Though in my first visit, I found the salon, staff and the services are quite decent, my second visit was a big disappointment. .. on my second visit I wanted to trim my angled bob cut but received an uneven straight blunt cut. The lady hairdresser seemed uninterested in looking at the picture of my original haircut. Now my haircut looks hideous and according to the salon manager... Nothing could be done until the hair length increase. The manager found all this amusing and instead of trying to find a solution was trying to evade the matter. The hairbrush weren't clean and other equipments weren't sanitised. Moreover, I received a used disposable gown which had bad sweat smell coming from it. I had to tell the staff to give me a new clean disposable gown... The disposable sheet over the table also had hair which kept sticking all over... The sponge for wiping had been used and wasn't clean enough. No I'll feelings but hopefully the owner reads this and improves upon the services because it is very clear that the staff is not conveying the feedback which is greatly affecting the quality of services. The manager needs to be trained to deal with customers professionally instead of just trying to pretend that she understands what the customer is saying...

I have been twice to dis place....1st time for my little one haircut which is good..2nd time I have visited dis place for oil massage for my hair... I have taken appointment on phone n enquired about how they will proceed with oil massage.owner described me there will be choice of three oil ..olive/coconut/herbal oil.as well as there will be use of machines to enroute oil & there will be steam n shampoo process also which I rejected bcoz I wanted to keep oiling at least for a night...but the real experience was different...lady has just pour oil on my head..She was just roughly handling my hair..she was just pulling my hair in the name of massage but no nourishment happened with my hair n in the name of massage techniques they used vibrator which has nothing to do with oil massage..so just to apply hair oil I have paid RS.250...i have asked him to deduct charges of shampoo because I haven't opted for that...so ambience n wait time is good but certainly I will not visiting salon for ambience... professionalism is 2/10

I went here for a facial the service provided and products used were great but the thing I didn’t like is professionalism and cleanliness. The rooms aren’t clean and hygienic. The service provider got a call while she was doing my facial and she started talking over the phone and phone was on high volume ringing. The salon was playing high volume music which is a big no if someone is relaxing over the facial, service provider was using the same towel to wipe her wet hands which she used to cover me-a big no here. They dont use wet tissues and hot towels and use the same sponge to clean u - a big no,professionalism and cleanliness is the most important factor rather than just the service provided. I wont go here again just for this unless i see the improvements.

What the hell.....we r paying for the service ..staff is behaving as he is doing it in free..... behaviour of staff is pathetic they only give you unwanted smile while payment apart from that they behave as if they r serving you in free.....i went for a hare cut.person attending me was least intrested in his work ....he asked me ether I want ato set my hair after hair cut..... professional wise after hair cut it's hairdresser work to make us feel good by his work ...they just did like road side barber ...I'll never recommend any one..and for the owner I want to give suggestions that better to give proper training to there staff how to behave or change them.

I went for detan in the salon .It charged me Rs 500 saying it was Advanced Detan,well I thought it must be good enough .Next day I noticed my facial hair had turned white and a bit of red patches in my cheecks.The product used did not work at all for me ,and was bleach as the results showed .I dont recommend it at all.After my concern I was returned 300 .Nowhere else after detan facial hair turns white or golden users can google it out or the ones who have done it know it well .If a customer has to fight back for their hard earned money ,I believe nothing else is required to write as a review

Olive salon was initially a great place for all the beauty care needs of mine. But with time its services had degraded drastically. The staff is not professional, don't care about what customer wants. In fact they even try to cover up their own mistake when they have accidentally spoiled your eyebrow or have hurt you during waxing( that to Rica waxing). I have stopped going to the salon now as i have so many other better options in the same area. Since they don't seem to care for their clients.

I can't understand why it has so high ratings. It is the most unprofessional salon i have ever visited.The entire staff is very rude and they don't know how to behave with customers. They ask you to have a hair wash and if you tell them NO or in case you have already done it before hand.They will be least interested to cut your hair and treat as if they are serving SLUM people. I will never recommend anyone to visit this place and waste their hard earned money.

Very bad experience, they burned my face 2 time…on top of it they don’t have manners to talk to customer. They were blaming my high end products for my skin damage. rediculous and pathetic experience as human being. All employee considering themselves as owner of parlour and have no fear of anyone whatsoever. Will never recommend to anyone. After all bad reviews, not sure what Owner is doing..

Talking about place and ambiance: its quite good. But staff is not professional here. You have to tell every detail how the style will be.. how your hairs gonna be. Also staff doesn't suggest anything after seeing your hairs.. Its just like they come do assigned work and go. So if you don't want to spend too much on haircut you can go to this place and have a normal haircut.

I had a very bad experience. I went there for a haircut and they did a very bad haircut. Hairstylist just did a straight cut from the back he didn’t even wet my hair before hair cut and i wanted bangs but he didnt even cut proper bangs. I wanted a layer but i have straight hair from back and they aren’t even in even length. Even my bangs look terrible!!!

I went for haircut, I explained him about the style I want which was much of a continuation of what I am wearing now. The person was in so much hurry , he finished in 5 min. I had to request him to cut the hair on specific scalp area. He seems least interested. I paid 150 rs which I am regretting now. Total disappointment

This was my first visit here. I went for a hair cut and loved the experience. The prices were reasonable and the staff was super courteous. The hair stylist gave genuine suggestions to improve my hair health, without coaxing me to buy any product from them or to get a treatment done. Would love to visit again.

I would have rated zero, unfortunately it's not possible...charging hefty professional fees but service like ramu kaka...went for a detan and clean-up but the guy doesn't even knows he had already applied detan, untrained and useless..would suggest not to waste your time and money !

The guy hairdresser was too rude and he didn’t cut the hair properly not even the Blow Dry, but charged me properly and very bad behaviour, attitude of the staff. The girl on counter and the guy too. Very poor service, like they are serving the Slum people. Do not visit Olive Salon.

Nope, no professionalism here. Their employees seem freshers with no experience. Freshers are fine, but freshers with the least knowledge of what they're doing, are not what I'd go for. Visit Capello instead of this one. They'd cost you around the same price but for better services.

This is a fairly good saloon in Nagpur. The services are not so great. They do t offer water to their customers. Equipments are not so advanced and the facial service is given on a chair that is absolutely uncomfortable and stressful
