don't waste your time or money here, from what I am reading from other reviews customer service is not their strong point.

  • Hasan S. Subhani

I am very disappointed with the lady Kyarl, as she needs a training on client services and her behaviour is very rude. Necessarily quick action needs to taken by management as I can see lots of reviews are going against her that Kyral is very rude and harshly treated by her. Today she ruined my day just because of her attitude towards me. Which to totally not exceptable. As i treating her politely and that what I am expecting from others. She need urgent attention towards her bad and rude attitude which needs to be improve.

  • S M

Oh no... What appaling service. I went to get a print out today around 9am on 2 july 21. There was one lady it the counter serviced by Vicky. There were 3 other staff doing nothing. The other boy was sooo rude and was just flirting around with the girl at the counter and got us.to go.back in queu when we went to his counterandthere was no one in line. Very abrupt. I couldn't see the young boys name, as he had conveniently turned his name badge around. Officeworks team - you really need to get staff who care about customers.

  • Ingrid Taylor

My husband and I went in to get some photos which had been taken on our mobile phone enlarged. We had no idea how but we were served by Sarah-Kate and we could not believe how fortunate we were. She was friendly, kind, confident, extremely patient and knowledgeable and her guidance was par excellence. From start to finish it was genuine service with a genuine smile. What an asset to Office Works! We hope you are appreciated. We left very happy and we will return. Thank you, Sarh-Kate! You are amazing!

  • Pastor Gainz

Horrible customer service. Staff is working very slow and act rude as well. I was there to pick up a job and was first in line but got completely ignored by the fat and ugly lady at the desk. She has got issues. There is always a long queue in this store because there are not enough people working at the printing section or they are not working fast enough. To the management team of Officeworks Narre Warren: you messed up with this one. The longer drive to Officeworks Dandenong is worth it for me.

  • Joe Indl

Had very bad experience. Ordered online but my goods lost in transport but when I tracked it says that the item was delivered to this store with a name. I bought online for good bargain and didn't get my item delivered and when I called customer service , they said they will look into it and just refunded. Was it delivered to the store after that it lost? If so officeworks need to look into this, if not officeworks is not worried about delivered items being lost.

  • Nicole Steele

I consistently find this one of the worst stocked officeworks. I went in earlier this week and could hardly find anything I needed. I placed a click and correct order for work which is now ready, I am unsure if the order was placed under my name or the directors so tried to call and check who would need to be the one to go and pick it up. The staff inside clearly ignore the phone in hopes the person gives up which I did after over 15 minutes

  • E&D

The worst office works in Australia is the Narre Warren office works. Zero customer service at the printing area. They are free and chatting and enjoying. I had to print over 40 pages 1 by 1 at the self service printing as they rejected to print it for me. Everytime you go for a printing job they direct you to the self service kiosk. Where as other officeworks especially in the city happily does all the printing even if it is1 or 2 pages.

  • Milton L

Very poor service. Picked up an item with price listed at $86. Got to the counter and was scanned at $98. When I pointed it out the reply I got was "well it is $98". With that reply I and customer service I declined the item and then she mentioned "don't you want it!?". I thought of stating that I would rather spend my money elsewhere but decided to be polite and walked off. Bought the same item elsewhere for $99, had better service.

  • Louiza B

Usually the staff at this store are fabulous - professional and friendly. Today I was being served by one of the counter staff and another staff member came over interrupted me mid-sentence to ask a question - no excuse me or even wait till I finished talking. That is the height of rudeness, bad manners and disrespect. You ask the customer to show respect towards the staff, well it works both ways. Next time I will call it out!

  • Bru Watso

They take a very long time to answer the phone. Ringtone for 5+ mins and then an annoying, electronic female voice with a U.S. accent repeatedly saying "All agents are currently busy....continue to hold for assistance etc." On and on. Eventually a human (also with a U. S. accent, and poor phone manner) answered. He couldn't assist my query anyway. Very unprofessional for such a large chain. They need to get their act together.

  • Uri Zerqelezski

You are a joke, I called and waited and waited for someone to answer, 75 mins later but in the mean time I PMed my partner and told her, she was out driving near the store, she popped in and said there were people standing around not doing too much. Well answering the phone is not a priority for you. You lost a big sale. Close down. Lose your jobs, you're useless and employ people who really want to work and do care.

  • Bev Smith

I called the Officeworks in Narre Warren for help. Waited on hour in queue with no updates on when my call would be answered or how much longer I had to wait. I got tired of waiting for help that never came. I called Officeworks in Cranbourne. Their IVR message said my call could not be answered at all and I got disconnected. At least the level of poor and non-existent service was consistent. Not impressed at all.

