Didn't have what I was looking for but I'm not anywhere within Old Navy's target demographic. Wanted to pick up a soft comfortable men's black casual blazer. Found one online and if you order from the store you get free shipping to your home. Also saved $20. The staff was fairly helpful and friendly.

Love some of their rompers for kids. Wish they didn't have the same print is 4 colors (fourth of July) but different styles. They are great clothes when discounted but not worth over $30 for shirts. Also their plus size section is a joke but I know I need to lose weight.

I'm not sure why this location never has enough cashiers. When the line gets long there is no back up person willing to help out to get the customers checked out. That was annoying to stand in line for 20 minutes and I had one person in front of me.

Haven't shopped here in years but I thought I would give them a try. I saw all the womens clothes in about 7 minutes. Was not impressed with the design, materials or fashion concepts. Prices are fair if you like their clothing line.

I don't plan on shopping here again. They gave me a partial refund on an online order. I received at least one incorrect style and size, and I returned everything in the same new condition it came in. I feel robbed.
