I have lived here over 25 years and have no major complaints. Any community will have some problems and this one is no different. I have had few complaints over the years but in almost all cases management acted swiftly to see that they were resolved in a timely manner. I would like to see the anonymous reviewer, immediately below this, return and offer some justification for their poor review, otherwise it just looks like sour grapes.

Delivering here is a nightmare. The roads have huge potholes, the sides of said roads are breaking apart, the map at the front is useless and inaccurate, likewise it doesn't make sense. The park as a whole looks run down and shoddy, sans a few nice homes. Never lived here myself, but would never do so, based on how poorly this place is kept.

Beautiful laid back community. Love the Rayon City homes. One place that really hasn't been touch by the "Nashville Surge". Neighbors actually talk, kids play outside. Old Hickory lake is a bonus. Great fishing year round. Not as busy as Priest .

The staff in the office is very rude your rent is never the same price a month thes 500 cats running around ther thr park is nothing but Mexicans you never see a white person in there very nasty places I can't wait to move

Close-knit well integrated, diverse community with a wide variety of income levels, and many houses that are on the History Registry of Homes.

Small. Comfy. Good ppl. Underdeveloped. Majority of citizens are elderly. Close knit community. MAYBERRY