Nicolas is an absolute Star!! Officeworks Fountain Gate is lucky to have him as a Team Member. Nicolas went ABOVE and beyond to help me choose a Laptop for my daughter whom is starting Year 7 this year. I have NO IDEA about laptops and the way he explained the Laptop difference was in a way I could completely understand. He knows what's he is taking about without making me feel like an idiot.. Best Service 10000%

  • Peter Loosley

They display their phone number for enquiries but never answer it. I waiting on the phone for 20 minutes and continually heard ring tone after ringtone as it did a round robin on all their extensions, but no one picks up. In today's COVID-19 world, I thought the phone would be a greater priority to prevent people visiting the site to ask a question. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE unnecessarily putting people at risk.

  • sandra sudiwa

Horrible customer service. Extremely long wait lines. Staff members at the print & copy section of the store are walking around like they are lost. Also, I've noticed that there is being discriminated. As weird as it may sound, I have experienced situations where white people are served quicker than "other" people. Hopefully this is not one of your store policies. Get rid of scumbag employees.

3 times now, ive been into office works narre warren and the young dark haired girl working at the print shop is extremely lazy & has no customer service skills. She would rather gossip instead of helping customers, and when confronted, roll her eyes and smirk at other staff as she gets told off by customers for being incompetent. Office works needs to get rid of her. She's absolutely useless.

  • The Velour Fog

I've tried to buy 3 phones from FG Officeworks across 6 visits. They certainly never have more than one of the colours they say they have. Then (like today and twice last year) when you finally decide to accept the colour they have? They don't have any of that model left. But that's fine because they bumped up the price of the phone they don't have in the 3 days since i last checked anyway.

Very poor service. I was very unhappy with the staff who were attended on the 17th sep 2017. There was a long waiting in the print section staff were so slow and ddnt look at the customer even to great them. One of the staff member were doing a binding where the customer cannot be seen where as almost 9 customers were standing in front of her. Not inpressed at all. Never go there again.

  • Pauline Wright

Poor form guys. Bang on 6pm and I’m out of toner (hours recently changed). I explain to the girl at the door I’m desperate for toner for work in the morning (we print all day) and she says come back tomorrow. I cannot come back in the morning because I have to open my own store. My own store, which I would let a customer in if they arrived ON closing time.

  • KBRO

Zero Missing one package from my height adjustable desk. Have not got what i paid for. Desperately need this desk. Had someone lined up to assemble it.Was click & collect. Tried calling for days, transfers over & over then hangs up. Repeating today. Help line doing the same or simply saying busy & hanging up.Online forms useless. Head office line useless.

  • Jossel Galang

Seems like the store isn't fazed by the negative reviews about their staff. It definitely has not been addressed at all considering my experience at the printing station reflects earlier reviews. Rude, unprofessional, seems to not want do her job but takes it out on her customers. I'm glad that this is not my go to Officeworks and this was a rare visit.

  • shanade haines

some of the ladies had really great customer service but an employee was extremely rude to me and i witnessed her treat other customers the same. honestly makes me furious that should could treat customers with such disrespect, honestly who ever is in charge of hiring the employees should’ve done a better job because i’m not going there anymore.

  • Stacey C

Went there to print 3 different types of items (A4 document, collage print and 4x6 print) and had technical issues every time that needed assistance from staff (eg, receipt jams and printer problems). Wasted a lot of time with these issues. Self-serve printers and computers should be checked more regularly to make sure they are running smoothly.

  • Paul Stephens

The poor staff and managers get abused left right and centre every time I go pick my click and collect by people who can’t read signs or place orders properly. I commend them for putting up with that. I have never had an issue and am always pleased with the customer service in particular by Ernesta and Julie who I see often at the door.

  • SCKC Endeavour

Thank you James and team for running such a great store. One of the best staffed Officeworks stores I've been to. Staff are really helpful with the printing machines and the store is always well organised and tidy. The manager, James, is really friendly, down to earth & helpful. They are also great supporters of local community causes.

  • Domeniko Lazarevic

Very friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, offered lots of help when looking around and gave some useful tips when buying a floor mat for my desk chair. Not a single employee was slacking off and the store was very clean and tidy. 10/10 would definitely recommend this store to friends and others! Keep up the great work!!!

  • Artha Wijendra

Went there to buy stationary ,laminating and photocopy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot say the same about taking photos. They made three attempts and the gave up. May be because my kid was too small. Having said that I belive the lady at that time did not have much experience on photography.

  • Lucy Smith

Worst customer service! Came in needing to spend a good $1000 on office furniture and supplies and I couldn’t get anyone to help me when I couldn’t find some items. They are all just walking around with nothing to do, talking to each other and won’t make eye contact with you to even flag them down!

  • Vince Downey

Always very slow at checkout. Usually only 1 person working the till. Bad customer sevice. Quickest way to lose customers. Other staff standing around idle too while customers wait in line to buy at checkout. Management ought to review this major & last point of customer experience of Officeworks.

  • Donna Davidson

The staff were very friendly & efficient in the midst of a very busy day. Great service! Disappointing to see that every second staff person had their mask either under their nose or on top of their top lip. This is UNSAFE practice & unfair to the rest of the staff wearing their mask properly

  • Robert Pattie-Williams

It's an Officeworks - much the same as any other Officeworks I've been in anywhere else in Australia. The staff are OK on the friendliness front - no one seems really pleased to be there but they're not surly either. Someone needs to step up and provide a rival to the Officeworks monopoly.

