It's my guilty pleasure in a city where culinary options are as abundant as pigeons in the park. On my latest escapade, I went all out - shrimp scampi for dinner and a triumphant trio of Peach Bellinis. And then, enter Rheinhold. Ah, Rheinhold. I first met him eons ago when he held the fort as the bartender at the Skokie joint. His charm could put Casanova to shame, and his wit? Well, let's just say I'm still trying to figure out if I was laughing at his jokes or the Peach Bellinis had a stand-up comedy act of their own. Either way, the man was unforgettable. Fast forward to today, and Rheinhold has morphed into the manager of this Olive Garden outpost. Yet, amid the sea of responsibilities, he took my order personally. I mean, talk about service with a capital 'S'! Rheinhold doesn't just manage, he orchestrates. He turns every meal into a performance, and we, the diners, are the captivated audience. If Olive Garden were a Broadway show, Rheinhold would be the star, belting out orders and jokes with equal gusto. So, Olive Garden, I hope you're patting yourselves on the back for this gem of a manager. Rheinhold, my friend, you're the reason I'll keep coming back, and it's not just for the scampi and Bellinis (though they're pretty darn good too). In conclusion, Olive Garden, with your never-ending breadsticks and Rheinhold's show-stopping service, you've won my heart. Here's to many more laughs, delicious meals, and unforgettable Rheinhold encounters.

Haven't returned to this because of the service I experienced. The waitress was rude and tried to gaslight me into making it seem that I ordered a certain food item when I did not. I feel like she could have just apologized for the mistake rather than making it seem it was my fault that I told her something else when I didn't. Staff should also tell their customers to pay at the table. My family and I did not know that, and the hostess at the front had to tell us we had to pay through the machines on the table. I tried to give this place a second chance multiple times, but you can never get a table since it is always busy! Also, the staff in general is very rude and not attentive when their service gets like that. Last time I came to ask how long the wait was and the staff ignored me as I was standing in front of them. Very disappointing as this is the closest location nearby.

Came here for the first time. Usually go to Bolingbrook or Joliet. Upon entering we were seated immediately which was great. Manager came out a few minutes later greeting people and asking how their food was. That was nice to see. Service was ok from the waitress, had to ask for breadsticks a couple times and refills on our drinks. At the end we were never brought the bill so we just assumed only way to pay was this tablet on the table so we did that. We did see the male manager bringing plates and dishes to the back and doing work so that was nice to see! Service could of been better. Food was good. Chicken parm is my favorite. Only thing I hate about this place is they put your plate in a microwave and heat it up while spaghetti on there. I’m assuming to melt the cheese on the parm? But it makes the spaghetti super dry and rubbery and hard. I wasn’t a fan of the spaghetti but chicken parm is great. First bowl of zuppa toscana was disappointing. All broth. But second bowl was full of potatoes and sausage so it was good. Over all nice place but service could use more help.

Awesome place to celebrate any occasion or date night. Excellent staff, kid friendly, non AMF alcohol drinks. Well served proportions. They allow you to bring outside cakes for your special day and will even offer to store it in the fridge till you're ready. Not many places are that kind. Love Olive Garden

Last Friday was the only second time I’ve been to an Olive Garden Restaurant and I was surprised at how good the food and the service were. I started off with Gnocchi Chicken Soup which was delicious plenty of chicken and big chunks of Gnocchi in a silk-smooth cream broth. For my main course, I ordered the Chicken Marsala sautéed with spinach and mushrooms in a creamy marsala mushroom sauce. Served over fettuccine. A nice presentation of perfectly sauteed chicken in a rich cream sauce surrounded by spinach and fettuccine noodles. It was so big I had to take half of it home along with a few of the warm garlic bread sticks. For dessert I chose the Black Tie Mousse Cake it was delicious with a nice drizzle of thick fudge sauce on top and on the side. I ordered coffee with dessert that I thought was a little too strong for my taste. Our server was very nice with perfect timing and always asked the right questions.

I have eaten here many times since moving to this neighborhood. I have eaten here alone, with family, and with a groups of people. Sometimes you have to stay on the staff during busy hours. The meals are pretty much exactly the same every time. The endless soup, salad, and breadsticks are $9.99 during lunch hours. Reasonable prices for other menu options. I do not recommend the steak. Then again, this is not a steakhouse. I really like eating here periodically.

