***BUYERS BEWARE*** I purchased Over $200 worth of uniform school clothes for my granddaughter, private school fell through and I attempted to exchange the clothing for regular school clothes at the South Park Meadow location where I had purchased it. The purchase I made was one week over the 45 day return policy and I was told I could only be given a merchandise credit, which was fine, I didn't want a refund just to exchange the clothing. The Old Navy system denied the return, saying that after 45 days it is considered a non- receipt return and you have to call a 3rd party return system that they use by the name of TRE. The TRE representative was extremely unprofessional and told me that because of the amount of the purchase they could not issue a store credit, & also because it was past the 45 days. I was then advised to call corporate, which was also a joke, because they just refer you back to the TRE agency. So if you purchase something of a significant dollar amount and you try to return it after the 45 days you will be unable to do so. You will be stuck with the clothes & Old Navy will tell you their hands are tied! They've lost me as a customer...too many other reputable clothing stores in Austin, that actually care about their customers!

What can I say... they need to work on their management skills the lady running the place was rude as could be to the employees especially the poor girl running the fitting rooms where there was an excess of traffic! As an individual who has worked retail on black Friday my managers understood that, that day especially was NOT the time to be meeting quotas it was to focus on customers and that is exactly what the young girl in the fitting rooms was doing and other individuals on the floor were doing. The employees were keeping the store clean despite it being Black Friday but once again this manager lady made a point to put down the employees in front of customers. That is what made this shopping experience so uncomfortable. Please work on your management. Managers name I believe was Lulu and she needs lots of training and people skills.

WHAT a FUN time I had in your store in Southpark Meadows yesterday along with my 1 daughters. I live 4 hrs away, but my daughters both live close and are frequent shoppers! We purchased SO much...even matching shirts so we can look like "triplets!" HA! But with the "Navy cash" they had acquired, was SO inexpensive and I hope to go back today. EXTRA KUDOS to the assistant manager, CONNER GREEN. SO helpful! LOVED the experience! And the clothes. I also got 4 matching shirts for my 4 Austin grandsons, and they were missing 2 size. was SO very easy to order that 4th size....and at the same sales price, to just show up at my house when I get home!!!!

I just went there at lunch time. It was my 1st visit to this location. I knew what I wanted to buy, so I asked a floor lady who was at the entrance area about Bermuda Shorts but she didn’t know it. Also she didn’t smile at all! I felt that I was not welcome. I tried to find it by myself, found it, and went to a fitting room. I asked a lady at fitting room for a different size of it. She was SO kind and helped me a lot! Even another floor lady helped me, too! But this store didn’t have it, so this 2 ladies ordered it though Online for me. They were SO nice and friendly. This 2 ladies made my 1st visit great!

So many jeans...man I haven't been to an Old Navy in forever. Everything was nice and clean and organized. Arrived right at opening so clothes were all perfect in stacks. I will complain though about the high stacked jeans. The stacks of pants are about 1-2 ft high, all the same pair of pants in each pile and there is about 40+ piles. Well I am not all bones and have a little extra so digging under a sometimes 2 ft high pile of jeans to find my size is not fun. Especially when surrounded by more piles of jeans. The nicely stacked jeans don't look so nice after trying to dig for a size 12 and up.

Please check your final amount in the bill for each item purchased. Sometimes, they put items under discount on rack but you get charged up at the counter for the original price. I bought a cute floral top from the clearance section and was priced $6.99 but after checking the bill later, I found that I paid $15.99 for that coz they didn’t added the discount at checkout. That was on me to not check the bill at the same time while purchasing. But, just a heads up so that people avoid making same mistakes.

My sister and I went in to purchase jeans. Yes it was 8:30 but the sign stated the store closed at 9. We already knew what we needed. It was going to be an in and out. The moment we walked in an associate told us they were closed and getting ready for inventory. Shortly after at 8:40 I called the store and no answer. I understand inventory can be a lot. I work retail as well. But if a business states they are open until a certain time and are not, that Is false advertisement.

I could not find the size I was looking for. Spent about 30 min in the store and never saw an employee to help me find my size. Went to the fitting room to try on a few other sizes and the fitting rooms were a total disaster. Clothes scattered everywhere to the point that there was nowhere to sit in the fitting room. I bet I couldn't find my size because half of the clothes were laying around in the fitting rooms.