  • Grant Harrison

If officeworks have any brains they would get rid of the store manager. I asked the store manager James about a printer. He said he wasn’t hired to give printer advice and walked off. Speechless. I walked out and won’t return. I went next door to Harvey Norman who gladly took my $380.00.

  • Alistair McIntosh

Terrible service, it took the attendant 3 tries on mobile phones to look up my order! Then denied any wrong when the part number on the packet was different from my order. To top it off would not refund my money told I had to do that online but there is facility provided to do that.

  • Sarah Miles

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered a tablet with the 2hour delivery to find it wouldn't turn on or charge at all. Took it back to be ACCUSED of breaking it myself then wanting a replacement so they wouldn't replace it. Don't buy electronics from this store if you want warranty.

  • Beautiful Australia

Karl the manger needs training how to deal with customers. I waited 45 minutes just for few files. When complained to manager(Karl) he just ignored. Karl says we don’t take files through emails but I did many times. Karl supposed to accept his mismanagement but he started arguing.

  • Dillys With Chillies

New strategy to introduce self printing & scanning services aren’t good. People taking more time than usual as they’re not friendly with them. I used scan & email service from self service counter & still waiting my email as the machine indicated successfully sent the email.

  • Kyezanne Holtzhausen

Had to wait 2 hours to get my printing only to find out that they printed it wrong and of of order. Once my printing was eventually finished had to wait another 15 minutes just to pay (and there was no line), the staff were rude and acted as if I were inconveniencing them.

  • Brent Fennessy

Since the pandemic this store has gone way downhill. Zero customer service and they have made it impossible to call the store (possibly disconnected the phone?). Absolutely not good enough, they need to figure out how to handle their business better during this pandemic.

  • Ferhan Kara

The lady in the front entrance who is in charge of checking proof of vaccination is very rude and ignorant. Also discriminating people who do not have a proof of vaxx. Even though i have an proof i will definitely not support this office. Highly do not recommend them.

  • Belinda Hartney

Fantastic Service. Jeromee went above and beyond. He supported us when we needed to exchange products and researched for better options. He followed up via phone calls and ensured we were satisfied with our finale decisions. Great asset to the company! Very Happy.

  • Kirsty’s Travel Adventures

Raced in looking for a certain product for a baby shower and a very friendly James was at the door, he knew exactly where to find and it was the last one out the back but he went and grabbed it for us. Was in and out in under 10 mins, counter staff were nice too.

  • Putme First

I went to this store on Sunday at approx 3.30pm to purchase a new laptop and printer. I walked into the tech department and saw about 6 customers all looking around for someone to help them. After waiting 10 minutes I walked out. Wesfarmers, lift your game!

  • Malitha Imbuldeniya

Went there on Saturday morning 09/04/22 to print some documents. As I am not familiar with how to do it I called and asked from staff but they don’t care about.very bad customer service. I have spend 30 minutes to two page print out.came with empty hands.

  • Nehareeka Kaur

Just called up the store to ask a question about what services they provide and the girl who picked up (Kaitlyn?) hung up on me. I called back thinking it may have been a mistake and she hung up again. Terrible customer service.

  • Bernard Rivet

Emma was so helpful and courteous with my wife and myself when we attended the store on the 5th June 20. All of this done with a great smile. She is an asset to your company. Wonderful service Emma - keep up the good work.

  • charlotte pritchard

worst shop ever! every single time i go there is always something wrong with the stupid printing machines. i have never been there and gotten everything i want done without something usually multiple things being wrong.

  • Barbara Markovic

Thanks to Leanna and the team at Officeworks Narre Warren for your help in securing me a Samsung s6 Lite for my daughters birthday tomorrow and for also saving me money. Exceptional customer service. Thanks again!

  • Chang Jean

Keep saying they are busy with binding. Why not put an announcement at door site saying you are not able to cope more job of binding. Dont waste client‘s time waiting in line for half an hour then turn them away.

  • Dasun Ranasinghe

I purchased a kids headphone and it was broken when opend it. I took it back to get a replacement and the manager said i broke it and cannot refund or replace. It was just 5 dollars and i just left it with them.

  • Prasad Hettiarachchi

Did a click and collect order on Monday after calling the the store. The lady who talked mentioned it would take only two hours. Two days after still waiting, and they are phone seems to be not working now.

  • Anonymous Life

Very good and understanding employees when dealing with Print requests. Have been ordering online and received my items very quickly. Usually is good to phone up if you have any concerns.

  • Kristen Kipouropoulos

I was met with wonderful customer service by Loveleen in the print/copy section today. She was friendly, and effortlessly delivered personalised and friendly service. Thank you …

  • Alien Skills

Good store with less skilled people, should train them to answer customer’s inquiries promptly and to find solutions before leaving the store specifically the printing section

  • destiney ss