Dined in late Friday night with my Husband and 3 month old babygirl. Only had to wait like 7 mins! Our server Ivy was super sweet, patient, and insanely knowledgeable of the menu! Probably one if the best experiences I had with Olive Garden thanks to her! My husbands steak was cooked to perfection, the wine was crispy, and the chocolate "lasagna" cake was divine! Definitely will be back. Ivy also has 2 big partys she was serving when we arrived and she was still amazing! (Give her a raise!!)

We went to this Italian restaurant with some friends at around 9:45 at night. We took a table in a cozy corner. The staff were very friendly and responsible. We ordered Le Monde Blackberry and Mango drink. Interestingly, here if your drink runs out they will refill the glass. We ordered pasta and lasagna for food. Bread, salad or soup are included with the meal. The amount of food and salad was very good and maybe one meal would be enough for two. The food arrived a little late and the waiter apologized for the delay and allowed us to order two desserts for free$. We also ordered tiramisu which was delicious and fresh.

Definitely one of my family’s favorite place to celebrate family mile stones. The food is great and the portions are decent. The menu is very reasonable and you will always had left overs to take home. It’s one of my favorites and if you haven’t been there it will become one of your favorites restaurants too.

It was my first Olive Garden experience, usually we never go to chain restaurants. But we decided to have a last minute date night, but wanted more of a causal place. My husband and I were both shocked at the large portions and the great wine deals. Got a nice buzz and had so much fun. The food was hot and good. Nothing super special about it but definitely consistent food quality. There is a clear reason why they have been in business so long. We will definitely be back to try more food and drinks. Our sever Victor was also amazing, fast and efficient and so friendly.

The bartender at the bar was very friendly, she recommended the non - sweet red wine, and my chicken parmigiana came fast and was delicious. The restaurant is always busy whenever I come for dinner once in a while. I chose the bar seating, so I didn't have to wait 15 min. or so. One thing I would say is they need to put out some zevo plug in fly traps or the sticky tape fly traps because you shouldn't be seeing little flies flying around you while you eating. Use to come on this location often but our last visit yesterday was VERY disappointed! The girls in front were nice and kind, and we didn’t wait for a long time but I can’t say the same for our server Amy F. Firstable she took the wrong order and when we told her she was as if offended and didn’t apologist for it. We order a food and we wait for 40 minutes. My plate was overheat and pasta was dry. Later we ask server for help with tablet and she said it doesn't work but on the end we figure out it does working. Very disappointed with server! Never come back on this location again!!!

This was an incredible experience! Let me start off by saying that this is an amazing restaurant! Our Waitress, Kate, was incredible! She was friendly, talkative, and had an incredible personality as well! Me and my family got the Fettuccine Alfredos, and along with a Chocolate 10 layer cake! The food itself was very delicious to say the least. The environment itself was also very good as well, it felt as if I was actually in Italy! In Conclusion, I had an amazing evening with my family. Olive Garden has never ever disappointed me - wherever I go in US, I visit them. They have their own standard taste. I ordered as a starter, my favorite "never-ending" soup & slad; roasted chicken soup with Italian dumplings and salad with their famous breadsticks, and thentheir yummy fried calamari. Nice Ambience. Good food and great service. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo - it was creamy and delicious. We get unlimited bread sticks and salad(or soup) with the entree. The bread sticks were fresh, soft in texture and tasty. The salad was refreshing and the dressing was superb. The price was reasonable too. Only problem was I went there for my friend's Birthday. They bought a dessert for her on my request- which we all thought is complimentary (which is how it usually is) but they ended up charging for the dessert (not a problem but it was kinda uncalled for!!)

I came towards the end of the day (9:40pm or so) my server Grant was very attentive and informed of the menu. He gave me several food and drink recommendations. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana, the Chicken and Gnocchi soup, and the Italian Rum Punch. I loved the soup as always, the Eggplant Parmigiana was good, but the pasta sauce tasted plain. I did not care for the Italian Rum Punch, but I don't like cherries and the amaretto is strong. They have these digital screens where you can order food, play games, and call your server. Overall a good experience.