They rang up one item 3 different times and the price kept changing once she rang up another item. The cashier was apologetic, while the manager wasn't. He offered very little explanation, didn't listen to me or his cashier, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Very rude. The only reason I gave it a 2 was due to the cashier's empathetic and sincere apologies. I didn't like my experience there.

I have shopped at this store frequently and will absolutely NEVER step foot in this store or spend my money at Old Navy ever again. The employee made a mistake and forgot to put one of my purchased items in my bag then treated me as though I had stolen from them/inconvenienced them when I explained the situation (with receipt in hand). No apology provided even after they checked the cameras.

Very reasonable prices and decent selection of current Style clothing. I prefer a high percentage of cotton blend in my wardrobe and was disappointed to see very little cotton products offered in the ladies department. They did have a rather large 40% off sale which included various seasonal clothing. This is a good place to find average clothing app decent prices

It's okay things need improving but for the most part the customer service is pretty good I just think that instead of having everybody behind the counter checking everybody out they should have people on the floor helping shoppers but that's all I can really say that's bad about the store other than that it's pretty clean and organized for the most part

I was very surprised when I walked in this store today. Everything was very cluttered and disorganized (when it's normally kept-up). I wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all as I walked about. The atmosphere was so uninviting that I just left without hardly looking. I hope whatever was going on today doesn't continue or I will not be returning.

This is a new location at South Park Meadows. There was nothing that really stood out compared to other Old Navy's. I like shopping here for t-shirts and jeans. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always helpful. There is plenty of parking here and there are other stores within walking distance as well. Great location.

This is a brand new store as of June 2017. It's clean and organized and the service is good. Old Navy offers economical, stylish clothes from khakis to workout gear to swimsuits. It's a good store to find casual clothes. The employees are still learning so it may take a little longer than normal at this location at first.

Great store including products and customer service. I wore Levi jeans all my life. Around the age of 60, I discovered Old Navy jeans that have stretch in the fabric. OMG. Changed my life. They are sooooooo much more comfortable. I will never wear any other brand of jeans. 5 stars.

Helpful and friendly staff, and killer discounts for July and June. Spent $170 for 5 whole work outfits, and got a couple of $30 coupons to go with it for next time. I recommend this location, especially cause theres a Marshalls next door, got a pair of adidas there for $20.

Decent-to-good clothes at decent-to-ok prices. Everything's always "on sale" and the clothes last a decent time. Only complaints is that they run low on large and mediums, and things tend to get out on the wrong hangers making it hard to find those sizes.

Everyone was pleasant, and the location was very clean. But I’m upset that I went with the intention of trying some items on before I buy, but the lockers were closed at 6:45 (even tho the store closes at 8). Defeated the purpose of going to the store.

No one answered the phone so I had to go inside. No one at the pick up orders desk. Asked at the checkout (which was not busy) and the clerk asked the young lady next to her if she had turned off the phone. No response, only shrugged her shoulders.

Always a very well kept store that's low key. Not much pestering while you shop, but major assistance when you request it. I love this location and it's teams vibe, I always stop in to check their clearance section for various good deals!

I saw a lot of clothes on the floor or hanging by the edge of the hanger and only 1 person fixing everything... Customers in this area are horrible they can see a shirt on the floor and instead of picking it up they will step on it

The store was very well kept . Everyone was very nice. Covid distancing observed. John the mgr took care of his customers and was very accommodating. Very personable. Enjoyed my visit plus the clothes are AWESOME …

The manager, Brandon is extremely helpful, went above and beyond! Store is clean, associates are friendly. Prices are good and the sales are great! So glad I don’t have to drive as far to shop at Old Navy anymore!

Went in here to look for lightweight flannels and although they were full stocked on fall apparel nothing that we were looking for. Plus flannel here when it is still 90 degrees.. that's hot …

While the store is small the stock is pretty good. The employees are very nice and accommodating as well. They are taking the security tag inconvenience with the self checkout in stride.

I love their style but they don't really have much of a selection. Employees greet you when walking in, which is welcoming. Prices are semi high but they always have sales which I love!
