Was glad that a vet had opened right down the street as it'd be convenient to take my cats there for any issues. Came by probably 6 times during MCO, and most appointments were done via video call. Was made to wait a little over an hour on one occasion without an explanation beforehand, even though we were on time for our appointment. Another time, I dropped off my cat who had been diagnosed with EGC by a different clinic 10 mins before the allotted time only to be told by the receptionist there'd be a wait. I didn't say anything but looked over at the 5-6 pet carriers lined up against the wall waiting to be seen and looked back at her. My appointment was in less than 10 minutes. She quickly said they'd try to see my cat asap. During the video call the vet at one point casually starts picking her nose for a good amount of time directly in front of us, as my dad and I spoke with her. Don't know if that was a passive aggressive move because a customer wouldn't wait over an hour again to be seen, but that can't be sanitary. Nevermind it being inappropriate and unprofessional. If you know you won't have enough vets on shift for whatever reason, especially on weekends when you know it's busy, and also take emergency cases on top of that, let the customer know when they make an appointment. Not doing so makes you seem greedy for business. Respect people's time and learn how appointments work. When my cat's EGC came back, I made an urgent call to make an appointment and Faezah was comfortably rude in speaking to a customer. I actually called back within 10 seconds to ask for her name because I was so amused at how wicked she'd sounded. Funnily enough, she was suddenly sweet. And then I made an appointment at another vet that's in an entirely different neighborhood (my go-to ever since) and canceled the one I'd just made at Ohana. Ill-mannered employees keep giving you reasons to stop supporting a business? Can do! BTW, 2 other clinics I brought my cat to when I couldn't get a last minute slot at Ohana did a blood test on my cat within 10 minutes of inspecting her, to be sure about the diagnosis, and spent an hour advising me about EGC. None of the vets here bothered with tests, just FYI. Probably because other clinics are more attentive + had enough vets on shift and are also on time. Good to see that this clinic is doing well ever since opening in the neighborhood, and I wish them the best. Too many red flags in the experiences I'd just described, though, so it's a big no for me.

Thank you to Ohana vet team for the professional treatment on my hypoglycaemia cat, their quick response saved my cat’s life. I rushed in my hypoglycaemia cat, developed into convulsion. Dr Darina and nurses did a great job. They immediately attend to my cat & checked vital signs, and stabilise my cat, then refer to medical centre for 24h care. I know my cat will be in good care under this team, I will surely come back again for follow up. ❤️ I am so grateful, now my cat is healthy again home sweet home. (As the previous vet, regular vet I always go, told me my cat is on her LAST BREATH when I rushed in my diabetic cat on convulsion. luckily I sent my cat to Ohana, such a nightmare for me & my cat)

Part of the COVID-19 standard operating procedure, appointments are compulsory and thankfully Ohana could slot us in at 12pm. Our first time here because our regular vets were fully booked. Dr. Wawa was very good and professional with my fur-baby who is a feisty cat. It was unfortunate that my cat didn't want anyone to get near her so diagnosis was difficult. My cat was eventually prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory in syrup form as it'll be easier for me to administer them. My cat seems to have responded well to the meds and an update will be provided to Dr. Wawa on Monday. Everyone involved was very kind to my fur-baby.

Our house cat FooFoo has bad anxiety and it gets very challenging to bring her out for annual vaccination. And we're super happy when we found out that Ohana provides house call services. Although it got slightly crazy during the process (imagine a cat running, hissing and screaming on top of her lungs!), Dr Wawa and Dr Khamsani managed FooFoo professionally. Thank you for being so patient with Foo and guided us on the after-care. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Bad service! If your pet's health is your utmost concern, please think twice about sending them to this clinic. The doctor did not disinfect the thermometer before using it to check my cats’ body temperature. The reason given by the doctor was they don’t disinfect if the pets are from the same household. Is this the proper practice? Is it trouble them a lot to disinfect it? I doubt they disinfect it after the earlier patient though.

I didn't manage to visit this vet, but their customer service was excellent over Whatsapp. I enquired about a Kennel Cough vaccine, and even though they had no supply, they referred me to a few other vets that did carry stock. They went out of their way to help me, and I look forward to bringing my dogs to this vet in the future. I hope they keep up the excellent customer service, as it is hard to come by.

Great service by ohana vet. I'm fully satisfied to pay the consultation fee at RM30 because the doctors here was knowledgeable and will answer all my doubt or inquiries. I spayed my cat here and they have been taking care of my marshmallow very well. And i brought my Cloudy to clinic without cat carrier and they warmly offered to lend their carrier. Definitely my go-to clinic after this. ❤️

Thank you so much Dr Peter and Ms Iman for attending to my cat's needs! Dr Peter was very gentle and nice to my small kitty cat and was patient in attending my novice panicky questions lol. Ms Iman was also very quick and detailed in assisting all my queries. Pumpkin is looking much better after her urine/fecal scalding consultation with Dr Peter yesterday. Very recommended vet!

Dr. Wawa is incredibly caring and knowledgable -exactly the type of person you want taking care of your furbabies! Her crew is professional and courteous, and it was very easy to book an appointment. The clinic itself is right in the heart of TTDI so it's easy to get to. We couldn't be more thrilled for them to open a branch in TTDI!

Vet & the team are very clear with their services. Seemed like they favor overnight boarding for treatment to be done. Added up to the consultation & etc, price could be a tad bit pricey. However, the environment is very clean, brightly light with a designated customer parking to ease worried pet parents during the difficult times.

The only vet clinic i trust for my furbabies. All vets are very friendly, informative and professional, i've consulted with Dr Wawa, Dr Haizan, Dr Darina and Dr Peter. All are amazing ❤️ not to forget the receptionist, Zai They took a good care of my cats. Fast responds and always answer my inquiries via whatsapp.

Dr Peter was very professional and accommodating. I came for a second opinion and he explained my cat's condition clearly and answered all my queries, which was very reassuring and i really appreciated it. Decided to board my cat there and carry out the treatment as Dr suggested, pricing is reasonable.

Needed to vaccinate my 3 months old kitten. Called in to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering my queries. The clinic is bright and clean. Having surveyed a few vet in the area they are quite affordable. Gonna be my go to for nzko.

From 2020 until 2023 is the best cat clinic , I do not need an appointment if there is space. The prices are very reasonable, as is the best place I found for my cat, but my only problem is that it is very far from KL.