The music made the perfect atmosphere to eat. Our server, Juan M., was amazing!!! Fast friendly service and the food WAS RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING!!!! We had the tour and the seafood fettuccine ... All the dishes we order were a delight to the mouth!!! And the dessert was the same!!! the drinks were amazing too!!! Will be returning for sure!! ☺️

We were there with a large party on the weekend with reservations, but still had an hour wait. Once we were sitted though things went smoothly and the wait between courses was appropriate. It was long due in my list to checkout Olive garden. I have ordered their eggplant parmesan with spaghetti side and minestrone soup. It was good but I have tasted better eggplant parmesan in the past (crispier the way I like it). It’s an authentic Italian restaurant with great ambience, customer service. For vegetarians they don’t have much options. We ordered eggplant parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti for main course. Everything had less salt and taste was decent. They have best Minestrone soup and breads. Also appetisers were nice. So disappointed. Went there around 7pm Friday night and when we finally got seated nobody ever came to our table. After a few minutes, I stopped the host when I saw him walk by and asked if he knew who our server was and he said he would check. The manager came by to let us know our server would be right with us. We waited for someone to come to our table for 15 minutes before just leaving. The manager saw us getting up to leave and didn’t even try to stop us.

I went here last month on New Years. This was our first time trying Olive Garden as Canadians. We couldn't believe that they were giving unlimited amount of bread, soup and salad! Honestly, the soup and bread were so amazing, we could've just had that all night. The pasta was a little bit on the dry side and the service was somewhat slow but understandable because the place was completely packed on New Year's. Overall, would definitely repeat if we visit the states again.

Excellent service compared to other far north locations that I have been to. By far the best service and hospitality of ANY Olive Garden that I have been to. The manager is super accessible and all the waiters are very friendly and accommodating. One time my waiter forgot to give us mints but then another one came around and quickly gave me some with a small joke. They know how to communicate between people and to keep a customer coming back for more!

Love that this Olive Garden is very accessible from the Blue CTA line. Always have received great service at this location. Food is consistent with any other Olive Garden we've visited.

Good food overall. Had the calamari as a starter which was much too salty! The breadsticks also way too salty. Had the never ending pasta bowls which were fantastic (see pics). Would come again but would avoid the calamari and breadsticks cause of all that salt. Our waiter was great very friendly and attentive and kept checking on us. Lovely night out.

They are authentic Italian food, serving all over USA. Their complimentary gnocchi soup with main entry is just awesome. Cherry on the cake is their chicken Alfredo, best in town. Haven't been in years, but thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Super fast and friendly service. One recommendation, space out your ordering unless in a hurry, because everything came out so fast. We played trivia on the table tablet while eating and just had an overall fun time. It may not all be the best pasta in the world, but will be back.

Excellent olive garden. We arrived at lunch time on a Sunday, so I was expecting slow service due to how busy the restaurant was. However, the staff was polite, worked quickly and did a wonderful job. The food was prompt and delicious. And my little one loved playing the games which gave me some time to eat quietly . …

I can’t describe the feeling that I’ve been left with after this night. Who would’ve thought that a spontaneous trip on a Monday night to the oh so familiar chain would change the course of my life. If you are a person of color, prepare to get seated at the back by the restrooms. It was so obvious , I asked our waitress if it was a coincidence and she just nodded no in embarrassment. Not gonna say when I was there or who it was . Never coming back here again.

We had a wonderful server named Gina. She went OVER THE TOP in providing incredible service even during the lunch rush. She was super friendly, energetic, and genuinely wanted to us to enjoy our meal and have a great time. Thank you, Gina!

The hospitality by Kayla J was above a beyond. She is killing the game with her great customer services. The premise was clean. The best part: I ordered a shrimp Scampi it was delicious, 5 star to the cooker that is behind of scene.

Went on a Saturday afternoon, so had a 25 minute wait for a table. They take your name and number to text you when it's ready so we waited in the car (the waiting area was crowded). Once seated, the food came out quickly, it was good on taste and portion size. More

It was a great experience. We didn't wait any time to be seated and were able to put in orders right away. Its never ending pasta right now and I had the cheese ravioli with traditional marinara. Our waiter was very attentive and the Tiramisu was excellent!!!

One of the best Olive Garden experiences I’ve ever had. Our server was amazing. Seriously. I wish she can be cloned so we have more people like her. Super friendly, fast and attended to all our needs.

My server didn’t come to our table more then expected. My drinks sat empty and she only filled one and forgot my husbands drink. Then I ask for my bill, she hand it to us and said I be right back. I quickly paid and when we walked outside
